It's nice and quite. It surroundings are beAutiful. Club house is nice as well as usual the pool, work out center and hot tub and sauna.. I wish the balcony were larger and the washer/dryer, Steve and refrigerate r need to be updated. My guess is they are 30 years old!

This is such a wonderful apartment community. I want to tell many people how great place to live. However, I would like to keep this place as a secret garden also. Office and maintenance staff are very kind and very professional. I have already three people to recommend to move in to this community since I moved in 2013.

Prompt response when service required. Clubhouse and pool always maintained well. Staff always helpful and friendly. Great job of maintaining cracked cement walks and apartment brick. Windows have been replaced when seals are broken. A good community to live in.

River Oaks is a lovely community and I've enjoyed living here for 12 years. It's peaceful, safe, clean and very well kept. The only reason I will leave is to purchase a house. This is a good community-living here is easy

The location of the community is beautiful. It sits in the Clinton River valley. It's a serene place to come home to. My apartment backs up to the river, and there is never any signs of mosquitos, or other pests. Institute a recycling program.

I would be very happy here if I could have my small dog with me. We will be eager to move out when we can so we can be reunited with them. Only other complaint is the absence of bike racks. That baffles me. The office and maintenance staff have been wonderful.

Moved to River Oaks when hired by Chrysler. Overall, very happy with the apartment, couple complaints would be that appliances are out-dated and walls do not do a great job isolating noises from neighbors. Office and maintenance staff are great!

Staff & Maintenance are wonderful. Apartments marketed as 'luxury' but mine doesn't have. From what I understand, there are some select with new cabinets & countertops but they are even more than what I'm paying(which is a lot). The reason we moved here is close proximity to university and design of space which has separate lower level with bed/bath/den for college son & basement laundry/storage area so no need to rent a storage unit. Fitness center nicer than others I've seen. Waiting to enjoy pool as soon as weather permits. Clubhouse really nice but they do not rent it out which is a bummer. Great space with kitchen area, pool table, seating overlooking pool area.

It's been a reasonable experience considering living in an apartment. Very good for temporary housing. There could be more for children play and recreational things or an area for children to ride bikes and play basketball.

Well managed, meticulously maintained, this is an older apartment complex built into a beautiful wooded landscape along the Clinton River. This is the best environment and rental apartment you can find locally for the money. The older buildings require some attention, but management is very responsive with service and maintenance.

River Oaks is a wonderful apartment complex with beautiful grounds, spacious apartments, and easy access to the Rochester area and M-59. There is a sense of "community" that exists among the residents and the staff that you don't often find with apartment living. Overall, my experience has been great and I would highly recommend River Oaks to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant place to live.

I have found a lovely, safe home in River Oaks with good neighbors, and helpful, responsive management staff. Any maintenance problems are quickly taken care of and the company is attentive to personal living problems i.e. safety and go out of their way to help the older resident when observed especially in difficult weather conditions.

I live below a corporate owed apartment so the residents are changing frequently. The noise level is usually okay and occasionally out of control. I really don't see a solutions to this noise problem. Otherwise I enjoy living in this community.

We very much enjoy living at River Oaks. We appreciate all of the efforts that are continually made to keep the grounds and buildings updated and in good condition. I especially like the seasonal flowers and holiday lights. The fitness and center and large pool are terrific!

Living at River Oaks has definitely been a great experience. I have lived here for 23 years. It has been extremely convenient lifestyle as I travel a lot and am gone long periods of the day at times so I am in and out quite a bit and it has made my way of. living very easy. The staff here has been tremendous! They are extremely friendly, very dependable and helpful. I would recommend River Oaks to anyone who is not in need of living iin a house.It's been a great place to call home!

Its a nice complex and very convenient for me from my workplace. Some improvements could be better insulation/carpets. This can help in summer to reduce air conditioning and winter with heat bills. Otherwise, its a good community in a convenient location.

Nice experience. This community is very well organized and the management takes very good care of residents by having a professional staff for maintenance and keeping all the facilities, parking lots and the rest of the property in very good shape. We have been here only since February so we haven't had the opportunity to enjoy it during the good weather but it seems that it will be great. Everything is clean and neat and whenever you require any maintenance to be done on your aparment, they respond very quickly.

Friendly and professional staff. Beautiful facilities and landscape. Gated community. Amazing natural environment surrounding the complex. There are rivers and woods behind my apartment with plenty of wild life (deers, turkeys, birds etc.).

I feel very safe and secure in this community. It is very quiet and comfortable. The amenities of a washer and dryer in unit, fitness center and pool are great! Convenient to major highways and shopping. My neighbors are friendly and considerate.
