After the floors were remodeled, there was a problem with the toilet. When I put in the request, they came as soon as they could. They fixed the leak quickly and cleanly. Since then, no more problems have occurred.

The community is extremely inviting, relaxed, and very well kept up. It's nice to know that it's a gated community and only residents and their guests are allowed through the gates. The units themselves are extremely nice as they are currently being renovated and updated. So far, it's an awesome place to live!

My experience so far has been a good one. The place is clean and nice with a lot of cool features and it's in a great location. Good atmosphere and staff is helpful. Utilities included in rent which is also nice and convenient.

I have enjoyed living at Aspire 349. The office staff is awesome. The only problems that I have are, phone reception in my apartment and the cleanliness of the breezeway in the building that I reside. I don't understand why people leave their trash in the hallway. We have a dumpster.

It is a pretty nice place to live. Like all places, it has it's flaws. The service requests are not always done promptly, but when they are done they are done correctly. Overall satisfied with the quality of this apartment for the price.

When I first moved here I was not happy about the condition of the apartments, the lack of events, or even the staff. I hated living here to the point that I considered subleasing. Since the new management has taken over, they have made big changes. The apartments are getting all new furniture, will have wood floors, and the staff has been hosting community events every week. The management and staff was very accommodating when I needed to change apartments because of an issue with my roommate. They not only took the time to listen to my concerns, but also did something about it and I am now living happily in a different apartment. I would recommend living at Aspire to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

So far it has been great! I love the location. I thought it would be loud at night but it's not busy at all. There are so many stores, food places, etc. very close which is nice to have. The last place I stayed was far from the town.

I just renewed my lease and I wish I had not. I have been fighting since the beginning of February to fix my DRYER and they basically tell me it's fine I just don't know how to work it. I just need a new DRYER! Just because it runs for 10 minutes before it stops DOES not mean it works.

There's not enough visitor parking and I don't trust the surrounding neighborhoods so I had a friend park on the back gate where NO ONE parks ever! Literally the whole back row is empty all the time and they were towed. It was stupid, they weren't parked in anyone's way! At least have a designated parking lot for guests to park. Someone died near me and we weren't even told what happened, normal people would have come to neighbors of theirs and told them everything was okay, instead we heard from UNCW about it. Safety is a problem, numerous nights my roommate and I have had people knocking on our windows and screaming outside our windows and heard one guy say he had a gun. Gates never work, they are always broken, tell people there is a camera and that if they break it they pay for it, you can't have 18 or 19 year old students live in a gated community, everything will get ruined.

My experience at this community has been wonderful so far but the exterior of the buildings need to be pressure washed and the walls need to be repainted within the apartments but as a whole the community I live in is well-rounded and neighbors within the community are very welcoming.

my experience here has been absolutely awful I hate living here. the lack professionalism is absolutely unreal. my check for first months rent was lost and I had to write a new one. Also, my carpets were in absolutely horrible condition when I moved in.

Close to UNCW campus, will meet a lot of neighbors who are students. Nice pool for the summer. Staff is very friendly but there needs to be more attention paid to the cleanliness of the apartment center.

This complex used to be nicer but as the years have gone it has become more trashy and full of college kids who have no respect for neighbors. Noise levels are loud Over the weekends. Still a pretty nice apartment and very nice amenities

No complaints. Aspen 349 has provided everything I've needed as a transfer to UNCW. I moved in 2 years ago and have enjoyed my time here. Staff friendly and helpful, maintenance requests completed in a timely manner and with good craftsmanship.

I moved into my apartment in January. It was a hassle trying to take over this girls lease. A worker canceled my lease after I signed it because the other girl in the apartment didn't say it was fine to have pets but no one reached out to her to ask. But ones they fixed all of that and I moved in it's been great. I love my room and roommate. I just wish the rent wasn't so high.

I have enjoyed my 3 years here at Carolina Cove, now known as Aspire 349. The management staff has always been there to assist me with any issues or concerns with a smile and a solution, there's no beating around the bush, they are straight forward and honest. The maintenance staff works hard to keep the community clean and functioning properly. They also respond to work requests at a very quick fashion, and always fix any issues and clean up after they're done. The maintenance staff is very friendly, and always ask if there's any other problems that need to be addressed before they leave.

Living is nice but the help and parking needs work is my opinion. The gates could be a bit more convenient to the residents near the back. Landscaping looks nice building however need pressure washing. Once I first moved in I had green mold all over the porch and spendals

Great community. Can get a little messy in the parking areas and court yards on the weekend, but it's college so you'll get that everywhere. Overall nice place. Love the new flooring and the furniture included in the apartments rent.

Maintenance sucks. Office staff are friendly. Very noisy on weekends. However, it is a very safe and convenient place to live. It's close to everything you'd need. UNCW is two minutes away and there's lots of stores nearby.

Before you even take a tour with the front office just drive around..... That will tell you everything you need to know. Maintenance is terrible. Do not expect to have anything worked on within 2 weeks of submitting a work order. Grounds are always filthy with trash. The pool is closed for at least half of the summer! the hot tub is never working and when it is it is disgusting. the building lights that are above the walkway has been out by my building for 5 months and they have not replaced it.. That is not safe when i am coming home from work at 12:00. The music will be non stop. glass is always in the parking lots. They say they offer grilling but surprise they are never working either. I have lived here for 2 and a half years so i have given this complex a while before i started knocking it. The on call maintenance is by far the biggest joke. They are quick to give you a fine for anything they can but if you try to call them after hours i promise 8 out of 10 times you will be sent to voicemail. Also i learned this 1st hand the staff members that work here write bogus reviews just to give the complex a better ranting Which is very dishonest and misleading. The rent is just not worth it for this complex. I am giving my honest opinion because i do not want anyone to waste money and 2 years living here like i did. if you want an honest opinion ride through the complex and ask the people who live there will you be resigning and do you like it here. That is where you find the true colors.

This community is a really great place to live so far. I love the in-apartment laundry and that pets are accepted as I want to adopt a dog in the future. The staff is amazing and overall it is well maintained. There are a few issues here and there as with any place. Not enough visitor parking and it is pretty loud especially if you live near the basketball courts but that is pretty much to be expected. Love the balconies. Overall very happy here!!

A good experience overall. Some hiccups here and there regarding residents and police involvement, trash and dog crap scattered throughout the grass areas. The pool is kept in good order with the occasional closing for broken glass on the pool deck.

My experience living here has had its moments. When I first moved here I loved it so much. 6 months ago I moved out of my apartment I was in for 6 months because a girl and her boyfriend who I was friends with caused so much drama and I just was not happy. The girl then tried and still tries to get me evicted. She claims I "trashed" the apartment and allowed my animal to use the bathroom everywhere. Anyone who knows me knows I am a very cleanliness person. I then moved into a 2 bedroom with someone great! I could not be happier. I look forward to coming home everyday. My apartment feels like a "home" and not just a place I pay rent.

The staff is great, I love them! However, I have had the worst experiences with roommates, neighbors, and the cost of living here. I pay nearly $700/month when I initially expected to only pay $660. The electric bill is over every single month and they say they split it between roommates but it doesn't appear that way. The community is also gated but half the time the gates don't work so they are left open for just anyone to come on it. Also the parking for your visitors is impossible and will result in a tow that costs $150 when they have no other option than to park outside of a visitors spot because they drove 3 hours to visit you and they have nowhere else to go. The inside of the apartment was kind of disappointing when I moved in, but it looks like they are renovating and putting in nicer flooring so that would be cool. Overall I don't think theres enough bang for my buck and will not be renewing because I am looking for a one bedroom next year. Again, the staff is great, super friendly and helpful!
