I've lived at the apartments for almost two years. The office staff is very courteous and attentive and I've only had an occasional issue with noise but its to be expected in apartment living. The grounds are kept well maintained. There is damage to the building from a past storm that is being addressed and fixed in the coming months. I'm actually moving into a bigger apartment soon and plan on being here for many years to come.

Excellent stay. Couldn't find another place like this and even don't know if we can find one. The maintenance, care taken by the team was superb. One very minor suggestion is to fix the elevators as they make some noise though it never disturbed us as we lived on first floor ;-)

Clean, modern apartments with friendly staff and neighbors. Great location near Crabtree lake and Umstead park...love it here! Close to restaurants and shopping, convenient to RTP and the airport. If you like hiking or biking this is the place to be.

The staff is very attentive and the amenities are all in great condition. The only two items that I would suggest changing are adding the option of covered and dedicated parking spaces; and insulating the floors between apartments. We can hear most of the activity of our upstairs neighbors and no action is taken buy the office when complaints are made regarding consistent noise at late hours.

Apartment very clean upon move in, very comfortable and quiet with great access to walking trails by the lake. Staff was very helpful from the beginning getting everything set up. The location feels safe. A great choice for my situation now.

Too much noise from other neighbors. The buildings appear to be falling apart and are draped in plastic. The office staff does not take care of situations and complaints. Overall the apartment interiors are nice, it is conveniently located to most things in this area, but we will not be staying here.

Very satisfied. Great location.Great amenities. Friendly staff. Also clean apartment complex. Only complaint is complementary bikes are never available. Looking for bike to use it on the sake for leasure. Access to freeway is very convenient as well as proximity to big stores and departmental and grocery stores.

The community is nice, really enjoy the pool and grilling areas. The office staff is not very friendly and not dependable. The maintenance staff and custodian staff are really friendly and great to deal with. There should be more community events.

Beautiful location. Dog friendly, easy access to Umstead park and greenway. Building materials must be shoddy though - past year the outside of the building has been covered in multiple spots by plastic, but not fixed. Office staff not particular helpful. Receive package notifications in error, late, for wrong apt. No notice for entering the apartment in many cases. Otherwise, we enjoy it.

Shakira was assisting in leasing new apartment, she was very helpful and kind to provide all the required details and she was patient enough to walk through all the available apartments. but management has to allows some time to move in, should not push customer to move in immediately at-least they should give minimum of 1 day time, i was asked to move same day i signed the lease.......

I moved into Weston Lakeside in June 2008. I have been in the same apartment the entire time. My experience has been great at this community. Sure, there have been times that there has been challenges, but the management team had tried to make it right.

This is a great community we chose due to its proximity between Raleigh and RTP, and due to its proximity to Umstead Park and the Cary Greenway system. The staff and maintenance people are very friendly and the apartment's web-portal is a nice touch. Do note that the walls in this development are very thin and you can often hear dogs/music/people/even alarm clocks at all hours of the day. We drown it out when it is bothersome with moderate music.

We've lived at Weston Lakeside for about a year and a half and have been very satisfied with our experience. The apartment is beautiful with great features like columns in the living room (we have a 2 bedroom). The office staff is very helpful and has always been very nice to us. The property is always clean and well kept. I highly recommend this to anyone that I speak to!

PLEASE please take my advice and DO NOT move in here. It's just not worth the money you're going to pay. Yes, the apartments are "pretty", but honestly it's just not worth the money. I lived here for one year. When I signed my lease my rent was just over 1,000 dollars. When it came time to resign my lease, I received a notice saying that my rent was going to go up almost 250 DOLLARS!!! I was shocked. The office staff is very nice, but unwilling to even budge, or try to negotiate a more reasonable charge. The tiny, tiny less than 1,000 square foot apartment I leased was not worth 1,230 dollars a month!! NO WAY! So beware, If you are one of those lucky people who received a "good deal" on your apartment, except your rent to skyrocket. The walls are very very thin. Our upstairs neighbors we're so loud that our crown molding, and ceiling started to crack because they we're jumping, and running all over the apartment constantly. Horrible. The last thing I have to say is, they are some super sketchy people about money. We have finally received our letter saying how much we get back out of our security deposit. We payed 200 dollars, and are getting back 79. We had no charges other than a can of paint we had to buy to paint an accent wall back to the original color. I'm sure they are going to try and tell me that sewer, water, ect cost over 80 dollars for the final month..but that is just bull!! I truly hate this place. Please don't waste your money here. I went just down the road, got a bigger apartment, same amenities, nice location....for $915. Just don't waste your time here.

Beautiful, peaceful setting. My apartment is bright and cheerful with plenty of storage and privacy. Improvements have been made to the exterior of the buildings that have kept it looking fresh. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

I've just recently moved here with my husband from an area that was distractingly noisy and in terrible condition. So far, the difference is unbelievable. The noise levels are sane, everything in the apartment works well, and the management/staff have been very friendly and helpful. Plus, the available coffee is so convenient, and I've really enjoyed the gym or the trails that are so close by.

Their online rent payment is a rip off. It's been broken 3 different times. Now you pay a $60 fee for using visa or $40 fee fee for using master card. That is not looking out for your tenants that is ripping tham off.

Bad Mean Management. Over priced apartments. Sq Footage not worth the $$ u pay. I moved from a 1 Bedroom to a 2 Bedroom apartment while I was there. When I moved within the community they did not charge me a penny for say "odor removal" or satellite dish removal or any of that. When I moved out of the community all those charges showed up, even though the apartment was left in mint condition. This used to be an awesome place to live with Crosland as the Property management group, but not any more. Yes the beautiful fixtures in the apartment and the lovely trails look appealing but do yourself a favor and do not rent these. A number of people have had similar complaints about them. During summe rrandom people walk in the complex and make a ton of noise in the pool area.

Very over priced. I thought I was upgrading my living accommodations by paying over $1000/month in rent and have been extremely dissatisfied. The walls are paper thin so if you like peace and quiet this is not the place for you. And it's absolutely impossible to get out of your lease early...even if your apartment floods and is unlivable. From the poor sound ventilation to the horrible office staff and customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived in alot of apartments and this is by far the best. The property has beautiful landscaping and i love my apartment! The staff is welcoming and eager to help with an issues you may have. I would highly recommend this complex!

I love living here! I moved here in July. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is excellent. They are very prompt at servicing the requests. Pet friendly and having lake access for the trails is great.

Absolutely amazing! Apartments are a great price and you get such a good experience living here. Crabtree Lake and Umstead Park are basically your backyard and can be accessed from a convenient path. The grounds are well maintained and there are wonderful benches and chairs to relax in. I have a one bed, one bath and it is spacious enough for two people to live as long as you don't have too much stuff. The first floor porches are the best because there is a thick stone ledge that is great for sitting or placing potted plants on. This is the perfect apartment location as well because you can easily get to downtown Cary or hop on the highway to Raleigh or the rest of the Triangle. Very quiet and serene. This is the best apartment community I have ever experienced and I will be very sad when I finally have to move.
