Good experience - in the process of being updated in the community which was definitely needed. The pool looks like it will be immaculate and a lot of fun in the warmer months. Also replacing the decks on each building, which was vastly needed. Great staff!

Nice apartments within the grounds, well maintained with a Good maintenance team , solid value for the cost. Many of the apartments have a nice view of the woods or other well kept areas from the balconies or bedrooms.

They are very comfortable apartments, you don't have any problems with neighbors, it is also very safe and pleasant to go for walks, walk with the children and pets. I recommend it 100%. They are pet friendly and they help you in any situation. I am very happy to live here and to have chosen these apartments as my first home in the US.

The maintenance at River Oaks is outstanding. Very thorough and responsive. Grounds and common areas are always kept in top-notch order. Office staff is also quick to respond to any and all questions.

My experience should be charted to convey a clear & fair description. I cannot go beyond this today. I do not have the time to list details or concerns. I have listed them on prior surveys & there has been no follow up. I like living here but despite calling us 'valued, ' our ideas, concerns are mostly ignored! Problems a tenant may report, may or may not, receive a response. We are considered as 'temporary' & thus, not regarded as important enough, to have further discussion!

It has been great so far. Still new to the property, but so far I have no complaints and am satisfied with my decision to rent at the River Oaks Apartments. This is my first full month so I will know more after more time in the community.

Beautiful property with very kind staff. Maintenance tickets are handled quickly. Several great amenities for dog owners. The apartment itself has updated features. Cabinets are new. Stainless steel appliances. Great location!

We love everything about the complex in general. We were dissappointed that it is is taking so long for the pool area to be completed, althought, it will be beautiful. We also want you to know that the folks below us smoke out on their balcony EVERY DAY and especialling in the evening. We are unable to enjoy our balcony and have to close our doorwall when they are outside smoking. I don't know if you have a no smoking policy or not, but I did want you to know. That was really my biggest complaint.

Quiet, clean, well kept complex with beautiful roads for walking. activities throughout the months given out through email Ex food trucks and ice cream truck. Even the mail man and UPS drivers that come through here are super friendly

The location of the apartments to shopping and my job drew me to this place. Also the school district was a huge necessity. I love that the apartments are gated and the amenities are high end. I love living in Rochester Hills. The only thing I would improve is that the property is not nonsmoking.

When we first moved in it was a great place, staff was very friendly and helpful. But don't have that same feel anymore, there was a change in management that was supposed to help but haven't seen improvement so far. Along with the pool not being open and no idea when it will be fixed really is not good.

Everything is good at this community. Amenities are good, maintenance is fast, office managers are responsive and kind. Management also try to gather its tenants well, planning many events along the year.

Beautiful and fantastic property. Lovely grounds for evening and weekend walks. The spacing and location of each building makes the community feel more "homey" than apartment like! The river running through and the wood planked bridge is just wonderful!

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Around the apartment is lot of tree and greenery and area is very clean. There are 2 tennis yards and swimming pool which is under the construction this year but will be finished in the summer.

The community is very beautiful with many mature trees and a variety of condo styles. I like the security of having a gate to enter. It is a quiet community with a good mixture of families and single residents. I would love to see the addition of side walks and recycling.

Safe and Calm Community,with good and educated people. You have access to oakland university, Stores, Doctors, pharmacies. Probably your working place will be close to you,because many auto -related companies have offices and workshops here.

I am very happy to be living in River Oaks Apartments (one year), and confidently give the community a 5-star rating in every category. I am especially impressed with the office staff and maintenance team. They are welcoming and responsive to my questions and requests. The grounds are meticulously maintained throughout each season, and management takes particular care in making sure renters feel safe living in this gated community. It is a quiet community. Neighbors are friendly, watch out for each other, but not intrusive. Finally, the location is ideally located near M-59/I-75, local parks (2 miles from the very popular Innovation Hills Park), and shopping. I highly recommend River Oaks.
