It's great for college students looking for an affordable place to live in Wilmington. It's a little noisy at times but the staff are very nice. There isn't a lot of visitor parking but plenty of resident parking. Its gated which makes me feel safer as well.

I really enjoy living in Aspire. There's a lot of great incentives and amenities that come with living here. A pool and a gym, you can't really beat that. My only complaint is the security. There isn't any really and I wish there was more actions taken to make the residents feel safe.

When I moved in the apartment was dirty and I spent $120 on cleaning supplies. I was not compensated for it or any of the extra trouble I had to go through when moving in. I cleaned up moldy food, mildew, dead bugs, dust, stains, and dirt. The staff seemed very stressed and were unfortunately unable to help me with all but one of my issues. Once I got in cleaned up the apartment was extremely nice but, the price point implied that it would be held to higher standards. I was disappointed.

Our apartment had fleas all over it and I got badly infected because of it. The appliances in our apartment were not working either. The tv, dryer and other plug points. I did not hope this from the apartment before moving in.

Maintenance is quick and helpful. Apartment was clean and move in ready on time. Bugs are an issue on the first floor but the maintenance does offer sprays I will look into that. Portal is easy to access and navigate.

Aspire has been a really chill and convenient place to live as a college student who's just started living on their own. The amenities are perfect and one of my favorite things is how spacious the units are. The closets are huge and it's really nice having your own bathroom. The only issue I have had is trying to find my guests a visitor spot on the weekends. But Aspire still has a lot more visitor spaces than most complexes. In all, it's been good here!

Move in was easy, my keys were ready when I arrived. My bathroom was clean but I wish my bedroom was vacuumed and dusted. My building is right by the pool so it's pretty loud on weekends and there's random kids at the pool at 2am some nights. I've also seen multiple roaches around my room. The amenities are very nice though, access to a gym, pool, and tanning bed. There has always been accessible parking and a good amount of visitor spots available.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. this place absolutely sucks. management sucks. maintenance sucks. they are rude and stuck up. left me in an almost 90 degree apartment for a week and did not care. literally had to move out a month and a half early.

I've enjoyed my time here at aspire. The people at the front office have always been very nice and always helpful when calling. James from maintenance has fixed every problem I have had very quickly. Gracie at the front has been very helpful!

Aspire 349 has been a great place to stay for my granddaughter while in school at Cape Fear. She has felt safe at the apartments and made alot of new friends. The staff has been helpful when needed. As school comes to an end she will be moving on, but will miss Wilmington and the Aspire apartments, her first home.

I think aspire is great. It is a little expensive, but it gets the job done. It is close to campus, downtown, and the beach, so it is really easy to get everywhere you need to. I really like it I definitely recommend

I think the community is very nice. People are welcoming and community taken well care of. Getting everything sorted out with management to get your lease can be a hassle but otherwise it is alright.

Most of the time, it is a good experience! Clean and comfy! Gates don't work all the time which kind of sucks, but other than that, it is a nice place to live. Weekends can be hectic because of parties, but it's expected with college students

I think it is okay, but there are a lot of issues with the back gate which has caused me to be late to places like work too many times & I hate that cockroaches are a huge problem in the summer time, but get that this is also Wilmington, so. Overall, like the area and how it's close to many places.

I have lived at Aspire 349 for almost two years now. While I have been there I have not had any problems with my neighbors or the community as a whole. On the contrary, the gate has not worked properly since I moved in, this includes all gates opening and shutting properly as well as the visitor keypad working. When asked about the issue the team has reassured me that they are working on it but to this day it still does not work properly and is typically left open. I would not consider it a "gated community" for this reason.

I have really enjoyed living here and have renewed for next year. the maintenance staff is great and gracie in the front office is always super helpful. The gym does need some repairs like to the boxing machine and stairmaster.

Our apartment complex fits the expectations. The staff is very nice and I have personally have not experienced and bad attitude or nor have been delayed to be helped. They are very quick with maintace and always answer my questions
