I enjoy living at Weston Lakeside because how could you not?! My pup and I enjoy walking around the lake, going to the dog park, and getting treats from the office staff. The office staff is always happy to see us. Paying the rent is a breeze with the online payment option. Did I mention they have a volleyball court....lots of fun times with friends during the summer. After you leave the volleyball court, you can then enjoy the pool or cook up some hot dogs on the grills. The grounds are always immaculate and maintenance takes care of any issues quickly. If you are looking for a new place to live in Cary I would highly recommend Weston Lakeside!

If you're looking for an apartment in Cary, look no further. The amenities are great. They even have a bike rental room which is pretty unique. The staff was always helpful and professional. 5 out of 5 stars.

I really enjoy living in this apartment. The staff are friendly but not over bearing, the pricing is affordable, and the apartments have a large amount of space in a two bedroom. They are pet friendly and have a nice office / pool area.

My move in experience wasnt the best and it gave me a different outlooom the apartment complex. I am happy with the location of the apartment to my job and that is the only great thing. My neighbors are rude and not friendly.

Good community with access to rental bikes for residents. Nearby trails and great location. If there is one thing worth mentioning, its the convenience fee for online rent payments. Even though it is just a $1.50 charge, I don't understand how this community processes payments different from others. I have lived in atleast 2 other communities in the area and have never seen that.

Initially looks like a great deal but poor finishes, cheap appliances and incompetent management make this property a bad decision. If I had known I’d have the number of problems I have I would have chosen to live somewhere else.

I wish I had not ever moved in. It has cost me many nights sleep. It is very dusty. Security no longer present. It could be a very nice place but needs a lot more care as to conditions inside and out before new people move in. it

Great experience, but the decision in moving here was a big one and the gift card was supposed to help me furnish the apartment. I am sleeping on a matress on the floor because i am waiting for it. Other than that this place is amazing and the staff are friendly. I wish i didnt have to be angry about the card but the poor responsiveness from the staff and management is a bit unbearable.

The apartments are so different with character. Love the layouts and columns in all apartments. Great amenities with a theater media room, swimming pool, sand volleyball court, and numerous grills situated around the property. Great value!

Nice amenities, clean area with nice landscaping. Access to grocery store is a little bit far but a lot of other things like restaurants. Staff is nice and we were able to get into the apartment with a 1 day turnaround. Maintenance staff has been very good so far. We had a stain that popped up on our carpet near entry way that we could not explain a couple of weeks after move-in. They had it re cleaned for us the next day. I don't hear any construction like in previous reviews but I know that it is over now. No real complaints so far but have been in apartment only for 3 weeks now.

Weston Lakeside is a very lovely place to live. It offers many amenities and access to the greenways on a beautiful lake where you can take an evening stroll to watch the sunset on the dock. The grounds are very well maintained with seasonal flowers and foliage. The community is pet friendly and has a dog park that is actually used by many and clean. The trash, recycling, mail boxes, and office are smooth daily necessities that are easy to access and convenient. In the summer, the pool is never overcrowded and you have many areas to have a peaceful outdoor experience. So far, we hardly notice any noise from any neighbors so it is a quiet community. The apartments are actually very nice and the layout has an open feel. Balconies are a great size and I enjoy the huge windows and the kitchen has lovely counters and appliances. There is always a security person walking around throughout the day and evening. Maintenance is wonderful and the office staff serves their purpose. I especially enjoy getting a nice snack or drink while receiving a package. If you are into the outdoors, being active, and finding a quiet spot to start any phase of your life, Weston Lakeside is a great place for that.

Really nice community (so far). Management and staff are friendly and pretty darn awesome. They seem to know and care about a lot of the residents that live here. Other residents that have been here longer than I have also like it here. It's really nice. Buttttt, Spectrum D: not so great. Wish there were internet choices.

Leasing process took forever, couldn't move in on time because they were having approval issues so they jacked my rent up for everyday they delayed my move in. The woman up-front tried to be helpful but it seemed like the actual management company was the ones that were causing all the issues

Weston is a great place to live for anyone who works in RTP but doesn't want to move to RTP or Durham, its right off of I-40 at the perfect midpoint between RTP and Raleigh. Being about 5 minutes from both the Arboretum and Park West is great as well, how can you beat the fast-casual trifecta of chipotle, guasaca, and alpaca chicken all in one place. The buildings are newly renovated and look great, the floor plans are great with bedrooms that don't share walls, which is surprisingly hard to find at lower rent rates. Office staff are friendly and willing to do a little extra to help. Oh yeah its next to a nice lake with walking trails. It's not perfect though, they wouldn't let me drive the golf cart, lame

Construction sucks. If you love constant construction, move here. Otherwise, move on... nothing to see here. The location is awesome. If you're outdoorsy, if you're a shopper, if you're an eater... but the noise of constant construction will drive you crazy. EAR PLUGS, EAR PLUGS, EAR PLUGS!

For the price this place is great. The apartment is nice with plenty of space for one person. The kitchen isn't very big, but I don't cook much so it's ok with me. I came in on the tail end of the construction and it hasn't bothered me that much at all. The location is great!! I work off of Weston Parkway and the 5 minute commute was the best selling point of this apartment. Also being next to the lake is really nice. The office also plans nice events with free food which as someone who is just starting out is much appreciated. The biggest problem with this place is the noise from neighbors, which seems to be a common complaint on here. I live in a ground floor apartment and I basically hear my upstairs neighbors STOMPING around their apartment 24/7. I expect that from a cheap college apartment, which is what I moved out of to come here. For the price of this apartment I expect much better insulation between apartments. If your sleep is important to you I would say get a top floor apartment here and you will be set. I have heard 0 noise from my neighbors next to me. Overall, I like living here, but am very disappointed with how much noise I hear from my neighbors, which is why I would not recommend this to a friend unless they got a top floor apartment.

Safe. Clean. Great location. There were some negative reviews online, but I went to check it out for myself. Been living here for about 3 weeks . Noise level isn't bad at all. The location couldn't be better for me. The cost/benefit of living here out weighed others I looked at. Great place to live.
