It's a great place to live, maintenance is wonderful along with the rest of the staff. I just wish there was more parking. You are in the woods so you don't hear the traffic but close to everything such has restaurants, mall for shopping and grocery stores.

I have live here for two years and I love it. The apartment space in the single bedroom is wonderful with lots of storage and closet space. The apartment complet has nice landscape and is near wonderful trails and a nice neighborhood. Great location, friendly staff, and mostly safe community, all for a good rate!

Park Ridge has a wonderful community. The staff respond quickly and are always friendly and the residents I've met are all very kind as well. The community is quite quiet as well, which I enjoy. I really like the size and layout of my apartment and the apartments are wired for Google Fiber when that launches for this area. I'm very pleased with Park Ridge and planning to recommend it to friends.

I love the neighborhood. It is very quiet. Thus far I haven't heard of any crime. Most of my neighbors are very friendly. Aside from the walls being thin and I can clearly hear my neighbors, I love living here. Maintenance does a great job of following up with residents. The staff is pretty good for the most part. Very close to shopping centers and right down the street from the mall.

Newly renovated units are very nice with easy to clean carpet and faux-wood vinyl flooring. One bedroom units are generously sized with very large walk-in closets, a coat closet, and a dedicated laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Location is fantastic, about 25 minutes from UNC, Duke, and Raleigh.

Park Ridge has excellent leasing staff who continue to uphold their customer service after move-in. The community is filled with great people- the kind of people who will offer to help you push your car out of a snow bank. The apartments are nice and spacious, and offer great amenities such as porches, washer/dryers, and dishwashers. So far I am extremely happy about my decision to move in :).

Quiet community and very clean. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and personable. Great place for kids and hardworking people. We're close to major interstates and tons of restaurants. The community speaks for itself day and night.

I have been living here for several years and it just keeps getting better. The management has stayed the same and are very responsive. I have a dog and love this place since there are walking trails and a nice dog park. Overall it stays pretty quiet too.

Park Ridge is a great place to live. This is my third year living here, and I can’t see myself in a bother community in the area unless I plan on moving to another city. It’s central to everything, I love that it has two points of entry, and that it’s settled into a very quiet neighborhood. Staff and maintenance is amazing, and always friendly. Every request I’ve mad has been handle expediently. Because of the sense of security the team shows, I feel comfortable having them come into my apartment, even when I am not hope to handle any task that I’ve requested. I Love living here.

I love living at Park Ridge! The staff is always super helpful, and they have fun resident events. I love all the trees and ability to walk around throughout the community. The porches are nice too and I like having the fireplace and extra storage. Its super close to everything i need.

I really enjoy living here. Ive been here almost 7 yrs! Ive actually recommended this complex to several people. Its quiet and pretty secure. I feel safe living here. I think management strives to keep tenants happy as much as possible

Park Ridge has been the best apartment community I have experienced. It's quite and I always feel safe. The office staff is friendly. Maintenance is quick and does a good job. They are also always doing things outside to maintain the appearance like painting the hallways or tennis courts. They have regular bug spraying outside and are on top of maintaining he landscape. I have also never seen the trash dumpsters over flowing like at other apartment communities.

Park Ridge excels in customer service, from the office staff to the maintenance crew. I have been living here 11 months and I have never had such great apartment staff elsewhere. The lawn/grounds are very well kept, the office staff is amazing, and the maintenance staff is great.

Park Ridge is an excellent community for the price and is a great value with lots of amenities. Friendly and responsive Maintenance and management as well make this a well balanced apartment community that gave more then what I expected

The leasing center will send emails about everything but fail to send renewal notice in email. Was charged $1200 because they didn't remind me about my lease, but never fail to fill my inbox with useless emails. The doors in the unit didn't don't completely close. My oven and dishwasher wasn't plugged into the wall properly and would literally move around as I was cooking/cleaning. The walls are super thin, so you can hear every neighbor all hours of the night. They now require pool passes to the sad small swimming pool, not to mention the resident parking spots that are always taken by guests, even though the center keeps promising that our parking decals mean something. What a waste of time and money

Helpful and caring management. Relatively Quiet neighborhood. Didn't notice before leading but microwave is not provided nor does the freezer have an icemaker. I love the layout but be prepared with your own lighting/ lamps etc... for the living room and bedroom areas

Park Ridge is the best apartment complex that I have ever had the experience of working with. Management is an issue that I have had at other complexes, so the quality of the management team was very important to me. Park Ridge definitely has not disappointed me, and I plan to spend many more years as a resident!

Older apartment with renovated kitchen and baths. Good size rooms and patio. Fireplaces come in handy during winter months.Some units have very little storage space. Maintenance department is very responsive to requests and friendly.

Very nice and clean, landscaping is beautiful and always kept up, I love the community pool they have 3 grills for cooking out and a nice gym. The staff is very nice and professional and if you have a problem they'll fix it the same day.

I rarely have issues at Park Ridge but when I do everyone is very willing to help solve the problem. I've lived in many apartment complexes and this is by the best service I get for my money. I would highly recommend this community to friends.

This place just gets worse every year. Like other apartment communities, rent keeps going up. Charging more for pets. Charging more for trash. Just keeps getting more expensive. There is never any parking. My apartment feels like a moldy dump. Trash everywhere. They keep changing rules at random. Which is essentially breach of contract. Like other communities, Corona has shut everything down. They won't even let people use the grills. Even just a couple. They were overly pushy about rent, even though an extension til April 10 was given. Harassing people for rent when everyone is broke. I hope someone buys them up and actually improves this place. Overpriced slum.
