Everyone here has been awesome. Dana has been super helpful from the beginning when I was first looking into applying for a unit at this property. So far all my maintenance requests have been resolved within 24 hours. It’s a beautiful property, and I still can’t believe how spacious my apartment is!

Park Ridge is a beautifully maintained apartment complex close to shopping and numerous greenways. The maintenance crew provide quick responses to maintenance requests. The management provides events during the year, including blood drives and weekend gatherings that bring a sense of community to the residents. Park Ridge is undoubtedly one of the best apartment complexes one can find in the Triangle.

It is a great community to live in. I have been here for over a year and have not had any issues with my apartment. Any requests or questions, I usually just call the leasing office and they are always helpful. The maintenance and upkeep of the properties is great. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good place to live.

HVAC systems are quite worrisome when they malfunction, especially during temperature extremes. I appreciate the quick service, and the employee’s willingness to make sure the system was once again functioning properly.

I have live at Park ridge just shy of a year and can say I love it here. It's a great size apartment and the location is amazing. You are in the middle of 4 shopping centers and have access to amazing walking trails, the trails are such a bonus especially if you have a dog. The team at Park ridge are top notch and always get back to you right away if you are having any issues. I have just decided to renew my lease and call Park ridge home for another year.

Mostly quiet community in a great location, central to grocery stores, doctors, shopping, gas, entertainment, etc. The buildings are a little old but maintenance and management have been super great about anything I've needed fixed or addressed since moving in. Will definitely be renewing my lease.

Overall Park Ridge Estates is a great place to live! I have been here for around 4 years (2019-2023) and enjoyed it! It is quiet, has nice walking trails and the staff is always supportive and friendly. I really like that I can request maintenance online and they come and do a great job! Overall - I recommend living here :)

If you want to live in a safe, quiet place where the management and maintenance staff are always helping and watching out for your well-being, Park Ridge Estates is the best place to be. Even before I move into Park Ridge Estates. I drove up to a Durham Policeman that parked competing paperwork and had ask him where was the safest complex in Durham to live and, without skipping a beat he said Park Ridge. So, that's where I headed. I have to tell you , he was right !!.

its been so good here its totally worth all the paperwork to get in and stay. the staff is great and they are constantly updating the grounds. I would love to be a bit closer to downtown but that is only a recent development. the price and the trails keep me locked in this amazing DOG friendly place. truly love it.

Great place to live

I have been part of this community for the past 13 years. I find it a great place to live because it is located in a great area to have easy access to I-40. A great neighborhood to walk with trails close by. The convenience of shopping is also very nice. ParkRidge is a great place to call home.

I enjoy the quiet neighborhood. I consider the area in which I live a pearl, it's beautiful, quiet, and I am a 1 - 5 minute drive from everything important. I love that convenience; however, I am very disappointed with the lack of parking, the lack of playing area for kids, and the lack of storage space. These things are equally important.

Lovely place to live!

I highly recommend living at Park Ridge Estates. I moved from out of state and had to find a place to live virtually. The process was fast and efficient but most of all, everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and helpful (specifically Kelly and Dana are who I speak with the most but everyone in the office is great). In addition, the apartments are of good quality and have ample storage. The proximity to walking trails is ideal. And they are dog friendly!! Plus, they respond to maintenance requests very quickly. No complaints here.

No complaints so far, this is a nice quiet community and the office staff is quick to respond to emails and very helpful. They even added extra hours after 5pm when we needed to come in to pick up key fobs which was very helpful.

The staff is always attentive to needs and very professional. Very quiet community. Maintenance is always on a job as soon as possible. Pet policy is pretty lenient and very pet friendly. The amenities seems to be out of commission a lot of the time, but management seems to be working to resolve the issues.

The location of this complex is quite convenient to lots of business, parks& shopping areas. There are walking trails, which are paved, that are excellent for walking your pet(s)!! The dog park area is not properly maintained nor sanitized whatsoever. I absolutely do NOT use this advertised amenity !! Whenever a scheduled construction repair project is scheduled it’s never completed timely. Most recently parking lots were replaced ‘ handicap ramps installed & parts/places of sidewalks replaced. The completion was allowed with many areas still being incompletely repaired or cleaned up. There are wood scraps with exposed nails scattered around these areas, chunks of dried concrete not cleared, yellow construction tape still dangling from marked off areas & cones placed around unfinished areas in, on or near curb areas throughout the complex. For weeks this work was done & the end results are unsatisfactory as well as a danger & hazardous to residents, guest & pets!!! Hopefully, these issues will be addressed directly by corporate management!! An on-site visit would certainly provide quite a few eye opening issues/areas that need immediately addressing!!
