I have loved living at Park Ridge Estates for almost two years now. It is a beautiful community with fantastic amenities. The proximity to the Woodcroft trails is awesome. I love the changing scenery in the spring, summer, and autumn due to being surrounded by nature.

Parkridge estate..clean..excellent location...excellent team. Very few maintenance issues here. . Homes are kept up with the times . We love living here. A+. Our home is great..lots of perks here..Always clean halls..and clean grounds..Gorgeous landscape..tobacco trails right behind us . Very good lighting in parking areas . We love our great neighbors.. we all are like family here.. people looking out for each other .

I have truly enjoyed living at Park Ridge. I can't think of any issue that was not addressed within 2 hours. The community is clean, quiet and safe. The management and maintenance crew are so courteous and professional. I give them 5 stars for the level of service received.

I like park ridge, it is safe and they keeping up with apartments, there is not bugs in apartments and place is very clean. It is price, but it worth the money. Only problem is lack of laundromat and there is washer / dryer in apt. Some apt have connections but you have to pay extra . Closest laundromat is 16 minutes away

I have been a resident for 9 years. I love it here at Park Ridge. Great Community, Office Staff is great, great amenities, location. The grounds are kept very well. Great place for my animals. Dog Park is convenient. Updated fitness room. They are upgrading things around the complex. Grill area and new gas grills are new and also fire pit is great and relaxing. Nice place to spend time with friends

I recently moved into Park Ridge Apartments, and I couldnt be happier! The apartment is beautiful and all of my neighbors are so friendly. I was looking for a community where you get that homey feel and thats exactly what I got with Park Ridge. The staff is very welcoming and there are always people out waking their dogs. I highly recommend this complex!

Park Ridge is a great place to call home. The office staff shows genuine care and concern for their residents. The maintenance staff is quick, efficient, clean, and professional. I've had some issues that needed repair and adjustment, and the team has met and, at times, exceeded my expectations.

We've loved our time at Park Ridge. It's a quiet residence area, and maintenance has always promptly and adequately responded to our requests. The apartment we got was an exact replica of the display one that we toured -- fair and honest marketing. Packages are safe in the locked concierge system. Most of all, we adore Park Ridge for the convenient green areas and neighborhood trails (walking to Joe Van Gogh is a treat!).

Park Ridge Estates has been a wonderful community to live in. The area is quiet and neighborly with nice facilities and ample parking. A wide variety of residents as well from families to young professionals. I particularly enjoy the privacy provided by the building arrangement and many trees around the grounds as well as the vaulted ceilings top-floor units offer.

Ive lived in quite a few apartment in the last two years some in NC and some in other cities/states. Ive found that Park Ridge has been one of the best Ive stayed in, thanks to the staff and apartments! They are located in a nice and quiet area and the apartments are cozy. Its close to everything; the universities, mall, greenway, downtown, and so much more. highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment thats has a great staff, location, and apartment layout! All of this being at a good price!

I love Park Ridge Estates. It is a safe community. You can feel comfortable to walk, jog, or run around the neighborhood. The tennis court and pool area are definitely a bonus. Management team members and groundskeepers are also very friendly!

Park Ridge is a great place to live and it's in a great location. We are close to Southpoint, but tucked away in a quiet community that backs up to the Woodcroft walking trails. I appreciate the friendly and responsive community team. The apartments themselves are clean, and while they aren't exactly luxurious, I'm satisfied because I'm not paying a luxury apartment price. I rated 'Noise' as 3 stars because although the community is quiet, the walls of the apartments are extremely thin. The baseboards are also loose so you can hear the floor creaking when the upstairs neighbor walks around. I'd choose a top floor apartment if those are things that would bother you, overall it's bearable for us, but definitely a negative.

Park ridge is an amazing place to stay in for Dog lovers and if they would like a nature feel environment. It is a nice apartment complex that has a nice neighborhood and community. It is a nice quiet place to live in.

Park Ridge is not a fly-by-night place. This is a very nice residential community for those who value quiet and respectful neighbors who consider this place as their home. Many of the residents live here for years, including young professionals. The grounds are kept clean, and its amenities are user friendly.

I have live here 3 year and love it. The staff is great. My dog loves the dog park. The grounds are beautiful. The fitness center has everything in it. The trail path passes through the property. Ir a nice place to live for peace and quiet.
