I came to Wilmington in the summer of 2018 when I got accepted to uncw and I only had two weeks to find a place to live and if aspire hadn't been as affordable as they were I would have not had a place to live. They have been so helpful and respectful to me and I absolutely love living here

Beautiful landscape, apartments are nice on the inside and out. Many nice amenities to take advantage of. Staff is nice and professional. I would recommend Aspire 349 to anyone looking for a fair price.

Great pool; printwithme option is great once you learn how to work it; Activities offered are really fun; Newly updated apartments; Maintenance works really fast and normally responds to calls within 24hrs

I've liked it so far the community has been really nice even though I didn't know anyone that lived here. The amenities have been really helpful with meeting new people. The staff has been helpful even when I had a problem with my resident portal.

The place is awful. It always smells and there is always trash everywhere. The gate at the front it almost always broken and other gates are constantly left open. Overall it is not a great place to live and I don't recommend.

This is the second time I have lived in the Aspire community and I have really enjoyed it here both times. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. There are also great amenities within this community and it is super convenient that it is less than a mile from UNCW's campus!

Overall I have had an average experience in this community. Aspire does a good job reaching out to residents through events. However in terms of the quality and cleanliness of the apartments and surrounding area, it is not worth the cost of rent.

I have loved aspire. They have such a great sense of community. The amenities are very nice. We have a gym that is very convenient. The pool is very pretty. The basketball court is always filled with people. The apartments are spacious and the closets are huge. I love living here

I have had a decent experience in the almost 2 years I have lived at Aspire. The parking, the upkeep, and the price of rent every month have drove me away from wanting to continue living here. This year my rent dropped $10 for resigning, yet I pay almost $50-$100 more every month this year due to added taxes and fees. Being a college student that pays their own bills, this is near to impossible.. and i find myself struggling every month to meet financial needs.

Aspire 349 has been great in all aspects of living. The management does an excellent job and all are very kind to residents. The amenities are top notch with the best gym available compared to most apartments in the area. Very satisfied with my 2 years I have lived here

The community is very friendly and safe and always something to go do. I have lived here in the past and overall have enjoyed my time here. My only complaint is my apartment was not clean when i moved in and there was hair all over my bathroom and pet hair all over my bed and carpet.

Overall, my experience has been very positive, the facilities here are very nice and the gym has a pretty wide range of equipment. Having a balcony has been great and the office has good amenities such as free coffee and printing.

So far living here has been good, good overall quality of living, it definitely is a younger community but for the most part everyone is usually respectable. Nice and attentive staff, as well as very helpful. Overall 8/10

So far I have really enjoyed living at Aspire 349. I appreciate the valet trash amenity and the great price for rent. The included amenities and quality apartment are some of the perks of such a good rent price.

I love living at aspire, they offer so many amazing things. Some being a basketball court, amazing pool and amazing staff. All of my neighbors are great people and have become great friends. The staff has been amazing and any problems i've had have been fixed in a timely manner.

This is considered student living and it definitely is that; This is a place filled with college students so if you are looking for a quiet apartment, this isn't it. The price raises every year and yet they don't change or add anything significant. Half of the amenities offered will be out of service most of the time. The apartments are built very cheaply but thankfully the maintenance team here is very helpful.

Love my neighbors and the community. Best student living I have been to many different apartments and this is by far the best one. People are friendly and welcoming. Great place for students new to area

Aspire has been a nice place to live. It has always been relatively quiet besides this semester, but I think it's just because we got new neighbors. I like the accessibility to everything around and how convenient the location of aspire is. I do think that aspire could be cleaner and have seen a lot of people littering in the parking lots especially.

I have enjoyed living here since I moved in August of 2021. The apartments in general are great and really nice. The community and neighbors are nice and I have never had a problem with them. I like all the amenities and resources that I am able to use. I would definitely recommend to other friends and would lease again. Love it!

Aspire has a very secure feel to its community. and the community events help to bring all the residents together. They have tournaments and give aways as well as movie nights and fun games to play with each other.

It is very nice to live her. Very convenient for UNCW students. The upkeep is hard to maintain because of college students, they are known to be very messy. Other than that the workers are very genuine and are always helpful when needed.

Moving in was very easy, they set me up with a roommate who is especially nice and friendly. I love where I stay and the amenities they offer. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any and all questions/difficulties I had.

I love the experience I have had with my move in and everything before that. Everyone was great help for any questions I had. They fixed the problems I had and have been nothing but helpful since. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an apartment

Aspire 349 has a courteous maintenance staff. However, the apartment management leaves some to be desired, they tend to hide behind their college student employees. Upkeep of apartments is done to the bare minimum unless you force the issue.

So far, so good. It's lovely to have trash pickup at our doors, it would suck to have to take our garbage to the dumpster every time. Happy that they allow pets as I have a dog. I love the amenities. I haven't been here long but it's lovely so far.
