We just moved in but the rental process was very easy. The apartment was overall in very good condition on move in. Neighbors have been friendly, and community includes a variety of singles, young families, and older adults.

Love the community and the apartments. My guests keep saying that they are surprised with how nicely it is maintained. I do believe rent is high for a one bedroom apartment. If there is a high increase in rent I would consider moving. Overall I'm happy with the staff, the community and my apartment

A beautiful well maintained community. The staff is the best. We have enjoyed living here very much. We feel safe, we're happy to have the tennis courts, the convenience of the trash container is very important to us . A lively place.

When I first got here, I did not use swimming pool. But I knew that it has construction ongoing now. So, I can't wait to see new swimming pool. I also appreciate quick maintenance service and kind response.

Been living in the community since 2020 - great location and recently renovated apartment - brand new gym with peloton and new pool getting ready for next summer - I would recommend the place w/o problem - also the place is really convenient to most shops

We love our community and our neighbors are so nice and friendly. And staffs and maintenance staffs are so supportive and kind. My kids love playing at the playground and taking a walk in the community.

My experience has been very positive at River Oaks. The location is convenient, with easy access to Trader Joes & Whole Foods Maintenance is friendly and responsive, handling requests quickly. They have a nice gym, and the entire complex is clean and well-maintained. Parking is also ample, which is a huge plus.

We have been extremely happy with the apartment, the residents, and the management. There have been many modernizations since we moved in. The management continuously works on the apartments to improve our enjoyment as residents. They replaced bannisters on the balconies this year, repaired roads and parking lots, and have spent many months updating the pool area.

Community is always well kept. Staff is really responsive and friendly. Apartments are nice,and there are several places to have a walk. We also like a lot that this is a pet friendly community with a dog park.

Overall the experience the past few years has been quite good. The apartments are well maintained, as any issue is promptly taken care of, whether it be a water heater dying or a sink disposal no longer running. My only issue has been the pool remodel taking way longer than it should have, which has been frustrating. The apartment and amenities are high quality and very nice, which means rent is high, so the pool being unavailable has been frustrating. They've put on events and tried to make up for it, but it's not the same and for someone who can have weird work hours the flexibility of going when I can isn't made up for by an occasional food truck or city pool voucher that's limited.

Good overall- great location- quiet and clean- needs to upgrade pool area (been under "construction" for over 6 months and gym- Front office is ok- maintenance is excellent - it's an older community that has been upgraded, but it's been done well. You're basically living in a forest which is really nice and very peaceful.

Staff is professional and attentive. Reply very quick to repair requests. Apartments are nice, the area is well maintained... and it is regularly visited by deer :) Price is on the high side, but is worth it. You will get a peaceful, worry-free nice place to live.

Road noise from Adams Rd is terrible, and the windows in the unit are old, which doesn't help the situation. Noise between apartments is good, I rarely hear my neighbors. Water bill is processed by a terrible company with an absurd processing fee and is known to be terrible to residents. Staff is prompt and friendly. Fitness center is tiny and seems often in use by other residents with poor etiquette - expect to need a membership elsewhere if this is important.

We love how River Oaks feels like up north with all the old trees, beautiful landscapes, and how close it is to M59. The location is really fantastic with lots of grocery store options and great restaurants nearby. The staff is professional and kind. My neighbors are all really great and respectful too.

Not good. No pool, bugs in apartment, appearance. High rent, compared to amenities offered. Safety issues, old buildings, maintenance issues. Hidden charges. Management harasses by sending notice of smoking when no one in family smokes

While we have had some setbacks with permits/city inspections, we are on track for a grand re-opening for next year's pool season. We also offer a pest control service to all of our residents on a weekly basis and 24/7 maintenance, please call the office to schedule any service you may need.

I've been living at River Oaks Apartments for over a year, and I can't say enough good things about this community. The management team is incredibly responsive and always quick to address any issues. The amenities are well-maintained?especially the pool and fitness center, which I use daily. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I love the fact that we have easy access to parks and shopping areas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and friendly place to live.

The property is run well, I have always heard back quickly from management and maintenance has been prompt and courteous. The property has been well kept also, and in the year I've lived here I've seen numerous updates and improvements made to shared spaces and infrastructure.
