Nice community overall. I quite enjoy the location and ease of access to major roads. The insulation in the upper level units is pretty poor and the cost of electricity to run the AC is very high as the temperature is not maintained very long or well. The apartment itself is very nice though.

River Oaks has been a beautiful community to live in. It's very well-maintained, quiet, and has great amenities. The pool and dog park are a huge plus for us to live here. As a young woman, I feel safe living here and know if I did have any concerns they'd be addressed quickly. There are residents that have lived here over 20 years, I think that says enough about the property.

Its beautiful! Ive been in the complex for 4 years, and i moved into a bigger unit last year. The staff is amazing, maintenance is quick to help you, and i feel very safe here too! I recommend it very much.

This is the ideal community to live in. We love it here. The surroundings are perfectly manicured and the units are quiet and neighbors are friendly, welcoming. The clubhouse is beautiful and I love the library inside.

Only been here for a week. Its been fine. Minor cleaning needed upon move in. Don't love that my Master bedroom closet has to have an "attic" entry point for maintenance. I wish it was a bit more updated. Specifically the closets and carpet throughout.

Love it here. Pool is amazing. I love my small garden that they provide for the residents in the summer. The landscaping and grass cutting and all the maintenance is top notch. Very clean, pet friendly.

Staff is great. Only issues stem from disrespectfully residents and the entitlement of their guests. I would highly recommend investing in a full time security guard. The ongoing issues with visitors at the pool should be enough to warrant it. Thanks, for giving me the opportunity to address my concerns.

Overall very positive experience. Communication is clear and shared in a timely manner. Overall quite and close enough to what is needed. School is 6-8 min away which is a plus. 2 urgent cares and a pharmacy. Surrounded by nature.

Great community and staff that shows that they care about the residents. They are working through a few projects to help the entire property, like replacing windows with new ones and fixing up the roofs. They are also in the middle of renovating the pool.
