Move in day was organized and went very smoothly. The amenities are nice as well as the community. The only thing that I didn't like was there didn't seem to be any communication between the staff and management. They also promised things that didn't end up happening.

The apartment is nice, but the people in the office are ridiculous. They are not good at accomodating things that are not that hard to figure out. Also I do not like the new lock system. They also told my roomate that the gates would be fixed, but told me they aren't going to be using them.

Aspire 349 is a great spot in the middle of Wilmington with access to Colleges close by. Very spacious apartment living area with Laundry included within the apartment. Nice overall outside appearance.

It's been great, but the furniture I received was not the same portrayed when I toured. Also, the drains in my sink and shower were so clogged with hair water was pooling in both. I had to manually dig the hair out in order to properly shower or brush my teeth. Other than this I love the apartment the community is great, and I love the location.

Aspire 349 is a great apartment complex to live in. I am currently in a two bedroom unit that has everything I need. Closet space is huge, bedroom came with the perfect amount of storage/furniture, and the living room/kitchen area is spacious enough to have friends/family over, too.

Please save yourself the trouble of living here. It is not worth the rent. Half of the amenities are unavailable. The staff is the worst problem. They are rude, avoidant, patronizing and never offer help. All they want to do is find ways to charge you more money. Community is not safe, there has been a shooting/break in within the past year. The gates for the advertised "gates community" do not ever work. There are very few pros to living here.

I just moved in and so far everything is great! They just updated the units with new flooring and furniture and it's all real nice. They're renovating the Community Center and it's going to be really nice as well. The staff was great during move in and the grounds were cleaner than I expected with everyone moving in and all.

Apartments are extremely nice, but the office and maintenance staff is horrible. The amenities they promise never work and they don't care to fix them. All my maintenance requests have been fixed but then the problem occurs again soon after. Office staff is unprofessional. Besides the maintenance and office staff, the community is great. Close to UNCW, friendly neighbors, clean apartments.

My move in was okay. There should've been a map to show you which room is which assignment. I ended up moving my stuff into the wrong room. I hope this does not cause issues with my unique lease. However, the complex is nice.

The staff in the office are all very friendly and willing to help with all of there tenants needs! The furniture is very nice and fits well in the rooms! I? would highly recommend this apartment to everybody! They're even doing renovations to make the community space better, bigger gym etc.

For the price, it's a decent apartment. But no one really follows the rules so the pool is always shut down, it smells like pot 99% of the time. Also it's always loud when people are at the pool. When they have resident parties it's always in the middle of the day on weekdays when usually I'm at work but I get that students usually are home.

Decent. Some good parts: convenient for use of the UNCW shuttle. The option for furnished units saves $$ for furniture. Bad: loud neighbors. My bedroom window faces the fence to Aspen and there's a constant flow of college students jumping the gate.

Aspire 349 is a decent place to live, especially as a "first apartment/student living". In comparison to other complexes in the area, Aspire is definitely one of the best. They offer lots of cool amenities, events, and deals. The only problems i have had with Aspire is the staff. In comparison to other places like Progress, they are definitely more FRIENDLY, but they lack a sense of professionalism, timeliness, and urgency. They seem to not care about anything you present to them. Any problem you might have they will "get to it when they can"....you'll never know when that might be, and they wont give you a heads up either. Expect to have maintenance and office staff walking into your home at any given moment with zero warning. Expect to not have any problems you may face resolved in a timely manner. Expect a lack of communication and care from the office staff. Other than the staffs unprofessional flaws, Aspire 349 has a great variety of amenities to use and i have enjoyed having access to these things this year. Its a cool environment, great location, and decent prices.

This community is not what I expected. The community itself is nice. The units have a modern furnish with nice amenities. But, be advised the people in this community are very noisy. I have heard at least through loud groups of people on three different nights yelling in the parking lot and I have only lived here for a week. The school year has yet to begin so I can imagine it will get worse.

Aspire 349 has the friendliest staff who are the most eager and dedicated to helping you get an apartment here. Everyone played a big role into getting my roomates and I an apartment but the 2 main people who stood out were Haley and Hailey. They called us everyday and kept us updated with emails and wrote things out for us. They both came in to save the day, as always on our move in date when there was a little miscommunication; which was handled in a very professional way. They have great move in specials and the actual apartments are very gorgeous and feels very homey. Minutes away from downtown Wilmington or UNCW. Overall 10/10 recommendations go to this place!

Staff is very friendly. Always willing to answer any and all questions. If there is ever a problem they always figure it out as soon as possible and to my convenience. Pool area is AMAZING. Very relaxing. Moderately quiet for an apartment complex. Supposed to be gated community, but gates never shut. This was the only let down because of my concern with security, however, the quality of the apartment itself definitely makes up for it!

Move in was quick. As I went to the front office to finish signing some papers and get my keys, the paperwork was not ready. No one had made me a "move in" folder and the first keys I was given did not work. That was a pain.

Staff could have been more helpful upon my arrival to move in.I had never even been in the complex,or lived in 1 for that matter which I did explain upon my arrival.another party was receiving a tour,which I have seen done since.I lucky found way to apartment and had no idea what room was even mine.I have had to call office asking dumb questions..where's the pool? Had to wander to find trash disposal ect. Other than that for price and amenities not bad

over all the whole complex is nice, maintenance just has not been helpful and frankly at times they've been a little rude. I would like a solid answer as to why I'll get random utility overage charges but my roommate won't.

I love this community because I feel like everyone on the staff is so helpful! I know if anything goes wrong that they are more than happy to help. I would highly recommend to at least visit this beautiful complex! They also host a lot of pool parties as well! A lot of fun for everyone!

I love this community I feel very safe with it being gated and everyone is very nice and helpful especially the staff. The only thing I wish could change is I would love to see more visitor parking spots, but besides that I absolutely love living here at Aspire!

The staff is friendly but not very understanding of personal situations. The apartments are decent and convenient but the walls are thin so it it is very loud and the outside community is normally extremely dirty. Lots of problems with trash maintence and cleanliness.

I chose to live here because the apartments were furnished and it was cheaper than surrounding options. However, I've chosen to sublease my apartment over the summer and have experienced an abnormal amount of wait time for staff personnel to approve the person who wants to move in. She wanted to sublease my space for about two months, but the apartment complex has taken so long approving her and not reaching out to her that one of those months has already gone by and she hasn't even able to move in. I've had significantly less turnaround with all other housing properties previously. Most apartment complexes also allow residents to terminate their leases early, especially since it's srudwnt living, but this one does not which seems like a huge ripoff to residents. The gates also don't work a lot of the time, and I've had to have multiple repairs on amenities throughout my one year here. Would not recommend.
