My experience at this community has not been pleasant whatsoever. I have had my apartment broken into which resulted in me having to replace everything. No cameras on property so police report when nowhere. Apartment staff never reached out to me after the incident to see if everything was okay. I have had my kitchen flooded by upstairs neighbors and had to replace items. I have had my living room flooded due to bad a/c pipes. I have had my car hit severely by another vehicle who just drove off and the police report when nowhere due to lack of security cameras still. I had to pay over $900 out of pocket to get it fixed. My tire was recently slashed and due to lack of cameras still no police report will go anywhere. Lack of compassion and interest in the problems residents are having. Not worth paying so much money each month if the care, satisfaction, and safety of the residents are not their top priority. Not to mention the office staff is the most least diverse I have seen in Wilmington. It's not that they can't make it diverse they have chosen not to. I have been here for 2 years and it has never been diverse in the front office.

Aspire 349 is a great apartment complex, and the staff truly cares. The basketball court is unique to this complex, which is a great amenity. Plus, the fitness center is a very nice feature to take advantage of.

The place itself is nice, the roommates I've been paired with were great as well. The office staff is very nice, but I feel like they typically don't know what's going on. Also I transferred units in 2020 and it took over a week to get the manager to contact me. I had many many issues and all of them circled back to the lack of communication. I was never informed when changes were to be made.

The staff has always been very helpful and friendly, and maintenance often is quick and efficient. However, my only complaint is that the gate systems are whack, and the trash is always overflowing so we are unable to empty our trashes.

I really really appreciate aspire 349, as far as college housing goes its the best place you could reasonably ask for. Its well lit, its cozy, and its well maintained. The only real draw back is the noise at night.

It was very easy to move in, very organized and clean community. Its right close to all amenities in downtown and to the beach. Nice area to lock up my kayak and with a fenced in area for parking I feel very safe.

Very nice community. Staff is super helpful and nice. Full gym and full size basketball court as well. Overall nice place to stay! Not to many of the student livings have full size gyms and ball courts so for this community to have one is very helpful, especially if your an athlete!

The community is good! The amenities included are all pretty nice, for the most part. The staff is understanding and nice. Maintenance is super nice and quick with their job. The apartment itself is expensive but, with all amenities included, it's not a bad deal. Plus they have deals throughout the year for new residents!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Aspire 349 in Wilmington, NC. It gave me part of the college experience that I missed out on when at a two-year private institution, but has maintained it's elegance and sense of security throughout my two years. The amenities and staff have been extremely helpful and wonderful resources when it comes to achieving various goals that I have set for myself!

Aspire is a friendly community and a decent choice for students taking the leap off of campus. It is next door to Redpoint and Progress, so it's common that you will have friends nearby. Being said, be prepared for constant parties, property damage, loud neighbors, trash, sketchy people, etc. Aspire is nice because of its connection to the student community as well as its great office staff. The complex is dog-friendly as well, so its a great place if you have a pet. When school is no longer online, do keep in mind that UNCW students will have to take the bus, since the complex is within a mile radius of campus. But since it is .9 miles, it's a little too far to walk. As for covid-19 affecting this complex, it's almost as if it hasn't. The office does a great job keeping the office & pool areas safe, but does nothing to stop the massive parties that occur due to the added free time, as well as the congregations of people playing basketball. A court, which I may add, is used by everyone in the area, not just by Aspire residents. Don't expect peace and quiet on the weekends, or any night for that matter. College students are loud. Additionally, safety is a concern. If you are a male student, you will probably fine. The gate system doesn't work very well, as walk-in gates are usually broken (usually done so by drunken partiers) and driving gates have the ability to be tailgated into. I have been harassed many times by residents as well as strangers coming into the complex, including a time in which I was almost forced into a car. Aspire is not in the best area, with many homeless encampments in the area, so this is definitely something to consider if you are a female. All in all, the 2 years that I lived here were not too bad and if you like feeling connected to the partying scene, than this is probably the perfect place for you.

I have had a very positive experience so far. There have been a few issues, but all have been fixed fast. The whole staff here is great and friendly. We are also super close to campus which makes it super easy.

This community is great, I've met many new friends and people. The staff here is also amazing but security is what ruined this place for me. I feel as if I'm a freshman living in a dorm being watched in every step I take. They over use their power and there needs to be something done about that.

The community I'd nice. I liked the apartment and my direct roommates and not having a security deposite was a big plus. But ive since moved out and there is no way to get out of rhe lease other than paying for the rest of the lease or finding a sub leasee myself.

I love the apartment and it's location. I have always felt safe in and around my apartment. It is a quick bus ride from campus, 15 minutes waiting max. In my opinion it is the best deal for pricing between the other student apartments.

everything has been great. The staff at the main office has been helpful and was always there when there was a problem. The other residents have not been any issue and my room mates are really fun and haven't posed any issue

I enjoy the amenities and how close it is to my school. I also like the shuttle service that has the complex listed as a stop. I love the fitness center, especially pre-covid, and the free black&white printing is something that I'll be forever grateful for

Since moving here, I've had nothing but a great experience. Rent is affordable, my cat is allowed, and the apartment has a huge living area. It's the best place I've ever rented. I love how big the kitchen is and that we have a built in washer and dryer. Honestly, I would recommend it to everyone.

I love the community and there are friendly faces all around. The staff is great and worked hard on move in day for me to have all my keys and essentials I needed to move in to my apartment. Fun atmosphere.

My experience in this community has been a relatively fun experience. I've enjoyed being so close to the school and having an easy way to get there. Most of my neighbors have been friendly and though I'm not talking to them everyday, they are always nice when we see them. I love that there are so many community events especially during the fall and winter! Even if I miss something, there's always something fun around the corner. The apartment itself is in relatively good condition. The space is nice and I love having the patio to sit on during warm nights. Though I wish our couch was a more comfortable material, the beds are nice and I love having my own bathroom! One thing I will say is I hate the amount of litter that ends up on our grounds from people and that workers have to pick up after college aged or above people, especially around the basketball court. It's ridiculous and I wish there was a way to crack down on it so the groundskeepers weren't constantly picking up water bottles.

I have very much enjoyed my experience at at aspire for the past couple years. I take advantage of the amenities such as the gym and study rooms these are very convenient to have in walking distance. Community events are always fun to attend and the staff is also very friendly and helpful whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend.

The apartment itself is nice, especially the washer and dryer being in home. The office staff are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the residents frequently break community goods, fail to pick up dog waste, and leave trash on the grounds.

Compared to the other student living communities in Wilmington, Aspire is probably one of the best. For the price of rent, I think that it is pretty fair. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems, the office is friendly, and it's comfortable living for a student or young adult. We've had a couple issues with appliances/a leak, but they have always been handled.
