This place is the only one that offers sublets which is the primary reason I chose this place because I am graduating at the end of this semester. It's a very nice place, and the transportation is reliable and easy to access; the gym and pool are nearby and easy to work out at.

It great jus ,only problem i have is the people wit dogs don't pick up behind they dogs it's disgusting ,it's dog feces everywhere outside wen u walk ?? it's crazy im ok other than that ,that's my only problem

Wonderful experience! Great space in the unit and the complex is beautiful. The pool is a perfect place to hang out and the gym has everything you could ask for. The location is perfect right near everything on market st

I really like it here and I am very happy with the community as well as the apartments. When I moved in the apartment was clean and the people working at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I can not complain.

Very clean and fun community. Lots of fun socials to get to know everyone and creates a really social friendly apartment community. Maintenance is always quick and helpful. Amenities are very nice and great for the price.

I was honestly excited to move in this place because it seemed so nice, but my roommates and I are disappointed. A majority of our major appliances did not work upon arrival, the property is not upkept, and the noise level is absolutely ridiculous no matter the complaints we make.

They are very helpful and convenient with their maintenance. the staff that helped were super friendly and had the problem solved in less than 15 minutes. I'm really surprised that even with the number of residents here, they can still give fast service.

great apartment complex. overall it is safe and I have never really had any issues. Any issues I have with the apartment, I report to the office, and they get handled in no time. One of the best student living.

All the staff is always super nice and helpful when anything is needed. The property itself is nice, put together and clean. The amenities are well maintained and pretty. As well, the resident portal is easy to use and helps speed up processes

I have just recently starting living at Aspire 349 and so far the experience has been okay. The staff has been very quick at responding to any issues or questions that I have had and they have tried to make everything go smoothly as possible since we've moved in.

The apartment had been cleaned when we moved in and anything that was broken maintenance came and fixed within the first week of living here. So far, the apartment and management has been very enjoyable!

Everything is great so far, I'm really enjoying my stay here. Everyone is so nice and friendly, including the staff? it doesn't get too extremely loud at night. Very clean area. Overall just a good experience so far.

I have truly enjoyed my time here so far as a resident at Aspire. The community is laid back, front desk is responsive and helpful, and the facilities are very nice. I especially love the proximity to UNCW and accessibility to nearby grocery stores/work.

So far the complex is very lenient on rules, staff seems very nice but very obviously student housing. Other residents are very noisy and have little respect for others. Pool area has been trashed a lot recently, and have already had to make a noise complaint within my first week.

over all good experience, great for a college apartment. good amenities and space. recommend getting it furnished because it is easier to move in and get settled. washer and dryer kind of sucks though!

I have enjoyed living at aspire349 so much. Staff is friendly and super quick in helping residents out. Property is kept clean and everyone of the employees maintains professionalism at all times. Would recommend this property.

So far we have had several issues with lighting, wifi, and windows. One of my roommate's windows could come completely off the hinges and let in the hot summer air. The wifi also either kinda worked or didn't work at all and the "fix" was for us to just use the one for the apartment below ours. Been here less than a week.

Move in was nice and easy. After filling out the move in inspection the maintenance was quick to come and fix the problems that were in my apartment. As well as a phone call from the office which was nice.

I just moved in but it's been a nice experience. There is always a lot of parking spots and I feel safe in my apartment. It is very spacious and has a nice balcony. The valet trash has been extremely helpful too.

It's affordable and not bad. The walls could be cleaner. The landscaping could be much better. I would love to see some better appliances. Overall pretty nice. The furniture is clean and nice. The curb appeal is the biggest flaw.

Aspire is a great choice for college students. I was very excited to move to Wilmington and attend UNCW, in looking for an apartment, Aspire seemed like the only right choice. Thanks to their excellent staff my move in process has been smooth.

Move in was seamless and quick. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I was given information leading up to the move in through email which answered most of the questions I had about moving in. The whole process was well organized.
