I just recently moved in and my apartment is very clean and spacious! I have been to the gym which is nice as well, and walked by the pool a few times. The staff have events planned all week since we just moved in!

Move in process was very easy. Apartment was clean when we moved in. Very spacious rooms and living area. We had a few problems that we discovered when we moved in but they are working on being resolved.

I moved in to the Aspire community less then a week ago so I have not experienced much, but It seems to be a nice place to live. We have had a few problems like the kitchen faucet and fridge door that got fixed quick. And the other issues are scheduled to be repaired in the next week. Staff has been super nice, with assisting with problems. Only downside so far has noisy neighbors but like I stated earlier being move in week I expected that.

Not good office stag was not make feel welcome outside of the apartment it's trash workers form Maintenance were disrespectful and was saying things about people in Spanish they were not professional at all

My experience at this community has been pretty good. The apartment complex is cool and it's real chill, I have all my teammates that live with me here so it's really cool and everyone that works at aspire is very helpful as well.

So far so good, staff at the front desk are always helpful and maintenance always comes very quickly. Usually on the same day. Aspire 349 can get loud at times, but that is to be expected in college student housing. Love the trash valet and the access to gym and pool

My experience at aspire has been great. the staff is very nice and accommodating for all of their residents. My roommates and I like it so much that we have renewed our lease for the next year. I would highly recommend

Not that amazing. However very close to campus and the staff is friendly. I am not signing again because of apartment cleanliness and maintenance is often on. A lot of amenities aren't working or stocked. Parking spaces are tiny. Very loud apartment complex lots of parties and screaming college students. However it is a good place for a party college student to live in.

I decided to sublease from Aspire 349 for the summer as I am a student at UNCW. On the day I was going to move in, I went to the front desk and they gave me my key, fob and all the other stuff, I drove to my apartment and the fob did not work so I had to call and turns out they didn't even activate it yet. When I finally got in the living room and kitchen were an absolute mess, there was just stuff thrown everywhere. I finally walked into my new room, and it was unlocked and there was white paint chips all over the floor, and little hair bands. I checked out the bathroom and there were hairs still all in the bathtub wall. Definitely not impressed.

Although I just moved in, I can already tell that staff members are available and helpful. I have had no issue contacting staff with questions/concerns. When I moved in, my room was very clean, neat, and just overall ideal! I'm also super excited about the amenities!

They communicate well for the most part. I don't feel at home I roomed with someone I knew from home and roomed with someone I didn't. I didn't realize the person I knew lived differently then me like cleaning up around the apartment and slams doors when it's not necessary.

I like this apartment complex. It's good for first year students. Everyone gets along really well with the neighbors and I have had a great experience in my freshman year. I recommend Aspire 349, it is a safe and fun environment.

Towing and Parking
---- aspire. They don’t have enough ------- visitor spots so you are forced to park in the normal spots and then your car gets towed and you have to pay 140 just to get your car back. Absolutely ridiculous that the workers wait till everyone is not outside to lurk and tow cars. ------- disgusting.

My experience has been good. The unit was not the cleanest upon move in but overall I'm happy with the space that the three bedroom apartment provides. I love the pool, the gym, and study rooms. Aspire also puts on nice resident events quite often which is great!

The community is great! Everyone is so nice and friendly! Maintenance always responds quickly and the front office staff are always helpful. It was been a wonderful 2 years of living here. We have also made many friends by living here.

Moatly gpod only been on3 bad room mate pairing simce I have lived here not to noisey neighbors or complex and the fact that maintenence and turn over are so good provides a good energy and makes me want rp recomend

Love it. It has an equal mix of ppl from cfcc and unc Wilmington. The amenities are great. My roommate and I love using the tanning bed, the study room, etc. it is a great place to live and even tho I don't go to UNCW my friends who do get great transportation straight the apartments to the school

Living here has been good, I have met a few people in my time living here. There have been a few things that have been an issue. Our smoke detectors, which were replaced on the same day, went off for no reason at 2 am. Our vents were so dirty that we had black soot on our plastic. A car alarm has also been going off constantly late at night in the parking lot even though we have contacted the office as well as the police about this issue.

It's a ran down place in my opinion trash everywhere no dog bags to pick up the crap that people leave all around there's crap on the stairs in a building as well as you can hear every little noise outside of your apartment

Good area, easy access to transportation. I am a college student so the bus is able to take me directly to my school for class which is a big help. The office workers are also very polite and helpful if there is anything we need.

Aspire 349 has been great. The pool is my favorite part as well as the coffee/hot chocolate area. My roommates and I recently got into playing ping pong so we use the clubhouse quite a bit. We renewed our lease and are excited for the new year!

Visitor parking is horrible. Very limited and and there are cars that sit there for months taking up the already limited visitor parking spaces. If your car is not in a visitor spot you WILL get towed. Very unfair for people who try to follow the rules.

Best experience I've had living with people. Definitely met some bruddas along the way. Love the courts outside playing basketball for hours. Cool to be in the sports events that have Been held. Love the vibes

It's been extremely simple experience. All information is straight forward and the staff has been helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment is spacious and functional. Well taken care of. Security is a plus in this community

The rental process was very easy. Everyone was nice and very helpful. The rent is reasonable. Student housing is available, which means they rent by the room. There are wonderful amenities available. There is also free coffee in the morning. Thank you to the people at Aspire.
