It's a very well cared for property. It's close to major freeways, and there are a lot of things to do around our complex. Close enough to downtown Rochester. The apartments could use a little bit of updating, but it is a nice place to live.

It was very good. I'm a Italian divorced Italian woman with an horrible English. I have never had problem comuticating with the staff. Also, I feel very safe in my home, and in the community.I love this place.

The approach is beautiful. Great trees. Like living in a little village. Beautiful surroundings and amenities. Nice activities and events. Each apartment has its own front door - no shared hallways. Different elevations make community interesting.

Since coming here in 2021, I've have enjoyed walking all around the grounds on the marked walkways and up into Butler Ridge Community. It's been a great help to me to get out. Also having the Rec/excercise area during the winter months is a plus to me in getting out as well.

Dated apartments but the service has been exceptional. Lawn care has been an issue but difficult post Covid. Getting better. Difficult to exit community at Butler and Adams...dangerous to turn left.

Our new unit upstairs is very nice and feels Like a home. We haven't found any bugs and are really loving all the features and the set up. It has a nice view and parking is right by our front door. I would definitely recommend an upstairs unit here with the balcony.

Very good place to leave, good renewed apartments. The location is also very good with good schools, close of very good parks, supermarket and close to the main roads. The staff are very professional and helpful.

I've lived in many apartments in my life, but I like this one a lot compared to other places. All staff are kind and professional. Any problem he solves quickly with one phone call. Many seasonal events such as pool parties. great community.

Great location off Adams at Butler Road just south of Oakland University. Older design with lots of storage in the two story townhouse model. Lovely grounds and well maintained. Quiet area with access to another neighborhood with sidewalks.

quiet,friendly staff,maintence staff aim to fix your problem,the first time. Grounds are kept very well. neighors are friendly Staff are professional,and knowedgeable in any situation.Last year I lost my only child, they sent a sympathy card,of which I truly appreciated. That let me know that they carried about my situation, and about my family doing this bad time.

I have met some very nice people, enjoy the view from my apartment, Like the apartment. I like parking close to my door. Don't want to pay more in the future. I sweep outside to keep our sidewalks clean, otherwise it would look messy as we have trees at our entrance. Landscaping / grass cutting this past year was poor.

It has been almost 8 months since I have moved in. I am enjoying my stay here as I feel safe and it has beautiful apartments with plenty of space to utilize. Rent is higher but make a decision yourself

Wonderful community and safe! Very quiet and great amenities (pool, hot tub, and gym). Quick responses by staff/maintenance:) Vaulted ceilings and in unit washer/dryer. Just wish to have a more updated unit for the rental price.

Great experience! Love the location. Maintenance staff is amazing. Large apartments and decent amenities. Pet friendly with great walking trails. Friendly staff, neighbors, and grounds crew! There is road noise if you live at the front of the complex but don't let that deter you!

No real complaints. Had a few small issues with moving into a newly renovated place but any issues were swiftly taken care of after requesting maintenance. All of the staff has been very knowledgeable and welcoming. Major issue is more of a lack of regulation, rent increased by $300 a month after the first year so don't expect to pay comparable rent year to year.

The community has been great. I think that the community overall has great events and good amenities and nearby there is a lot of stuff to do. It is a safe area and the neighbors are all friendly. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Feels like home. The grounds are kept up very well and the office staff are excellent. I love being nestled in a beautiful, quiet natural area. The community is neighborly and everybody here is considerate.

The River Oaks Community is one of the best out there. I have been living here for many years and would not want to live anywhere else. The Staff, amenities, community, activities, etc are great. Would recommend to others.

I have never felt more at home. The staff are amazing and my neighbors are even more so. River Oaks provides a safe environment for both myself and my dog. Communication for community events/projects are given to residents regularly and always in a timely manner.

I enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The maintenance team always responds within 24 hours. The staff makes a point to service any questions you have. The community fees safe to walk around day or night.

1) Beautiful community surrounded by ample amenities around. 2) Level of safety and privacy is top notch (love the fact that it's gated). 3) Helpful staff. Any issue is responded within one day by the maintenance team

I love this place! and Never want to move. Please don't raise the rent! We love the landscaping and all of our neighbors and the wild life. It really is wonderful place to live. Thank you for taking good care of us!

Really nice place to live! It is clean, well maintained, and maintenance is quick if there are any issues. The community pool and workout center is great. It is in a safe location with a lot of walking trails.

RiverOaks is an excellent place to live. It's quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Oakland University and downtown Rochester that it's not too much of a drive. The location is honestly unbeatable for the area.

Great experience living here but wish they didn't increase rent for every time lease is up for renewal for returning tenants. Also hate the carpet everywhere and the small tiny kitchens, but love the area the community is located in.
