Aspire is a great place to live! Although it started off a little shaky, they have renovated so much and has a great staff team now. I am in my second year staying here now. Despite the few problems that every apartment place will have, aspire provides quick and caring support. I highly recommend staying here.

Aspire 349 is probably top three of the worst places to live as a student or in general. Community is dirty and loud, security doesn't exist, and management could not care less about you. Rent continues to increase because they have "great" amenities although the grills don't work, dog park has dog poop all over it, pools always closed and WiFi sucks. Would highly recommend living considering a different apartment complex.

I have had a very good experience living in this community. The furniture that comes with the apartment is very nice and the rooms and closets are spacious compared to other student living communities.

It has been great. wish the community had more visitor parking. I also wish that they would fic the hot tub because the water of the hot tub right now is warm like the pool water. Could improve on the clubhouse area by adding new workout equipment.

peaceful, calm, not a lot of parking, gate is annoying and hardly ever works, can hear people above you, porches are gross upon move in, dog poop everywhere, good maintenance people, pretty pool (except it's always closed).

I found this apartment through a Facebook subleasing group because I had to move here to complete my Music Therapy Internship at NHRMC. The process was quick and easy and the staff was very informative, in helping me get my move-in process started. I was unaware, however, that the utilities were not included in the rent per month. So, when I learned of the rates for both the renters insurance, and the utilities per month, I just thought it was another expense that I had to kick out each month. The rates are pretty extreme, but honestly, it is the cheapest I've seen while searching for an apartment here. Also, if you don't mind planes flying over your apartment building because this apartment complex is really close to the airport. I've gotten used to the noise now though.

Well the apartment appears to be nice on the outside but we have had issues since day one. First when we arrived the apartment was dirty and we had to terminally clean it. The AC was not working but that was fixed promptly. The maintenance staff have been very good to work with so far and they can't do anymore than management will allow. The issue with the roaches was the worst issue to deal with and we are still dealing with that. It's hard to contact management. The only people you speak with are young adults who can't do a thing about issues. I feel for the monthly rent it should be cleaner and more accountable for issues that arise.

Aspire349 is a very nice, clean, community to live in. It is also one of the more economical student living complexes. I wish that there was more visitors parking, on weekends or anytime after 7:00 they are usually all completely full and it is frustrating when I am having guests over.

The leasing agents were friendly and helpful..The move in process was quick and easy.I like the spacious gym,the common area with beverage machine,and other cool perks.I feel safe which is important,and the apartment was very clean when I moved in.

Seems nice and quiet in my short time here! Apartment seems spaced out well and awesome amenities. Great location and quick to get everywhere! Guest parking is a bit of a pain is my only big complaint.

Upon moving in to my apartment several problem existed in the unit. Majority of this issues have since been handled by the maintenance staff (who are amazing and so helpful). But other of these issues that should not have existed like the bedrooms and living room being apparently dirty and not attempted in any way to be cleaned, I had to handle myself. It seems that Aspire 349 had an abundance of issues getting up and running at the beginning of the academic/lease year.

It has been extremely fun and enjoyable. The apartments are spacious and the living community is comfortable. Amenities that are offered here are useful and all of the staff are amazing at what they do.

Overall a great community, gates are working and closed now with working codes, lots of animals so you will see quite a bit of poop but all breeds of dogs are allowed, everyone here is very nice and welcoming, staff is very prompt, love the pool and gym, dog park could use some work though, apartment is a decent size for a starter home.

Aspire is very much a college-oriented apartment complex. Almost all of the current tenants are college students, and they certainly behave the way college students do. If you're in that demographic, Aspire will work well.

Amenities are good, including pool, furnished apartments, etc. Decent value for money. Community looks good overall, however, my unit was infested with German cockroaches when I arrived. I question why this issue wasn't fixed prior. I asked one of the other unit dwellers who said that he had put in maintenance requests as well, but nothing was done.

The move-in procress was really easy and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. They let me know of any major issues going on in my room and they fixed it as soon as possible. The only issue I had is that my bathroom wasn't left the cleanest and there are a few small things that still need to be fixed such as a loose towel rack and a faulty light.

This place is better than on campus living. Move in was super easy and my apartment was move in ready. The security gates however, are not working at the moment, which is one of the reasons I moved here. So, if they fix that really soon that would be great. Other than that, I have had no problems really.

Overall just an amazing experience. The staff are very helpful and the apartments are very clean and organized. There are a lot of commodities and leisure activities, such as the pool and the basketball court. As well as a gym area.

Such a beautiful community and the amenities are awesome! The bedrooms and bathrooms are just the right size and not to mention, the patio was amazing. Definitely would recommend this apartment complex to everyone and hope to live here again next year.

The place is very nice but the conditions at move in were unacceptable. As new residents who are paying a good amount of money to live here, we expect to pay for a place which is clean and all appliances are in working condition which is not what we got.

it's great just the carpet could have used some work before moving in. it was sort of dirty and i noticed that the bathrooms weren't very clean either upon moving in. just overall better moving in conditions but other than that it's great to live here!!

Aspire is super convenient for students who go to UNCW and even CFCC. The rooms are spacious and the closets are awesome. The maintenance staff is very friendly and fixes problems right away. The office staff are also super friendly and helpful as well as keep the pool, gym and surrounding areas clean and looking nice.

Moved in two weeks ago. Was really excited for the spacious apartment layout and community amenities. The only downsides I have experienced so far include when I moved in the apartment was not really fixed from last residents. The air conditioning did not work, carpets still needed replaced, stoves did not work, cold water in sink did not work, and 2 large wasp nests on porch were big safety issue. Management has assured me all these will be fixed, if not done already. But would have been nice if done before moving in.
