Good apartment complex to live in. Very close to campus. Very easy to walk, bike, or drive to many stores and restaurants. Management is kind but very hard to get a clear answer sometimes. Safe community and lots of fun events.

The gate definitely helps with my safety concerns, and I really enjoy the amenities. I was grateful for the opportunity to transfer to a new apartment after having a safety concern. The office found me a better spot that is easier to get in and out of .

The plateform was easy to use and allowed me to find my current apartment quite easily and for that I would recommend. Although I had some trouble given that I'm an international student so accessing the website was difficult

At first i thought it was gonna be a nice place with how friendly the staff is and how nice the pool area and the public gym. But when you get to the outside apartments near the basketball courts thats when the quality goes way down the apartments just wasnt ready for move in and i dont understand who check it off as move in ready becasue it wasnt they didnt even have our washer/dryer in the laundry closet they had it in the middle of the kicten with it unplugged and not hooked up was not happy that i moved in on the 15th and it took until the 20 until i was able to wash my clothes

The apartment is nice and has what I need. When I moved in, the staff was very welcoming. Aspire is in a very good spot and near UNCW, the beach and downtown Wilmington. Compared to other apartments in Wilmington, Aspire is not as expensive.

The apartment was filthy on move in day. It smelled of pet urine and we found mold in the vents. We went to the front desk staff with this problem which could've been considered a health hazard and needed to be dealt with immediately and they were less than caring about it and were in fact quite rude when we asked for help. We placed a maintenance order and he came almost immediately and fixed our problem and was very kind and helpful with the many problems we were having within the apartment.

Good apartment complex for college students, but definitely has a lived-in feel. The person who lived here before me left it quite dirty, and it was that way when I moved in. Maintenance is friendly and quick to resolve issues. The apartment itself is in a good location and feels safe.

Very pleased so far with the state of the apartment when moving in. It is clean, no bug or mold, and very large. Office staff was very helpful and responsive. They even helped me get an earlier move-in on August 1.

The community has too many units and tenants for me, personally. Too many cars speeding and making a lot of noise in the parking lot. People can be noisy late at night, which I can hear from my big windows inside my bedroom. Some people smoke on their patios. There should be more security guards monitoring the noise, speeding, drug use, and rules of this community.

Aspire 349 is a mini paradise in a very convenient location in Wilmington. I love living here in my 2nd floor apartment with a view of the pretty swimming pool and landscaping. The entire property is well designed and kept up very well. It would be nice to have more powerwashing of the buildings that are covered in pollen stains and the breezeways and cement stairs which get stained and truly need upkeep. The staff is very friendly and kind, and I know they care about us residents. Maintenance here is excellent with James Hayes supervising a team of great capable workers who handle our every need. Aspire 349 is very affordable and a super value for the price of shared living -- separate leases in a single apartment -- with private quarters for each tenant who share a kitchen and living room and entrance.

Very nice, first week of move is was questionable but now it feels much safer with the gates and security always around. Love the pool and the people here are very nice and staff is very helpful!!!!!!!

I have been at this community for a month, but so far the place is cool. The front office are so kind and welcoming and they are ready to respond to any of your questions. Also, the maintenance is so fast. So far I like the place.

I enjoy living at Aspire?the apartment itself is nice and the employees are always helpful at taking care of problems. It is a great community to be a part of overall. The only problem I see with Aspire is the price.

I have loved staying here since 2023 great staff Great facility. I just wish we were more informed about safety precautions. In the event of something happening on the premises, I would like to be informed sooner than four weeks. Other than that living. Here has been great. That's always accommodate in. The facility is always clean.

My experience at this community has been great. Everyone at Aspire is incredibly kind and supportive. Even though I can be a bit much as a tenant at times, they always go out of their way to accommodate my needs and make me feel heard. I went to the clubhouse in the morning and told the staff the issue. Maintenance went to take a look then and there after talking to me about the issue. I left for class and when I got home everything had been fixed

James is great. Office people are great. The apartments and amenities are quite outdated and could definitely use some upgrades. Wish there wasn't so much dog poop around the property. Also wish I didn't have to fill out this question for the survey every time I have a work order.

I move in after I graduated and have loved it ever since. It's a nice place to stay and everyone is super nice. I do say they should clean the place before people move in because it was really dirty when I moved in and I had to clean it.

its nice i enjoy living here most of the time the office staff is nice i generally like the maintenance staff but sometimes ppl are loud there is dog poop around the complex and they finally fixed the gates so i do feel more safe

It's an ok place to live. A lot of college kids live within the appartments. Few issues with appartment but work team is on top of any work orders that need to be addressed. Gates work most of the time.

I enjoy living here. Maintenace is on point and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great office hours and love the gated community. I have had not issues and it is pretty quite here.
