We have loved living in Park Ridge the past few years. The only reason we are moving is that we have more kids and need a 3 bedroom now. If not for that, we would stay. It's so safe and much quieter than you'd expect, being off the main hwy. So so close to everything! 3 grocery stores within 2 minutes, Southpoint is 5 minutes away, great food and coffee within minutes. We would even take the onsite trail (part of Tobacco Trail) through to the back roads to walk to Southpoint. Lovely onsite trails that take you to a playground and outdoor gym. And the pool is very nice and tree lined. Maintenance is here within 24 hours if we ever have an issue. Will be super sad to leave.

I have enjoyed my time so far at Park Ridge. Being right on the trails is excellent! I can walk to several places, and am a short drive to I-40. It is quiet, and spacious for the price I am paying. A good value overall.

Park Ridge is a wonderful place to live. It's quiet and close to everything ie mall, grocery stores, and schools. It's hard finding a one bedroom 830 sq feet for a decent price. Overall I love my apartment.

Old apartment but good maintenance staff. Very responsive. In some units A/C unit doesn't work properly. If you have 2 BDR, chances are that 1 BDR may not get proper heat or cool. This needs to be fixed.

It is a great apartment complex convenient to highway 55, 54, I-40, and the surrounding RTP area. For the area, you will get a great deal living at Park Ridge. Other apartment complexes can be expensive in the area but they have managed to deliver great value.

I lived at Park ridge estates for over 2 years and I'm not happy with the multiple maintenance workers and there none ability to preform basic maintenance requirements. The office is a revolving door there has been multiple employees and that is not good because these new workers ever month has access to peoples life, my home is my safe house but not when multiple people can access at any time !!! I hate the fact they would put a notice on the door the night before there scheduled to do some work but never come and do it !!! My fire alarm has not been changed for over a year !!! And when the weather is bad please do not think Mark or any of that revolving door workers would make sure something happens you better get into news before you move in !!!! And those bottom floor apartments one word NORTHPOLE !!!!!! Do not rent those your bill will be $1,000.00 and keep in mind it's only electric heat so it's not going to get to hot !!!! Money blowing in the wind trust me !!! That location is not good to live at I'm warning ?? you now !!!! And big roaches or water bugs !!! The thousands of spiders!!! But please let me repeat those water bugs or roaches on steroids come in a pack so you see over 5 a week and there huge !!! Please don't move in !!!

This experience was not satisfactory so not a good time to give an opinion. For an emergency situation I would not recommend. When handled by local office I could recommend. Why does this have to be 201 characters? On-site service is good and quality but for emergencies not so good. Hate to think what it did to electric bill since I don't know when problem happened maybe right after I left at 7:30 am and did not return till 5:30 pm.

I like living here I just don't want family and friends or co workers living that close to me. Parking could be better , I go to work at 415 in the morning. Sometimes I have to park far from my building and sometimes it s scary. Overall it's a great place to live.

Absolutely poor response to winter weather road preparation, no pretreatment. Great apartment community great location and great rent rates. Be aware in the winter time it is hilly and the roads are not cleared timely and the city doesn't clear roads

I have been a resident at Park.Ridge for 5 years and have always been happy with all Staff and prompt and courteous services needed. My only issue has been with neighbors around me having domestic issues and being very noisy. After making reports to the office and police, the domestic issues stopped.

I have been a resident at Park Ridge for going on 11 years and actually for the most part I have been proud to call it my home! The biggest problem that they seem to have is the parking and it's just not enough room for it seems that there are more cars now and of course you do have there needs to be more space for sure where or how that could be done though. But Park Ridge is a truly nice place to call home!!!

I love the location! The staff is very friendly and competent. The apartments are a bit dated. Love the deck and being backed up to a wooded view. Everything you could possibly need is very close.

Overall apartment is good if you can be on the top floor. Try not to face the parking lot though. Staff and maintenance are very responsive. Overall a nice apartment. Only real downside is the sound/noise from other apartments and outside can get annoying and some times parking is tough but they've been working to make improvements.

Nice place. I am so glad I found a home here. The staff is super nice. The area is totally awesome. Look forward to playing some tennis soon and enjoying the pool next year. Not mention year round burgers on the grill at the Gazebo.

This is the fourth apartment complex I have lived in and it has, by far, the best administration. Every time I have called the office for anything, I have gotten an answer or a call back soon afterwards.

Management has been friendly and professional. Parking can be a little rough sometimes but they're working on fixing that. We have a garden-level apartment with a forest view, meaning more bugs and a few frogs around the outside of the apartment. Nothing that can't be handled with some insect/spider repellent in the month that we've been in the apartment. I am very pleased with the space of our 2b/2ba and while I didn't like the layout at first, I have had no complaints since actually living in it. As with any apartment, beware the heavy footed people above you but otherwise, so far so good.

I stumbled upon this apartment complex mistakenly and quickly fell in love with it. PRE is nested between Woodcroft, a family-friendly community in south Durham, as well as a large variety of shopping centers, malls, and the like. The pros of this apartment in my perspective are as followed: great staff (excellent communication), extremely quick maintenance delivery, payments available online and in person, nice pool, decent gym, walking/running/biking trails in the "backyard", beautiful landscaping/outdoor maintenance, tennis courts, a good dog park and dog waste bins around the complex, it feels safe and welcoming, diverse and generally nice residents, has bus stops for those who take public transportation, and is located 25 minutes to downtown Raleigh, 12 minutes to UNC/Franklin Street, and 15 minutes to downtown Durham. The cons of this complex are small in comparison: The dog park is partially dirt leaving you to bathe your dog with each visit, visitor parking is heavily enforced (i.e. towing enforced). I highly recommend this complex to anyone who wants to be comfortable at a reasonable price.

I recently moved from Charlotte after selling my home of 13 years. I had fear of moving back to the apartment life because I thought I would lose my space of privacy, quietness, and peace living close to others that I have not met before I signed my lease but I prayed after viewing other apartments and Park Ridge sister apartment Property assistant Ian R directed me to view their other PRG properties. I also was undecided on getting a 3 months lease or a 13 months because I did not know what I was getting into. But gladly to say I got the 13 months and have not regret it. Two of sister apartments I fell in love with but Parkridge flooring fixed my style. Parkridge office staffs exceeded in professionalism and courtesy and they are prompt on maintenance work orders. The two workers were Chris and Ericka that helped me through my transaction smoothly. Sharon W.

I love living at Park Ridge Estates. I can truly called this community home. All of the staff is friendly and the community grounds are gorgeous. The Park Ridge community is very quiet. I live close to the pool and grilling area. When I look out from my patio, the scenery always reminds me of a vacation resort the only difference is that I don't have to leave.

I was really satisfied with the overall leasing process and the condition of the apartment at the initial walk through. The apartment is a good size and the rooms are big enough. Park Ridge has a lot to offer potential residents (tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool and a walking trail). I'm going to enjoy living here.
