I like Weston lakeside Apartments. The office and maintenance staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The grounds, apartments, and pool are superbly maintained, the landscaping exquisitely executed. Island Club feels like a neighborhood.

Excellent place to live, staff is amazing, maintenance comes on time to solve any ongoing issue, door trash collection, conveniently located and full access to nature (trails and a lake right next to the community), friendly neighborhood. All they need is some more cleaning of the hallways, otherwise it is a perfect.

It was a Bait and switch. Showed us the model. Loved it, did not get that. Kitchen has one drawer but you have to open the stove all the way to get to the drawer. The stove was broken, the vent above the stove has no cover, bare bulb, and vent. Did not have doors to the master bedroom. And many more things.

So far so good. I had an issue with a loud upstairs neighbor shortly after moving into the ground floor of building 3000. He stomped around his apartment until late at night and early in the morning. I could not get a moment of relaxation unless the neighbor was out of town. It was nearly impossible to enjoy my apartment. After some back and forth with the leasing office and regional management, we found a solution.

I have had a wonderful experience thus far while living at Weston Lakeside. Moving in was a breeze and it didn't take us long to settle into our new apartment. The floor plan provides everyone their own privacy while having enough common space for everyone to hang out. The kitchen is large and can have two people cooking in it comfortably. I love the amenities and the walking trails right behind our building. It is only a three-minute walk to the lake and there is lots of wildlife on the trails.

This has overall been a very enjoyable place to live. The community aspect has been very warm and pleasant. We love being able to just hop on the greenway in the mornings or evenings. The amenities are accessible and convenient. We do enjoy it here.

We've been so happy with Weston Lakeside Apartments. All the staff & management is super friendly and helpful. I've never encountered an apartment management team that is as caring and kind as the people who work in the office are. They also work hard to build a sense of community. Repairs are prompt. The other tenants are nice as well. The location is amazing: quiet, convenient, close to the lake, bike & walking trails, beautiful views. The complex is clean & we enjoy the amenities: theater room, workout room, bikes, snacks, business center, game room.

Do you like cockroaches, domestic disputes, and a staff that is only after your money? Then look no further. My husband and I were residents here and we actually rented and moved before our lease was up just to get away. That's right, we PAID $1,800 to get out of this place. From Day 1 we were not happy. Not only was our "lake view" a sliver of water through the trees, but the privacy was non-existent. Not at all like the place we were shown. It was Day 1, we hadn't unpacked, and asked to be transferred but were told we needed to wait 3 months and then there would be a $600 fee. Unheard of! That should have been a sign. Over the course of our lease we needed to deal with our neighbors upstairs, that not only had dogs that barked incessantly, causing numerous complaints, but that also got into regular domestic disputes weekly, resulting in the Cary police being involved. Even though we had clear photos and video evidence of blatant lease violations, the tenants were not evicted, nor were our pleas for transfer listened to, leaving us to suffer for months. The management is purely out for profit, and once you sign your lease you can kiss any empathy or assistance out the window. The apartments themselves were built a little over 10 years ago, but have clear signs of not being cared for. Cupboards were scuffed, our fridge was dented, numerous wall cracks, our doors wouldn't close to our bedroom or bathroom, and we found cockroaches a few times in the unit. A lack of pride for the community, and poor upkeep. Plus, although animal waste is cleaned up, there was always a smell of animal feces right outside the building. Maintenance was also a problem, as workers were sending chemicals and dust particles into the air while working. Yes, I know maintenance needs to be done, but these workers were wearing masks and never stopped their machines when residents walked by, forcing us to inhale the particles they were protected from. Management was terrible save for Sarah, who unfortunately while had good intentions and a sweet disposition, was powerless to do much in order to help. Eric and Marquita were typically extremely rude, or put on a facade with fake southern charm and then never followed up, or recalled any previous conversation. Repeated follow ups were necessary. At the time of giving a 70 day notice, another resident was in the office trying to break their lease at the same time. Overall, I would gladly speak to anyone thinking of renting these apartments and severely advise against it. The only thing this place has going for it is the location to the lake, trails, and professional offices. Renters beware, and do your homework. To get out of your lease early is a 1.5 times monthly rent penalty.

I love my community amenities, proximity to the Greenway, and the pet consciousness, but the noise level in my building is a bit much for a working lifestyle. My neighbors above me have children that are rarely in bed before midnight. The children cry, run, and scream and I can hear the parents trying to discipline them, which means a lot of sleepless nights for me.

This community is seems very safe and clean. I havent had any problems with noise. My dog likes that the dog park is very accessible and we dont have to walk very far to get there so he can play with the other dogs.

I live my apartment. If you need help from front desk deal with Sara she is the best. Maintained is somewhat slow to respond and seldom honor the deadlines they set themselves. However the work is done well once completed.

Weston Lakeside Apartments are beautiful, both inside and out. The staff is friendly and professional, they are responsive and helpful. The few times in almost 2 years I had to call maintenance (One time was when I first moved in and did not know how to use an appliance) they responded rapidly and fixed the problem!

I stayed here since 2018/10. The location of this apartment is not very close to the downtown, but the environment of the apartment is great - with a beautiful lake. The only concern living here is about the leasing staff and repair service. My balcony door had not been repaired for 2 months and it even can't be locked, but I'm paying the rental on balcony in monthly basis. I am looking for a robust door and higher attention to my request, instead of timely reminder for monthly rental fee only.

I have lived here for one month. I had a major issue during my move in but after a number of phone calls the staff corrected their mistake and fixed the problem. I love the convenience of having an elevator in each building. I have never heard my neighbors or any disturbance outside. The lake behind the complex is incredible! I plan to live on property until I purchase my own home.

Overall it was pretty good, The leasing agent said the apartment was facing the lake but didnt tell me I wouldnt see the lake from the apartment, Bad marketing ploy. The rent cost increased after I had started the paperwork, management said sorry because I didnt finish the application within couple of hours for the deadline and didnt tell me the price would increase. prices change every day...
