This is the second time I've lived at River Oaks. Great place to live. Staff is very friendly and the grounds are kept in great shape. Units are spacious and have in unit laundry. Never had any trouble with maintenance with any repair requests.

It works perfectly! I've never had any problem. My neighbors are friendly and the community is safe and quiet. My daughter goes to school in front of the build and the school is great! Walmart, meijer near of us! I am ver happy for living here

This community is a beautiful and surprisingly affordable place to live considering the quality of the apartments and the amenities included. The building are well cared for and well spaced. It feels very private and peaceful.

A nice quiet place with great neighbors. Moved in during covid so haven't had the chance to check out the pool or gym yet but the place seems very well maintained. The security gate is a big plus.

This apartment complex delivers quality spaces to live at a valuable price. The area is both beautiful with wooded areas and winding rivers and conveniently located by Oakland University, several grocery stores, banks, etc. The apartments themselves are lovely with renovated kitchens and bathrooms (and sometimes fireplaces).

Great place to live, centrally located in Rochester hills, very close to anything you may need. Maintainance is also very quick if anything breaks down, which makes it very easy. Ice and snow cleaning is also very quick

I've lived here for a little over a year. The complex is a very nice community with a beautiful clubhouse, great swimming pool, very nice tennis courts & fitness room that can accommodate multiple people. The staff, office & maintenance, are always friendly & prompt. I love that it's gated & the code is changed multiple times a year to maintain limited access. Lovely community, located close to shopping, restaurants many parks. I would definitely recommend this community to those looking to live in this area

Overall I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment. Very clean and great amenities. The price for the apartment is very reasonable, lots of storage space. The staff is very friendly, and Maintence requests are done very fast.

This is the fourth apartment complex I have lived in within the Rochester Hills area over the last 20 years. I feel like I have found the apartment I will stay in for quite a while. The maintenance and office staff are all very professional and helpful. Great clubhouse and pool. And the scenic views of the woods and river are hard to beat. Like living up north. Very happy here. ??

I am extremely happy with RiverOaks and its management. They are very keen on keeping the community well maintained and safe. There is no disturbance from other neighbours and the maintenance is top notch. Honestly I cannot think of a thing I dont like or complain about River Oaks.

I absolutely love the location! Also, I've been very blessed to have some amazing, kind neighbors over the years. The maintenance staff are very friendly. They always stop to say hi and/or have a little chat. That's however where the good ends. It's way overpriced for the value of the apartment!! I know apartments are usually cheaply made but this is by far the cheapest yet the most expensive I've ever lived in. Things are constantly falling apart. I feel the office staff had concerns over there dumbest issues and that the policies change to what they like it done like. They could also take some notes from the maintenance staff in how they treat and interact with the community. The maintenance staff are genuinely nice, some if the office staff... It feels...not so genuine and I don't know if they interact with the community at all or not. They don't say hi by name or wave when they are out showing places. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend because the cost if not worth the value. I'm here only to keep my kid in the school district.

So far everything has been good. Very friendly neighbors and the community is relatively quiet. Having pets accepted is a plus and everyone seems to clean up after their pets. The garbage unit could use some attention, and I wish there was a specific recycling practice.

You will feel very comfortable and happy, size and distribution is great. You wo't worry about maintenance, response is fast and kind. Nature is behind you with a trail, location in Rochester Hills is amazing, I75 and I59 easy access.

This is the worst experience ever. In just a month I've had probably 12 complaints and maybe 1 has been addressed. For the record, I am not that kind of person. I am pretty reasonable and understanding. But this place is awful. It's not clean, not safe. It's INFESTED with bugs. The walls are the equivalent of sheets of paper. You can hear everything from all directions. My apartment literally flooded after one month. Are you kidding me? This place is awful. This was a giant, expensive mistake. My bad. Please listen to me though and do not move here.

It is very cute on the outside and even the inside. But they will trick you. For example, I was told I was having 2 master bedroom closets, I have one. I assumed I would have one since drawer in the kitchen for flatware, I have no drawers in the kitchen so it sits on my counter with a napkin over it. You can find better for the price.

My experience has been very good. Quality of the apartment is nice for the most part, staff has been wonderful, and any issues we have had in our unit has been rectified within 24 hours of making the request. Facilities are nice as well. I just wish recycling was an option for this community.

Overal we love living here it's very scenic. For the most part everyone we meet is very friendly and always outside for walks. We enjoy all the amenities, we just wish the volleyball area had more sand so it could be safer. We like that there is a gate and night guard. Sometimes there is trouble with the gate but the pros outway the cons. Overal we've enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Nice and safe community to leave in. Feel safe when my kid is playing outside. Has the all the extra features as Gym swimming pool and etc. place is clean taken care for. It's close my kids school and bus pick up just few steps from home.
