Park Ridge is a wonderful community nestled into the heart of Woodcroft. You have easy access to trails, beautiful mature trees and woods, a cute dog park and a quality fitness center. This is an excellent community for active people, particularly those with dogs. Office and maintenance staff are professional and warm. This complex feels like more of a community neighborhood than any other apartment I've lived in and I would highly recommend it.

Been here for years and have not had any major problems. I love the location more than anything else, since it's off a main road and close to shopping, walking trails, and food, but doesn't feel like it's off a main road.

I have been part of this community for over ten years. Found a good sense of place at Park Ridge. Staff is very helpful and courteous, issues often resolved in a timely manner. Great place to live if you're single or a grad student.

This place is quite and I have no issues with anyone. Place is clean and is convenient to many shopping places and restaurants. This place has a lot of walking trails. Parking is adequate and place is maintained well.

I wish I had the option to only breathe clean air on my balcony. Often enough I cannot sit for ten minutes without being forced to inhale the cigarette smoke of my downstairs neighbor. When my windows are open to allow the fall air to enter, inevitably, his smoke fills my entire home - living room, kitchen, bedroom and even bathrooms. When I initially respectfully requested he smoke somewhere which would not fill my space with smoke, I was yelled at to move. This is a breach of peaceful enjoyment and conscious infliction of emotional distress. The protection of nonsmokers against the hazards and distress caused by secondhand smoke should take precedence over some smokers desire to light up wherever they chose. There should be an outdoor smoking area away from the buildings, windows, doorways and common areas where nonsmokers wish to breathe clean air. The fact that this downstairs chainsmoker is an employee here makes his disregard that much more inadmissible. Other than what I have described above, I deeply appreciate the kindness of several staff members and the location.

Park Ridge always responds WITHIN one hour of sending a service request, and they're usually there right away. They fix everything correctly the first time. Grounds are kept decent, they hold events for community members, and always communicate complex-wide issues via email. I am a very satisfied resident.

Living at Park Ridge so far has been divine. Ever since I went through the application and leasing process with Molly I have felt taken care of. My apartment is great with no complaints for a fair price per month with awesome amenities like the pool, fitness center, business center, laundry. Beyond the community is access to everything you could need in the perfect central location. I love it here.

Good location, but old apartments - old kitchen appliances (no clock on oven). Washer/dryer don't come with every apartment. Access to running trails is good. I wish I would have spent more time looking for a better apartment for this price point. 6/10

Dont move here until they change their attitudes regarding tenant satisfaction, living conditions, & repairs. I have had an ongoing electrical issue since 2015. I have had mold, AC issues that they wont fix, & both local & regional management turn a blind eye.

Moving into park ridge Estates was very easy , Matt answered all my questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Moving in was very easy and they provided me with all the phone numbers I needed to complete everything before move in. Been here almost a month and no problems at all

Living at Park Ridge has been great. The staff in the office are always friendly when you come in with an issue or question or when they see you around the community. The residents are very nice too. They always say hi and smile. In a week, I met a few neighbors already. The community is close to work and shopping so it's a win win for me and I love it!

I have been a resident for over 3 years and have enjoyed my stay. No issues with staff, neighbors or area. My only complaint would be when you have someone who has resided for more than 2+ years and is still willing to renew their lease I think to continue to increase the rent is a big drawback. Seems the community would want their residents to stay and not push them to leave with rate increases each lease renewal. Make no sense to do so!

Park Ridge is an excellent community to live in! The location is perfect for those commuting to RTP or Chapel Hill. The price is a great value for the quality and amenities the units have to offer. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful too!

I've lived here for about a year and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. The staff at Park Ridge Estates always quickly responds to any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests and fixes the issue. They are always pleasant and helpful in the office too and host a lot of community events (raffles, themed parties, food drives, etc). The area is wooded and pretty quiet, but still feels safe. I live on the bottom level so I do hear my neighbors occasionally, but nothing more than you would expect with apartment living. The location is great - we're really close to Southpoint Mall and I-40, and there are several grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops within a 5 minute drive.

Great location! So many stores and grocery stores within a 2 mile radius. Very close to hwy. 40, easy hop on and hop off. The staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are extremely helpful and very personable. Buildings need some work and maybe less carpet (i.e. only in the bedroom) , but overall a great place to live. The pool is large and great for relaxing in the summertime heat. They just put in a fire pit and upgraded the charcoal grills to gas grills. The other bonus about these apartments are how quiet the tenants are at night. Overall it's a great place to live.

Park Ridge is a great community to live in. The office and maintenance team are very nice and attentive to the residents needs. The noise level is quite, the grounds are always clean and I enjoy the news letter because we can interact with our neighbors and stay abreast of whats going on in the complex. I would highly suggest Park Ridge to anyone whos looking for a spacious affordable apartment.

My experience so far with Park Ridge Estates has been a positive one. The staff is very friendly and if there is any issues the on-site maintenance responds quickly. My place has a great wooded view and access to hiking trails which are very convenient for me. Park ridge is also nearby many restaurants and grocery stores, plus its very convenient to I 40.

I love staying here. There are some issues that still need to be fix within the complex. But overall I enjoy living here. My biggest problem is parking. Maintenance staff is great! They respond to everything QUICK and ready to fix any problems.
