I'm subleasing my room. It was a very easy and simple process. My apartment was clean and furnished. There's no broken appliances and fixtures. My roommates are easy to get along with and I'm overall satisfied.

I just moved in a few weeks ago, but I have loved it so far. There was some confusion with my move in but the office staff has been super friendly and helpful throughout. I would recommend living at Aspire 349!

The community has been super great! Lots of friendly people, very social, plenty of pets, and it is quiet at nights which is a huge plus. The area is great and well protected, definitely feel safe at all times

The gates have not worked ever since i have lived here. They finally got them up and working, but only 2 of the gates actually work. I think the prices are a little high for everything that we have offered.

Absolutely love this apartment complex. The office staff and maintenance people are so nice and work orders get taken care of usually by the very next day. Another huge plus is the porches. This is my favorite part. There is not many student apartments in the area that offer such a big porch. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex!!!

I enjoy Aspire! It's a decent place to live. I love being close to campus and having so many amenities so close! It can be loud, especially at odd hours of the night, which gets annoying. There are also lots of planes overhead and a train runs nearby, so noise can be an issue but isn't the end of the world. Overall it's a decent place to live and I'd recommend it for a basic first apartment. I just wish it was a little cleaner in terms or random trash and dog waste.

Just moved in not to long ago. Some people smoke and just the butts on the ground makes it look scummy. When people walk their dogs they dont pick up after there pet. I was also told that the only way you can get in the place is by a key because the gates are closed all the time. Well they are always open. Oh I was only given one key and three of us live here (in apartment. My kids).

For the price this is most likely your best apartment complex choice. Given the location and the quality of the staff there really is no other apartment complex that compares in my opinion due to the fact I find they're all overpriced and don't offer as much as Aspire does.

I have lived here for the past two years and at first, with different management, it was a mess. since Aspire came and changed everything, it's been more than pleasant to live here. I would recommended Aspire 349 to anyone looking for a great apartment with great amenities. I'll be graduating in May and moving in August so I'm sad I won't be able to renew my lease. I love this apartment.

Great community, very safe and dog friendly environment! The staff is wonderful, the events they put on for the residents are fun!! The beds are memory foam so it feels like you are sleeping on a cloud!!

Good, staff excellent. Just needs trash Management program and dog feces. Recycle bins would be very helpful. Maintenance does so much to keep everything very nice and functional. The backing and commitment to a eco friendly, cleaner environment would help alot. One reason I have not renewed.

It's been good overall.Good place to live if you're a student. The pool area is really nice and the apartments are really nice. Brand new couch and smart tv are really nice. Basically ita a great place to live at a reasonable price.

There has just been a lot of issues with the place, regarding things like A/C and my washing machine and dryer. It takes forever to get someone over to look at it, and then to get parts ordered and fixed. Also, I never know when someone is coming to fix something or if someone has been in my apartment and who. It's sketchy.

The apartment is really nice. The office is helpful but you're gonna have to call down there a few times to get any information you need. When I moved in my information was ready available, the apartment was clean.

The apartment was clean when I moved in, the only issue I have is stains on the carpet in the bedroom but the pool is very nice but the hot tub does not have heating in it. Very nice place to live and feels like home.

I was very pleased with the moving In process I found it to be very easy going which was nice. Over all I appreciated the staffs hard work trying to help the whole complex. I didn't have any major problems with my unit so I was very satisfied to say the least

Aspire 349 is a great place to rent an apartment from. The apartment was relatively clean when first moving in. The staff are very kind. They respond quickly to service requests. The pool is very nice and convenient as well

when we first arrived to our apartment the furniture was thrown everywhere, but it was none of the new furniture that was suppose to be in here. There were marks all over the walls and our dish washer had mold in it.

Very unorganized. Don't provide the right information. Took almost 2 hours to get me back into my apartment. Outside hallways could be cleaned but overall good experience. Very understanding and helpful. Just need to organize more

The community is not so bad during the summer, when there is not a lot of residents. When school is in there is a lot of noise and there is just so much trash that builds up around the community. But it is close to school and it is all or mostly students so its nice to not have to worry about random people walking around in the community. The gate system is not the best but I think thats just because its new and no one really knows how it is supposed to be used. Overall the community is not bad but can sometimes be a little too noisy or dirty.

Fantastic experience with this apartment community! Great apartment, great amenities, great staff, great location. I would recommend this to any UNCW or Cape Fear Student. I am very happy to live here.

It has been very pleasurable so far. The employees have been great. I wish the furniture would have been done prior to move in though. Overall living here has been great for a first time renter and I look forward to hopefully renewing.

Overall, the unit is nice. However, on move-in day, several items were left undone. I'm sure maintanence is busy with all the new residents, but it would be nice to hear an update on our requests that were put in over 48 hours ago. The front desk staff is always friendly and the unit is spacious. It feels safe and decently clean.

It seems like a nice place. I have only just moved in within the last week. The staff seem super friendly and willing to help. They are a little slow about getting back to you sometimes, but these things happen.

So far my experience has been great. The staff is friendly and my apartment is nice and neat. The pool is nice and the Community Center is currently being renovated. Compared to other properties in the area, their price is the best value.
