This apartment is located at a great location and has reliable transportation to school. The community is well-kept and has ample amenities for anything you could need. The amenities in the apartments are not new but they are in great condition.

Overall my experience with the apartment has been pleasant, however, there have been issues with cleanliness before we moved in, trash outside, parking spaces, the automatic gates being locked as well as the outrageous visitor regulations. In my opinion this apartment is not worth $700 a month more like $500 tops.

Like many student apartments Aspire will try and make the complex seem like it's a great and wonderful place to live, but that has not been my experience. When I moved in there was a number problems that should have been fixed before I got there. Two of the bedrooms hadn't been cleaned from the previous tenants and I had to move all my stuff out so they could change the carpets because they failed to do that before my move it date and it was delayed a week longer that it was supposed to be. The staff even tried to argue with my roommate that her room had been cleaned when it clearly hadn't. There was a huge burn mark on our counter that was going to be fixed a week before I moved in but almost 4 months later it still hasn't. However, I don't blame the maintenance because there is only a small number of them and they are always friendly, blame for these problems fall on the poor management. There is also only one dumpster which often causes there to be an excess amount of trash. At night you'll be lucky to find a visitor parking spot for your guest and the parking space are so small it always feels like you're going to hit other cars.

The move in process is fairly easy and the staff is super helpful. It was easy to adjust to the community around aspire because the other complexes are full of college students as well. Aspire 349 also hosts events for the residents to part take in which is really nice.

The sense of community as Aspire is practically nonexistent. Events are attended in spurts and people are often rude and or very standoffish. The staff does appear to try with fun and interesting events, but the results remain. This may also have to do with so many of the residents being students. Besides the standoffish community the main negative for me is the gate. The gates here are now open to anyone and defeat the whole purpose of having a gate. The walk in doors that are supposed to be magnetized, are not. Anyone can come in at anytime and as far as anyone knows, they could live here too. The security that I see walking around every now and then does help reinforce the sense of safety.

I really do enjoy the community. I love how Aspire 349 gives residents the opportunity to come together by hosting events in the office. I enjoy every amenity offered by Aspire 349. I hope to be living there next year as well.

These apartments are perfect for students who are UNCW of CFCC students. It is in a great location with grocery stores, gas stations, and the school all within a mile. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've tried for 4 years to live in this apartment complex. I finally got to live here my senior year and that apartment I got was underwhelming compared to tour apartment I was shown. The actual apartment I was assigned is fine but being shown this really nice apartment and then to have to live in this avarage apartment is a bit disappointing.

there are very solid living accommodations but rent is a bit pricy. The appliances that come with each apartment are nice and I'm working condition and the main office is kept pristine. The landscaping is mediocre as is pet regulations.

The apartment is of excellent quality and the staff here has been friendly and helpful/responsive to my needs. The amenities are a nice added bonus and the convenience of the location to UNCW is great.

This community is very nice. One of my favorite things about this community is the price of the rent and everything that you get for the price of the rent. Everything is included. Also, our apartment is very nice and we enjoy living here.

I personally love the community. When I first moved in, my roommate and I had some maintenance problems but those were easy to fix. Staff is super nice and community is beautiful. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else as my first place being alone.

Aspire is a decent place to live, there are large living rooms and kitchens to go along with rooms that are already decent sized. Balcony area is nice, if youre not first floor at least. Aspire is okay

Office staff is very responsive and helpful. Inside of the apartments is clean and nice. Exterior is a little worn down and dirty, but some of that is tenants not respecting the property. Overall a good community.

Very nice place to live and you get what you pay for. The rooms are a good size, along with the bathrooms and closets. Everyone around is very friendly and never any noise complaints and a convenient location. I definitely plan on living here again next year.

Overall good experience, but cleanliness of apartment on move in was disappointing. Also, pet owners do not pick up after their pets so living near pet owners is disappointing. My roommates and I are unable to use our porch due to the astounding amount of dog poop.

aspire is a cool place with lots of people, also neatly decorated apartments. i have enjoyed my time here and have felt satisfied by my choice. i spend much of my time at the pool and basketball courts.

I've had a decent experience while living at aspire. Other than the apartment being dirty when I moved in it's been a good experience so far. The community is nice and the people here are really great.

it is okay here I just wish there was more comfortable furniture in the living room and also that there wasn't a bathroom connected to the living room. the rent is another big problem and I really don't understand how we get over charged so much

This community is a great place to be. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I have met so many new people. I have also been able to participate in lots of fun activities with these people. There is no place else I'd rather live!

Ive lived here for three years and enjoyed my time here. The 3rd story view of the pool was great and all the amenities in general are too! Everyone I have met the past few years have been great and made some good friendships too!

So far it has been so good although I think that the office staff move at a slower pace than needed. Amenities are pretty good and well maintained but wish that some of the doors would work and exits and entrances of the complex. Why pay for a place when half of the public entrances don't work?

I've been living at at Aspire for about 3 months and everything is very nice here. I've recently just came from a different complex, and the comparison to this one wins. The interior of Aspire's apartments are the nicest I've lived in so far. The flooring, the appliances and etc. are all new. The outside of the apartments are very nice too. The grounds workers keep it clean and cut as well. Additionally, the amenities offered like a pool, a study room, fitness center, a Starbucks coffee machine, and much more is what makes this place awesome. I have no complaints. I tell my friends about Aspire when they're looking to move somewhere.

The apartment is a good value as it is cheaper than most in Wilmington! However, it was not cleaned before we moved in which was an issue since our apartment doesn't look anything like the model apartment they show for tours. It is loud and overall sort of dingy, but is what you'd expect from student housing. The staff have been nice and the amenities are pretty good!
