Great location in midtown! The neighbors are mostly keep to themselves and the amenities are on par with the price (pool, 'rec room' tanning, gym and ease of parking, internet and furnished, among others). Staff are courteous and attentive to resident needs and maintenance does a great job (not so much can be said for residents not picking up after their pets).

Overall the community is fairly quiet. I like how the apartment complex is completely gated but the gates seem to frequently have problems. I also dislike how there is only one place to throw away your trash for the entire complex and the lack of visitors spots is disappointing considering how much you pay each month for rent.

A good apartment for college students. Near UNCW and shopping areas. Awesome gym. Maintenance is solved pretty quickly. Wish they had recycling though and not just trash. Office people are really nice.

Its a really spacious apartment, it has just about everything I need. The two bedroom is definitely better in my opinion because it has a pantry. I love that we have our own balconies. Maintenance guy truly cares about you.

I'm so happy I chose to live at Aspire349. My roommates and I love it here. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance staff is super quick to getting to any problems you are having. 10/10 would recommend.

I have had such an amazing experience living in Aspire 349. The staff is so friendly and is quick to help if there is any problem. I love that we have the ability to go to the coffee bar, pool, gym and tanning bed.

I really enjoy living at aspire. The maintenance staff is super helpful and works in a timely manner. The facilities are always kept clean even in the winter when people aren't using them that much. I would highly recommend living at aspire.

The complex is for college students so it has some loud times and most of the things that one would find nasty about it are from the college students not caring. For the most part the place is nice and clean and quiet, with a few exceptions. Staff people are nice and try to help the best they can. Maintenance is nice and will help you in a timely manner and will keep you informed on anything they fix. Overall a great place to live and in a good area and close to UNCW.

Awesome. My experience here has been great, maintenance is always quick to fix any of my requests. They politely answer any questions I have and teach me how to use the appliances correctly. I can always rely on their help!

Aspire 349 is great! The office staff is super nice and always helpful. Maintenance is always on top of work orders and does them correctly every time! I wouldn't change anything about living here. It's great!

So far I have had a great experience living at Aspire! Everyone is super friendly and so helpful with any questions I have. It is really convenient being able to go to the office for anything I need help with along with being able to print there is super helpful.

I had a rough start with this apartment complex. The maintenance team has been incredible and are always willing to help out in any situation. The office team has been fairly easy to work with. This is not a quiet apartment complex for anyone who is looking for somewhere quiet to stay.

It is been a positive experience in that the staff has helped me when needed and has many opportunities for their residents to enjoy their time spent here. The amenities are also very appreciated by the residents I feel.

I would have to say the last week of living here has been exceptional, and I would recommend this place to a friend. Due to all the great amenities, services, and friendly residents. Personally, being a UNC Wilmington student it is a perfect space to thrive in under stressful times.

So far my experience within this community has gone really well. The staff and maintenance in the apartment complex are extremely helpful and respectful. There are nice amenities for the residents and college students to make use of.

Office staff is always super helpful. Maintenance consistently handles maintenance requests very quickly. Move in was really easy. I enjoy having the gates at the entry of the complex. I really like the spacious apartments.

This is a really good complex for college students. I get off work late and I feel safe walking back to my apartment. It is well lit and gated. The people who run the complex are super friendly and help me with everything. I absolutely love the maintenance workers. They will ride around on the golf cart and always wave at you and are just such friendly people. The trash always gets backed up though because most of the people do not know how to take out there trash, but the workers always fix it immediately. Overall, such a good, safe, clean, and friendly place to stay!!

This place is great! The maintenance team is awesome and the location and amenities are really great. We just moved here in August but we like it a lot more than the last place we lived at! I definitely recommend Aspire 349 to anyone that's moving to Wilmington!

I absolutely love living at Aspire 349! The maintenance and office staff is always so helpful and always willing to help you whenever you need it. Very nice buildings and very clean as well. Very glad I found Aspire when looking for places to live.

Aspire 349 is a clean and great place to call your home away from home. I have lived here for going on three years and wouldn't have traded this experience for anything else. Like anywhere, there are going to be issues that arise but what I believe is important is how they are handled. The management here at Aspire is one of a kind and truly do everything they can to make your experience living here great.

The office is always really friendly and willing to help with anything. Although certain amenities have been closed due to the pandemic, the gym has still been open which I'm really thankful for. The maintenance staff is really friendly and great at helping out.

I have had great experiences living in this complex. Neighbors are quiet, for the most part, maintenance staff is fantastic, the amenities are great, and overall it has been an enjoyable place to live.

I moved into Aspire 349 in July of 2020 and immediately loved living there. As soon as I moved in I was welcomed by their staff like I had been living there for years. They keep the facility really clean and work orders get responded to very quickly.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! the staff is horrible they are rude and don't ever reply to any problems you have. They are underage and are not professional at all. (College students shouldn't be allowed to be in charge of a apartment complex if they can't be professional) I had family stuff happen so I had to be at home the last 2 1/2 months and only lived in my apartment for 3 weeks if that. And they are allowing parties in a global pandemic. It's so bad someones flooring fell through the apartment below them because they were having a party on the second floor. The security will tell cops they will shut parties down but they do not at all. They do not care about their residents. It smells horrible because of trash. And on top of that red point which is directly behind them broke the fence behind my apartment and their residents come in and out of it freely. (They were also known as the hotspot in Wilmington for covid) i would never recommend them to anyone if I could I would even give them 0/1 star
