I just moved in this week but so far so good. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I had one maintenance request because the dryer had rain water in it and it was fixed in a couple of days which was great.

Overall it's a good apartment complex it does get a little loud at times bc it's full of college students. I do think they do a good job of having doggy bags and cleaning up the area around with cutting bushes. I do think that they should do better with the trash since we do pay trash to be taken out that's included in the rent

This apartment complex is great, however, the Internet messes up easily during the weather. My ice machine is still broken, my door seems to be jamming, but other than that things are fine. I look forward to spending another year here.

It has been good maintenance is super friendly and helpful and the staff always does there best to help when you have questions. Things could be cleaner and trash could be better managed to help with bugs but overall it it's a good place to live

I have had no problems so far. It's a little loud when neighbors slam their doors or are running up the stairs late at night but overall I've had a good experience so far. The office staff is very nice and helpful!

I had a rough start with aspire due to previous management and roommate problems, but the new management has been amazing my rent is never put in late, the staff is very friendly and does everything they can to help.

The community is loud and gross they always leave trash everywhere but the apartments are nice and affordable. I do like living here but there should be a better way to get random roommates. My roommates were not matched very welll

The entire property is disgusting (trash everywhere, animal waste littered entire property, dog park is unmaintained, broken glass throughout property, etc.). Staff is not helpful most of the time and new fees continue to be put in place even though our lease says otherwise. Half the lights and outlets in our unit do not work and have never been fixed despite work orders.

I really enjoy this community. It can get kind of loud sometimes but when living in student living you kind of have to expect it. the staff here is pretty nice and helpful most of the time but the real superstars are the maintenance crew. they're super fast and do a great job

The maintenance team at Aspire truly does an exceptional job every time. I could not be more pleased or thankful for their service! Otherwise, other residents prove to be disrespectful to the property as well as neighbors. Constant trash thrown all over by repeated persons and it really ruins the overall appearance of the community, and diminishes the hard efforts of our staff and those of us that work hard to make it a nice place.

Most of the leasing staff is pleasant. Complex itself is too bad. Amenities are nice. Apartment has had a few problems since moving in. Annoying to have to put in work order after work order. Roommates are horrible. They do not abide by the lease and are very inconsiderate. Not renewing my lease due to this.

This community is definitely a social network community meaning if u want to be around people 25/8 then this is the place for you. I am more of the I want to be alone and have my own area. But the community as a whole is amazing. Definitely in need of some improvements but maintenance would definitely be the best thing they have going for them.

The staff at aspire are extremely welcoming, polite, friendly, and are willing to go out of their way to help a potential tenant and residents. The facilities are clean and neat, and I love that it is a gated community. Although the entrance gate seems to stay open which defeats its purpose. But overall experience is a 10/10 I love it here!

Really amazing events put on by staff helps aspire 349 feel like a community. There are clubs online to join like volleyball to meet new people and utilize the great amenities that are offered. I've loved living here for the past two years.

Overall it is okay, the amenities are amazing. The weekends get a little rowdy and the apartments are a little ran down in some of the building and extremely nice in others. The maintenance crew is always fast to respond and correct the issue.

I moved here my freshman year of college and have enjoyed every minute of it. Any minor issue that has occurred over the last (almost) two years I have lived here has been fixed. Not only is maintenance genuinely 24/7, they are good people. Vinny and James are two faces that bring a smile to my face, and they're always happy to help. I appreciate their attentiveness to any and all of my apartment needs, and they have made my stay here at Aspire 349 more enjoyable and leisurely to say the least.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. I had a bad experience with the people I lived with and staff helped me choose another unit and let me move in the middle of the year. They were super helpful during the process, especially Laney and Jon.
