Staff is very nice, amenities are nice and I use most of them pretty frequently, including the gym and the pool. Cheaper rent would be nice but it's hard to find that about anywhere so not too much of a complaint. Overall good experience.

Personally, I feel that the community is OK. I think parking has some issues that should be addressed as well as some noise issues within the community. However, the fact that they allow you to have pets and include utilities, minus electricity, is a big factor in why I chose this place

It's nice for what it is. I'm not a college student but for someone who suddenly had their plans for living destroyed, this place came in in a clutch. It's cheaper than a 1br apartment for sure, but could still be a bit cheaper. And asking many months ahead (and constantly) for lease renewals might make sense for students, for someone living here until something changes with their life, the constant offers is quite obnoxious.

This complex is descent. Could be a little cheaper. It is located in a nice central area, the amenities are great but the appliances in the apartment need to be updated and so do the finishings because the fire alarm always goes off when the stove top is on. As well, the front gate to get in is always broken or stops working while driving through it. It has broke and hit/scratched the whole side of my car. i do like living here just wish things were updated to work smoothly!!!!

Not bad for student living. Love the study room and the amenities. The safety could be better since its not in the best area, its also loud at times. I would recommend living here as the staff is usually nice.

Aspire is a fantastic community that truly allows you to pick your level of engagement. They have fantastic programs you can participate in, and the staff are the friendliest in Wilmington - without being overwhelming. The maintenance staff is particularly wonderful - quick, courteous, and willing to help with problems that don't have a lot of information. The amenities are great - and rarely too crowded. The apartments have plenty of space, with fantastic-sized rooms (with their own bathrooms) to retreat to, and great common areas as well! The appliances are all in working order and more than sufficient, and if they break maintenance will have it fixed quickly - or at least provide temporary solutions if they have to wait for a part. Fantastic experience here so far - and I trust that if anything goes wrong - the staff will work with me to correct it!

It's nice random roommates can be interesting but you meet some cool people. The amenities are pretty nice. I use the gym every day. The hardest part is meeting people, so I do wish there was more of a community.

I really enjoy the overall community. Every apartment complex has its quirks but Aspire is pretty good at not making you hate the complex. The pool is nice and they have free hot chocolate which is a big plus

The community is nice and has a lot of great amenities. However, during my lease time I have not enjoyed the neighbors and people above and below as they are constantly being loud at late hours of the night. It is student living and that is the experience you get. Overall, I loved my apartment in general and then space that is provided for the two bedroom apartment but hopefully you get better neighbors.

This is a great apartment complex! The staff and maintenance is always there to help, the cost is unbeatable and they don't require a down payment, the amenities are awesome, etc! Stop looking and just choose Aspire :)

Aspire 349 is a good student living home. We have had some consistent issues with our appliances, but the maintenance always comes to try and help. I like where I live. It could be cleaner and safer, but I am a college student. The biggest issue with safety would be the gate system. Basically anyone can enter. Our door doesn't latch unless slammed and we didn't know that until a random group of people entered our home one night.

Moving into this apartment during the summer gave us a false sense of security. Since nobody was here yet, there were no neighbors to make noise or damage the breezeways and make them dirty. As soon as the frat moved in above us, we started noticing things in our trash cans and debris and litter throughout the entryways. They also became very loud. We tried to contact the emergency lines but every time, it seemed like a lost cause. The apartments are also very expensive for the lack of administration response. Otherwise, everything is very beautiful and public facilities are usually pretty clean.

I've never had a problem with matinence here and they always handle requests as fast as they can. We over go over on electric and we're not sure where it's from and the office doesn't either. It's always super loud but that's expected for college living.

Aspire 349 is one of the cheapest apartments in Wilmington for students, but sometimes that shows. My apartment was very dirty when we first moved in, including mold in the dish washer. On top of that, they don't give you a inspection form for your bedroom, and I'm scared I'll get charged for things that I didn't do when I move out. Other then that, everything is alright. It can be fully furnished and all utilities are included.

It's been pretty good so far. Maintenance is great from everything I have seen. My space is nice and I have good roommates which always makes the experience better. The price you pay for what you get is not bad at all. Only downside is the gate will break randomly and it just stays open, but it seems to always be fixed within a week!

I've really enjoyed living here! Being in close range to everything in the city is so nice. Lots of activities to do and have fun. As well as CFCC Campus being like 10-15 minutes away! The amenities they provide us with are a great way to socialize and meet friends and they are so fun! I would definitely recommend it to a friend!
