Management did an excellent job assisting me and fixing the issues I had during the week I moved in. I was worried I was going to have a bad experience here early on. The carpet was pretty bad when I walked in on day one. Having already been annoyed they gave me the wrong keys for my apartment, room, and the gate not working. I had mentioned how displeased I was with the carpet to the Manager. The thing that got me the most was the pet hair left over by my bed. Being slightly allergic I had to get that cleaned. There was also acrylic paint on the tiles from the previous tenant, but it was not that hard to remove myself. After bringing these things to the attention of the Manager Evan, he did everything he could to help me out. In fact it was only a day later that people were taking care of the issues I had and they cleaned the carpet and even did the kitchen and offered to paint my room as a bonus. I was very happy with how quick they jumped on everything and it gave me the impression the new management is doing everything they can to improve the image of what used to be Carolina Cove. Will definitely recommend Aspire 349 to others.

the study room helped tremendously when not wanting to go on campus during finals and midterms and gave me a quiet place without dealing with crazy parking or no room in the library. Also love the easy access of printing things off from my apartment and picking it up at the front. Amenities with class work was a huge bonus for me staying here.

I've had a great experience with the apartment The roommate finder has been great. This was my first apartment, and I found it very easy to navigate and also meet new people with the extras that came along.

It's been fine. Overall, the staff is great. However, the clientele of the apartment complex is the ultimate downfall. The residents are loud, disrespectful, and trashy. They don't clean up after themselves or their pets.

Residents are friendly, staff is also always friendly and helpful. It is a little expensive but everything is included! You also get great amenities that I wont get if I buy my own house in the future!

This is a party community, its nasty and not home-y. Parking Sucks. The Pool,Gym, and office is very nice. The people at the office are very helpful. Its easy to pay rent. The rent is not worth the apartment. For a three bedroom, all added together its a $1,905 apartment. If each room was about 450-500, it would be more do-able. Its just not worth the money.

In my opinion, Aspire 349 is a good apartment complex for young undergraduate students just starting out college. I would not recommend this place to older undergraduate students, graduate students, or non students. You definitely feel the effects of living with people who are younger and more immature than you. Oftentimes dog poop is not picked up by the owners, the pool is often closed during the summer, because students keep bringing glass bottles when there is a sign that clearly states against bringing glass to the pool, often trash bags are left outside the trash compactor instead of inside it, and there are quite a few loud residents and parties held here. Essentially, it feels as though the majority of residents that live here do not care about contributing to a nice, clean, safe environment. It does not help that the walls are paper thin. The walls are so thin I can actually hear the resident directly above me use the bathroom. The roommate matchup doesn't ask a lot of questions to begin with, and it is not accurate. I am 23, and I have been randomly assigned multiple roommates who are 17-19 years old. The stairwells/patios constantly look grungy. The reception I get here is very spotty. The carpets are only professionally cleaned when you move out, so long-term residents such as myself have to deal with carpets that are excessively dirty. The fitness center is small, and there is no recycling station here. It is convenient being so close to the school, grocery stores, beach, gas stations, etc; However the area comes with a price: I have lived here since the fall of 2015, and there are STILL construction workers working on the roads just outside of the complex. The construction around here often slows/blocks traffic. To conclude, the overall experience and quality is not worth the continuous increase in rent.

When I first moved in the community was great I met a lot of great people here and I loved it. We did have issues with our carpet and that took a long time to get fixed but once it did we were fine for about a year and then everything went downhill very very fast and I honestly hate living here now.

It was okay could have been better, maintenance request take very long and I can hear everything out of my window. Tanning bed doesn't work so I can't use it. Staff are nice but all kids who live here.

Rocky move in process. Still waiting for promised carpet cleaning in bedroom. Also have issue with dryer door not staying closed when operating. We have had to use tape to keep closed while we are using.

If this property had not changed management, I would advise everyone to not live here. Before the management switched, the almost $700 I pay a month for rent wasn't worth it. The office staff were terrible, there was one maintenance guy, and he was terrible at his job. But I will say that since the management switched the new staff members care about their job and how they serve you. I feel more important when it comes to the newer employees. The older employees are still difficult to work with. The overall appearance to the apartments is looking better. I definitely can't speak for the future but I definitely won't suggest anyone to live here unless you like rude neighbors who trash the place, yell off their balcony, never any available visitor spots after work, but hopefully with the changes the new management wants to make it will be worth the move and payment. Until all the changes are done I wouldn't auggest anyone to move here. But they are improving.

The staff here is really helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect to UNCW and convenient stores. Good between location for the beach and downtown Wilmington. Facilities are well maintained and all issues are dealt with in a good response time. Only downside is the residents. Its a college community, so some of the residents aren't very respectful or aware. All around a descent community and friendly staff members.

Before Aspire349, the apartment complex was ran by children. They were not professional, the managers did not do anything to make you feel like your concerns mattered and they did not want to help you. Now, there are people that actually care about your needs. They make sure that you are satisfied with everything in your apartment and that if you aren't they will fix it.

From last year to this year there has been a big change. The environment, people and staff are so much better than last year. It's always cleaner and a lot more presentable. And even the people, my neighbors last year were terrible with partying and always having to call regional security on them & now all the people around me are friendly & most importantly quiet! Thank you guys so much for making this a better community!

I've lived here for 3 years and the price has increased and it is way too much. The maintenance workers just walk up in your home after one knock. It's an awesome atmosphere and people here are so friendly including the office staff. Just no professional and if you don't read your lease, read it because they fine you for everything and it's in your lease. They get food delivered and feed the residents, and have a bunch of activities for you to do. The pool was hardly ever opened in the summer because there was always somethin wrong. This place isn't that bad, just needs a lot of fixing.

Well I've been in two apartments within the community. The first apartment was the one I wanted/loved but had to move because of a roommate situation. The second apartment had an update in flooring which was nice. I did have someone steal all of the electronics from my apartment while out of town though which was scary. I'm also now paired with a roommate who does drugs even though I very specifically said I'm not okay with that in my roommate matching survey. So overall, I like the way my apartment looks but haven't had the best experience with the complex.

When I first moved in here another company had owned this property. There was a lot of problems with residents and the community but since it was taken over by another company, my experience have started to become increasingly better.

Great sense of safety. Apartments are spacious and neatly renovated. Love the neighborhood. Great location. Live that it is pet friendly. Dog park could be a little larger. Need more visitor parking. I love the atmosphere ??

Could be a little more spacious but its an alright community. The pet policy is a but ridiculous. $300 dollars down and a pet charge every month is a bit excessive but i guess i understand. The dark park could be upgraded.

I have never had any outstanding issues while living at Aspire 349. Besides loud neighbors and dirty carpet, there haven't been any major issues. I generally feel safe and if I have any issues, the staff is easy to work with.
