Aspire 349 is a nice apartment complex. It has great amenities, especially the pool and gym. The apartments are spacious and has a nice balcony. Any maintenance issue I have had has been resolved quickly and efficiently.

    It has been very welcoming and when there is an issue it gets resolved in a quickly manner!!! The gym is very kept up and cleaned as well as the tanning bed. A lot of the residents are very nice some can be loud but it's not a problem for me.

      Aspire is a great place to live! There is so much to do whether the office puts together gatherings for the residents or the 24/7 gym and pool. I love the gated community as well as how nice the apartments are inside an actual apartment. Anytime there has been an issue the team members have been on top of it. As well as anytime i placed a work order they have come to change it immediately.

        While living at aspire, I have enjoyed it tremendously. It is really close to campus and having the bus stop right at the apartment is incredibly helpful it also being in the center of Wilmington is so great.

          I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to move here. Not safe at all, but management is fine. The first day I moved in there were murders and it only got worse from there. Weird people following me home and banging on my door, someone on every building smoking cigs or weed. Pretty ------ on the inside but looks nice on the outside. There is a tanning bed tho

            Its an apartment complex full of college students. There's no more security walking around like they had last year. It often gets loud and we have to call 911 for a noise complaint, only for it to not work. They shut off my Internet for 4 weeks just as finals hit and did nothing to help. I don't recommend living here

              I always have a good experience when it comes to aspire 349 maintenance! Maintenance is always so nice and quick when it comes to responding to my maintenance requests! James and Kale are the best and so hardworking!

                    I really enjoy the community here! It is so very welcoming and I find it very appealing in the apartments. There are many attractions here at Aspire, including a pool, grill, clubhouse, and more! It truly is a place to be!

                      Not safe!

                      There have been 2 murders in this complex in the past 60 days! Not safe! So many renters that aren’t students. Stay away from this apartment complex. We see drug deals and crimes committed almost daily!

The recent incidents you mentioned were fully investigated by authorities, and it was determined that there is no ongoing threat to the community. Our goal is to provide a safe environment, and we continue to work closely with law enforcement to maintain that. As for the mix of renters, we have a blend of residents that includes both students and non-students, which is standard in many communities. About 90% of our community are students.                         I recently moved into Aspire 349, and although my experience started with a few bumps, I'm happy with how things turned out. Initially, there were a couple of issues ? my unit had a small plumbing problem and some pest control concerns with bugs. However, once I reached out to management, they responded quickly. Maintenance addressed the issues promptly, and everything was fixed within a few days. Since then, things have gone smoothly. The staff is friendly and responsive, the amenities are well-maintained, and the location is fantastic. I appreciate the clean common areas, the quiet atmosphere, and the sense of community within the complex. Parking is also convenient, and I feel safe here, which is essential to me. What stands out the most is how attentive management has been in resolving all my concerns. They care about resident satisfaction and creating a comfortable living experience. While the start wasn't perfect, the overall experience has been positive. I would recommend Aspire 349 to anyone looking for a nice place to live with reliable management that addresses concerns quickly and effectively.

                          It has been great since moving in a week ago, but the basketball court is unplayable as the rims are broken and there are no nets. Other than that it is a great place to live and I love that it is near my school with a bus stop nearby.

                              moved into a dirty apartment. the couch is 75% ripped up. there was a vape in my bathroom. someone painted over dust and hair so my walls can’t look clean. everything was just so gross, who doesn’t check the shared spaces and rooms before move in??? also i didn’t live here for longer than 24 hours before a homicide happened.

                                The first week I moved in someone was shot in a unit across from me. Broken gates at the entrances and the safety aspect which was a main draw originally is nonexistent right now. The facilities are still nice but very unfortunate. the gates let anyone in

                                  everything is great so far other than maintenance request not being taken seriously, we have a hole in the door where anyone outside could see in or stick an object thruto break in and we were told dont put in any more request for it to be fixed because they were backed up which means out dishwasher also hasnt been fixed

                                    The staff is nice but so far we have had a lot of concerns due to safety and how unclean the apartment was on move in day. Maintenance did not feel that being unable to wash clothes was an urgent matter so it took a few days to get the dryer fixed.

                                      So far I've enjoyed living here. I was however a little concerned with the gate system. I don't have a car here, so my main method of transportation is biking. I didn't know if there were any easier ways to exit the property grounds other than a single gate towards the back end of the neighborhood. It has been unlocked??don't know if it's supposed to lock or not??since I've moved in (which is actually helpful for me since it's the only exit I can take that I know of so far).

                                              Awful, it was so atrotious trying to move in and live. Impossible to bring my ESA with me due to fleas. Frustrating to say the least due to constant issues with the apartment. Obvious that no one bothers to clean or check the apartments after other tenants move out.

                                                  So far, so good. Upon initial move in the front office was helpful and provided me all the information I needed to find my apartment and get set up. There were a couple small problems initially, sink and trash. One of which has been addressed at this point. It is clean and mostly quiet, and easy to get around. The services seem good and the apartment is comfortable.
