I love living at Aspire 349! The staff and community are very friendly. My favorite thing about Aspire is how pet friendly they are. I also love how they always have cool events going on for residents such as football watching games, free food, pool parties, tie dye events, planting events, and more!

One of the cheapest apartment complexes for students that include all utilities. They are very responsive to issues and concerns. Visitor parking spaces should be increased or removed due to the addition of more residents. The management should also be aware of residents who have pets not included on rent.

A lot of trash everywhere, broken bottles in the parking lot. Always bags of trash by the trash compactor. Pool floor is peeling up and occasionally closed due to broken glass. I've also had my car broken into and parking pass stolen which resulted in my car being towed. Other than these problems, the complex is a pretty nice place to live and the rent is decently priced, or it was when I first moved in at 610 a month.

This is a good place to live but could use work. Residents constantly trash the place, never pick up after their pets, and maintence requests take a long time to get completed. This is also supposed to be a gated community but the gates are never used so it defeats the purpose of having them.

There are minor flaws with easy fixes that just don't seem to be of importance here. However, I have met a lot of great people here and love the convenience of its location. The amenities, when available, are really nice! The new gym is great and the pool is nice to lay by!

My community experience has been positive thus far, with only the exception of maintenance not responding to our mold issue, which is serious because I am very allergic to it. Besides this, I have had a very positive experience.

I've personally had problems since the day I moved in. My room wasn't clean from the last person that lived in it. There was trash and the toilet seat had dried blood. Workers just walk in and out of the apartment/rooms without permission. I've also had three separate issues where rent amount was not correct, and higher than normal. Management seems to just want to argue. Not impressed.

Honestly this place is pretty solid, lots of pretty ladies around, pretty good pool, close to the school. Been here a year & re signed to receive a cruise lmao but other than that the security is some you know whut.

I was relocating from my home in South East Michigan, to South East North Carolina, I looked at many apartments, and found Aspire 349 to have everything I need and a very good price in a good area as well. I couldn't pass it up.

Aspire 349 is a overall good place to live. I like the environment and convenience. The office is usual good about concerns and issues. The maintenance staff is also usually professional and efficient. If I wasn't graduating, I would live here again.

Save your time and money and do NOT rent here. Staff is terrible. We got here ready to move in and walked into an apartment that was filthy and not ready to be used at all. On top of the filth it was a handicap apartment in which neither I nor my roomate are handicap. All in all we've had issues for 3 months straight now and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The value of this complex is over valued. I realize the cost of living in Wilmington is on the higher end, but I'm paying close to $800 for a $500 dollar experience. For example, the amount of pet dung around the complex is disgusting. Also, my washer and dryer is garbage.

The office does not think about the residents. I have had several encounters of them not caring about my issues as well as not friendly. Also the amenities that we pay for haven't been available to us since August.

Staff if very nice. The apartment offers a lot of good amenities such as the gym, printing, a pool and furnished apartment. They also offer subleasing but the subleasing fee is 250 dollars and the apartments themselves i would rate as okay.

Very nice apartment complex with friendly people and helpful staff. The pool and fitness center are amazing! My roommate was randomly assigned to me and it's a great match. The rent is a little high but it wouldn't be if the kitchen was updated.

This apartment complex is below par, it is better than progress but that is it. The outside and inside of the apartments are crap and the staff don't care about issues or concerns you have that require physical action. I will not be renewing my lease.

this community is great for students at uncw or cape fear because you are around other students. the management office is responsive and helps with any problems that you might have and makes sure that that are resolved.

Living at Aspire 349 has been a great college experience so far. The staff is helpful and kind whenever I need something. I submitted a work request for my apartment and it was completed within the hour. Even with Hurricane Florence the staff was helpful and always offered assistance. The cost of rent is reasonable for the apartment quality.

The community is nice and conveniently located. Walking distance to stores, movies, and bike trails. The club house offers a nice gym, pool, volleyball court, and resident access to meeting rooms(for study groups or whatever they're needed for).

I enjoy living here! It is nice! I like the balcony! I like that it is close to UNCW's campus. The pool is a nice pool, and the pool parties are fun. There should be more pool parties. I'm using the last of my survey to say more pool parties!

It's been good, I liked many aspects of the community. The fact that you get a lot of amenities included in the rent is great. However, there are a lot of things that do need to be changed. Mainly the price of rent and updates in appearances.

Everyone at the front desk we're wonderful. But Antoinette and Lily really went above and beyond to make sure my moving experience was completely awesome. Shortly after moving in I had an issue that needed dealt with and they both were stellar and taking care of it. They both deserve a promotion.

It's been really good experience so far. All the upgrades in the apartment, pool area, and clubhouse/gym are really impressive. The only problem I have ran into is the maintance. But in light of the hurricane in the community, I understand.

Nice complex, mostly college kids so there's music and people up late on weekends. So far every employee I've been in contact with has been really nice. Because of my schedule I wasn't able to move in during office hours but the assistant manager met with me so I could move in.
