This complex has gone through 2 owners since I've moved in and is now under a 3rd's ownership. They are concerned with the club house and old volleyball courts instead of the issue of poor neighbors and residents that pile trash bags up against the outside of the trash compactor EVERY SINGLE weekend. Residents have no respect for others vehicles, even had an individual I didn't know key my vehicle a month after moving in. Maintanence staff, especially James, is wonderful and polite. Office staff is about 50/50. Some act like they love their job, some act like they hate being there. The lease states no more than one person per bedroom but called me asking if I was comfortable having the other bedrooms with bunk beds in them which goes against the lease. They allowed a kid stay in my apartment that dealt drugs and had people knocking on my door at all hours of the night and early morning. Community lacks respect, gates never stay closed so it's not really a gated community. Value is decently good for what you get. Just not very friendly/respectful residents. Due to the gates being open almost all the time, random cars/trucks/bikes fly through the parking lot at night, doing burnouts and flying around corners. Only cameras are at the gates and front office. What's the point of that?

    It's better than it was last year. The gates are now working, somewhat. They did not work at all last year, and now are only partially operational. The complex advertises a gated community but leaves the gates wide open. I'll give them credit that after a year one gate is working and the rest are closed and locked. The grills also never have gas, which for someone who likes to grill it's quite annoying especially when they advertise that they have grills for the residents. It got so bad that I went out and bought my own propane tank to use. So I guess if you like to grill and are thinking about living here, go get a tank. There might not be major issues, but their lack of concern to uphold features/amenities and other areas of their contract is disappointing.

      Safe community, love that it feels like home. I feel like I can talk to the office staff, and get good fast results with whatever problems that I may have. I would recommend trying to live on the 3rd floor as the walls are very thin...you can hear everything!

        I have had numerous issues with an incompetent office staff. The community in general is loud, obnoxious, and dirty. Overall I would not recommend to a friend because I believe the value of the apartment is very poor for the unpleasant experience of living here.

          This place has been very good, not many issues that I have to deal with. The only thing is that its too expensive for a college student to be paying. I do like that everything is combined when paying because it makes it simple. Its time for me to find a more better deal though.

            When I moved here the rent was only 615. Now after renewing my lease for the second time it has escalated to 689. I don't understand why it is that you renew and you can't have the same price no matter what. Anyway, I really do enjoy living here overall. My main concern is the safety. The gates were open for over a YEAR. I fighting for parking/visitors because literally anyone and their mother could get in. Now that the gates are closed the parking is crazy because people park in visitors if they can't find one next to their apartment. I would like it better workers during the move out/move in period were selected because I had an incident with the painting crew that was reported. The third party people just walk into your apartment like no one lives there and have even asked me to leave my home because they have work to do. The community events are fun and nice when I get the chance to go to them though. The pool should be regulated more often when it comes to parties/glass. I wish there were more cameras because a drunk man hit by car and I had no proof.

              IT HAS BEEN EXPECTED, I AM NOT HERE OFTEN DUE TO MY BUSY SCHEDULE. THE APARTMENT ITSELF IS NICE AND THE THINGS IT INCLUDES. WISH THE RENT WAS BETTER, IT WAS NOT SO NOISY, AND IT HAD MORE VISITOR SPOTS.

                It started out quite rough with a psycho roommate who I had nothing in common with and she did not respect my personal property. But after I moved out I got new roommates who I absolutely love and they are so nice. It was really hard to focus so well on school when I dreaded coming home to my old apartment but I am so thankful that Aspire 349 moved me into another room.

                  My expereience has been decent. One of the biggest factors is the people who live around you. The past two years I have had the most annoying roommates live above us. They are always loud and it doesn't matter what day or when. I also hate how the price goes up a ridiculous amount but nothing ever really seems to change too much.

                    For the most part I've enjoyed it. The apartment is nice, the staff is nice, the neighbors are nice. I really wish you would fix the hot tub, as that was the amenity I was most excited for and I have to use the one at Red Point instead since you guys won't provide the service.

                      Love living here, great amenities and fun and friendly office staff. I feel very at home here with the monthly events and the fun stuff always happening at the leasing office. They are very good at communication and making everyone feel involved.

                        Very nice I liked it the apartment is very clean and fits who I am as a person. My roommate who I didn't know in the beginning is now a good friend. Therefore I believe this investment was worth the pay.

                          For the most part, living here has been good. I like how close it is to campus and I like the layout of the apartment. I think the new improvements over the past year such as the gym, more visitor parking, and the study area are great. This community could be awesome if it weren't so dirty most of the time. Hardly anyone cleans up after their pets outside. There's always trash such as furniture or just trash bags outside the apartments. The trash compact always gets way too full. The maintenance staff is honestly way too slow. For one example, the lock to my apartment broke at one point so no one's key worked to get in. It took them days for them to come and help. They then installed a normal lock and key and then took over a month to come back and install a lock with key fobs.

                            My only complaint is how slowly the maintenance requests were completed, I think they took way too long. Also, the cell phone reception is very bad in the building and that makes it really hard to talk to family back home.

                              The management at the apartment has not been responsive to inquiries made in the office. All calls that I've made have been to the after hours service line and I have never once received a response. The community is close to school it's the only convenient thing about it.

                                Aspire 349 and its community is very respectable. The staff works great with you, and maintaince is very fast pace. The favorite thing about the community here is the shared gym, people are respectful and the gym is nice and clean

                                  I have really enjoyed living in Aspire 349 thus far. Everyone, from the staff to my neighbors, are always friendly and willing to help. The community has a nice atmosphere and I feel right at home here.

                                    I love the community. We have new management which has done a really good job just turning things around! Maintenance does an amazing job with requests and any issues. I would like the parking to be better. But other than that, it's been a great experience, thanks to new management. You all are appreciated!

                                      The staff is very friendly, and the apartment amenities are awesome! They just did renovations as well! Gated community makes me feel safe. After the hurricane they helped me after I lost my home and was able to work with me. I would definitely recommend!

                                      I lived here about two years prior to moving in this fall. I disliked the abruption of privacy then and now. I feel as if you should have an opinion on when maintenance is allowed to come in. To do so I would create a service request for the tenant to fill out his or her most convenient time in that particular time table set up for your service professionals. Now if the tenant did not complete it then they should be eligible to just show up. Also utilizing the gates so if tenants do have guest we have more of an opportunity for them to obtain a guest spot. Realizing there are multiple complexes around Aspire people consume those parking spaces to visit other complexes that do not have available parking... Or create a guest parking pass for the tenants!!!!!

                                        This apartment complex is a great starting pint if you are a freshman or sophomore just starting out. You have access to the buses for UNCW and also cape feat. It gives you the opportunity to meet new people and socialize. The pool is pretty nice and they have just updated their gym and front office with awesome study space. The front office is super nice how that they have been taking over by new owners. The rent is pretty high when you look at other apartments and compare them but overall it was fun living here.

                                              This community is under a lot of reservations. I think that we should be able to have a discount since all of the amenities aren't open yet, and since the hurricane came and caused a lot of unexpected issues. I think this community needs to be more understanding that we are college students.
