Great area to live in, but to many dogs. People don't clean up after them. Quiet and laid back, lots of places to eat. Movie theater in the area, not even a mile away. Good security that rides around often. Stores and shopping very close to the area

For the most part our experience has been good. One of the office staff members is kind of rude I called one time to tell them that water gets into our storage room and she said well just file a claim with your renters insurance, and I told her so I have to file a claim every time it rains? she stood quiet. That's our only complaint

Not a good experience, security is a none factor. Multiple cars continue to get broke into daily over the past month and nothing has been done to address the issue. For me to be paying over $1700 a month for a 2 bedroom apt I expect more. Visitor parking isn't ideal as well with this large community and only 10 spots available throughout the entire complex is terrible.

I have only been in the community for 2 months thus far. I currently have no complaints. I find the staff to be attentive and the maintenance team are good at what they do. There are establishments in walking distance.

I've really enjoyed my time living in this community! I have great space for the rental price given how high prices can be elsewhere, and the property management team is really on top of keeping the common areas as clean as possible. I always have a smooth time interacting with maintenance or office staff, and overall I'm so glad I live here!

Not enough handymen on staff. Delays in getting things fixed. Floo likes to backtalk to renters. LOTS of added fees not outlined in lease. Lots of bugs - those big flying cockroaches - coming from outside. They don't spray for them often enough.

Great staff, go above and beyond to ensure that the apartment community is well taken care of! I love my apartment, it's has an open floor plan! I love living on the top floor gives me a penthouse feel! I love it here!!

Pricey, but nice neighborhood conveniently located near food, bars & schools. However, I wish they had valet trash for the amount your pay in rent since there's only one dumpster. Great place to live.

Community very conveniantly located near shopping, gas stations and major freeways. Apartment unit is average for the rental amount. Community is quiet. Roaches are a concern on stairways and walkways.

Parking is horrible...no visitors spots and want you to park far when it's sex offender in the apartment complex across the way and a flasher in the neighborhood. Garage builds up like we live in the hood.

This place is trash. I have been chased by homeless people. I have been caught in A pursuit with police and suspects. There's a whole bunch of roaches all on the side walks at night time the apartment complex smelled like dog crap so I will not recommend moving here for the price

When we first moved in the community was well kept, now NOT SO MUCH. The apartments are not worth the rent. Maintenance is always short staffed and things are not fixed in a timely manner. At this point you're paying for the name and nothing else.

This is a good community on the whole. It's well-kept, the buildings are in good condition, and maintenance is usually prompt. Downsides: - Not enough parking. - Too expensive for what you get. - Only 1 (unreliable) trash compactor and no recycling service.

I have a very good experience, the neighborhood is very clean and we don't suffer enough to repair things the small problem is that I was the victim of a car theft however car theft is everywhere even in the city center

The move in process was easy and went smoothly. Izzy was extremely helpful. The space is perfect for me. The only issue I have are my extremely loud neighbors above me. Sometimes it sounds like they're coming through the ceiling. But other than that I enjoy living here at MAA Ayrsley.

Rent is really expensive for what you get. Also these "luxury" apartments are not so much. People leave trash everywhere and it's gross. They charge a $80 a month Community fee to keep it clean but they don't. They also charge $80 a month for cable and internet. Where I could just get my own internet for cheaper but make you get it. So excited to leave!

This Community is good and quiet and kept clean. The only complaint that I have is that tenants let their dogs use the bathroom on the walk way or grass and fail to clean it up. Overall the community is good

The safety and upkeep of the community has definitely declined. Car break ins/ vandalism has greatly increased, and the security patrol is very minimal. Maintenance does respond in a timely manner if something goes wrong in the apt, and the front desk staff are responsive.

This community is well. No community is perfect. The trash is never overflowing for weeks on in and the office staff is kind. They appear to care about the well-being of the residents. Also, there are always community engagement events throughout this the year.
