Prime location in the Rochester Hills area. Easily accessible to major freeways and multiple shopping centers. Updated units are very nice and comfortable. Very safe and nice place to live. Perfect place to stay while in the process of having a home built.

It's nice and quiet, but just a lil expensive. Really close to 59 and also 75, downtown is close as well. The gate at the front has problems somewhat regularly but the community is secure nonetheless.

The overall experience has been excellent. These are great apartments in an excellent area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond. I have loved my time here and will always recommend to others.

Clean, safe, and gated apartments near M59/I75 on ramps, which makes it easy to commute almost anywhere. These are up to date apartments that are pet-friendly. There is a workout center and clean outdoor pool available, as well as a nice walking path around the complex. Great place to live while you're looking for your forever home.

Community appearance is very nice and clean, office staff has been very helpful since move in. Fitness center was much nicer than expected, and noise levels in the apartment are good. Hardly ever hear neighbors.

Clean, safe and family friendly place. Community is amazing and the best part is maintenance department. No matter what the issue is, I got it resolved the same day. The whole is is very responsive and helping.

This complex is worth the money! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The community is well kept up and very clean. There are fun activities for everyone in the family to enjoy! The maintenance team is wonderful and responds to requests quickly and is very friendly!

Very neat, highly maintained apartments. I like the location access to 59,groceries shops and parks. Accessible to main location of troy , Rochester hills and i-75. Apartment with walking trail and spacious floor plans.

need to update all appliances. washer/ dryer/ refrigerator/ dishwasher/ oven/ stove/ water heater/ AC and furnace/ light fixtures/ New carpet/ better sink faucet/ dimmers would be nice to have on light fixtures

This apartment community is tucked away around the Clinton river for a peaceful setting and yet very close to multiple grocery stores, good restaurants, M59 is just a min away. Clinton river trail is very nearby for general recreation.Very prime location.

It has been a very pleasant few years at River Oaks. When we first moved in, we liked the feeling of being close to Nature, with the trees, the woods, and the Galloway creek flowing through the property. We have come to appreciate the service of Maintenance professionals, and the Office staff over the years. While some aspects of our apartment are fairly dated (appliances, etc), we have rarely had trouble with performance, and continue to have a comfortable stay at the apartment.

I've only been a resident for 2 months but i am very pleased. I definitely plan on staying a resident in thus complex for a long time. The staff has been excellent and i have been very pleased with the prompt maintenance services.

Well furnished and clean apartment with plenty of room and parking. Staff is very helpful and understanding when issues arise. Weight room, tennis courts, and swimming pool are well maintained and kept clean.

A good safe and secure community. The buildings are little old and have some minor effects but the office staff are helpful and attend problems quickly. Has few restrictions on few things that can be relaxed.

Overall I have been very happy with my experience. The apartment quality is nice, communication is good, responsiveness is good, and I like that general improvements are always being done, such as landscaping and sidewalk repair.

River oaks community is a place to live for nature lovers, the landscapes were well maintained. Apparently are really clean and the office staff are really helpful. Community center is really good contains a pool and jacuzzi. Have really good tennis courts. Overall its the best community to live in Rochester hills.

This is a great community to make your "home"! The grounds are absolutely well kept and landscaped beautifully. At River Oaks, they actively work on outside projects to keep it looking great and safe. The clubhouse and amenities are very clean. Maintenance is very timely and efficient. If you are looking for your next apartment home, and can afford to rent here, it will be worth your while !

I thouroughly enjoy living here -- the ambiance, management, maintenance are like family in terms of requests for comfort and service. I am especially appreciative of the personal services offered by the office. -- i.e., services for faxes and scannning as needed, receipt of parcels if I am away, personal connection to the Manager if there are special issues or needs regarding neighbors or even personal regarding renewal of my lease or for family issues in case of sudden death. As a single tenant, age 91, this important to me. I am an especially happy and grateful "camper" to be living in one of the beautifully laid out two-bedroom apartments at River Oaks! Thank you!

I've had a great experience at the this community. The office manager and maintenance are always prompt and effective. Very friendly people. The premises are clean and quiet. I always feel safe here. It feels like home. Great place to live with family.

I heave felt comfortable in the community since I first saw it a year ago. If I ever have questions there has always been someone available to answer them for me. The amenities are top notch and I would recommend this complex to others.

River Oaks has been the perfect apartment for my partner and me! We often play tennis and go for walks throughout the beautiful neighborhood. The administration and maintenance staff are very friendly and prompt to reply to questions or concerns. Our apartment is updated and we love the new appliances, countertops, and carpeting. The price of rent is certainly worth the value we receive from living at River Oaks!

River Oaks provides a family feel community. They really take care of the neighbors as if they were family. The handle of COVID-19 was excellent. They provided all the safety guidelines to continue with all activities. There has been some unfortunate events that have also been handled in such and excellent and professional way. River Oaks is a great place to live!

Apartment was clean during walkthrough and the rent was a fair comparable price based on other adjacent complexes The outside appearance is well maintained and catches your eye as you enter with 2 tennis courts. I would consider staying longer but I'm only here while my house gets built.... Well done River Oaks Team

The apartment is very nice size and I feel very safe in this community. The staff is very friendly and responsive and perfect location. Lot of deer roaming to give a country feel. Neighbors are friendly. I love it here.
