Aspire is one of the best places that I have lived since moving to Wilmington. We are close with some of the office staff and they are so nice. The living room/common area is very big and you have lots of room for entertaining.

Aspire is a great community for students just exiting a dorm atmosphere. It allows for a smooth transition into adulthood courtesy of all inclusive rent. It can be noisy at times but the neighbors are very welcoming and there's a definite sense of community!

The staff and everyone here is very inviting and always trying to make your stay as best as possible. The location is great, I always feel very safe. The fitness center is great, love the common area, and great working area to help with school. They also have a lot of fun events to help get to know everyone around you.

The value of this apartment complex is really great. I love the size of the apartments, the furnishings, and the appliances included. The only problem I have come across is that there is not adequate visitor parking in the community. That being said, there are many resident spots, which is great!

I love living here at Aspire 349, but there are a few things I dislike. The amount of rent I pay monthly, I believe is over priced. The large fee of $250 for a pet is a little extreme, plus an extra $25 per month. The dog park is very small and has very little play equipment for your animals.

I've enjoyed it great people and a great community. They do a great job of making sure we are satisfied and nothing is messed up. the front desk is always available if you have any questions or concerns.

Very pretty complex. The staff are very friendly and work hard to resolve any issues. The unit has a lot of space and amenities including a washer and dryer. It's close to campus and a UNCW bus stops at the front gate so there's transportation to the campus.

living in aspire has given me many opportunities to meet new people and have new experiences. i adore the location and the roommates i've had and i look forward to more adventures in the future. thank you

It is a good place to live as an upperclassmen but it is very strict and the maintence people are not very helpful at times. I would look at pricier student living or houses if possible because they would both be better options.

I really enjoy living at aspire. My apartment is nice, my bedroom is the perfect size, the closet and bathroom are perfect, almost everyone is super friendly. The maintenance staff is super responsive and super helpful.

I really enjoy the resources available and that all the neighbors are really friendly, I also enjoy the amount of time it takes to get to work and school. The apartment complex is in a really nice location.

A great community and apartments for a decent price. Staff is proficient and helpful, and amenities are excellent. Love the pool and the dog park! And I is very pet friendly. It's also a very safe, gated community.

I have had no terrible experiences living at Aspire 349. I moved in August of 2018 under a completely different managing staff and when i moved in, it took a little while for my maintenance requests to be fufilled(to be expected). Since the change in management the community respond to maintenance requests quicker and are more attentive to resident needs. I enjoy living here and feel any problems i have will be heard and taken notice of.

Apartment is very nice, the gym is great and as well as the area where you can study and use the Starbucks coffee maker, they often have cereal and oatmeal with milk in there too. Sometimes they are a little slow at getting back to phone calls but everything

I have enjoyed it. Throughout my experience the community has been very helpful with any questions that I have had about the apartment complex and accommodating when I was moving in. This has allowed me to feel comfortable in the community.

I love living here. The staff is friendly and answer all the questions I have. Maintenance responds fast to fix any issues. There's lots of community events that are free and a good way for everyone to meet their neighbors and staff. I would recommend this apartment complex.

The community appears very clean and well kept on the outside. The apartments themselves have some maintenance issues. However, the maintenance staff are very friendly and always complete work orders in a timely manner. The community is not a bad place to live, but I feel that it is slightly overpriced for the actual value of the community.

Very good area for an older student. Close enough to campus to use public transportation and get there promptly. The roommate pairing system is phenomenal. I can safely say I have never been so accurately paired with another person as well as Aspire did.

The office staff has poor communication with each other. They did not inspect my apartment before I moved in so I moved into a dirty apartment. Painter left paint all over my floor and countertop and is still stuck in air vent. It was like pulling teeth trying to get someone to come clean it. Told I'd be reimbursed for damages done to my personal property and never was. They pair underage tenants with 21 and over tenants, so underage roommates have gotten into alcohol.

This is a great community with a lot to offer. They have automatic locks that I find very secure and high tech compared to the normal key bolts. The staff and maintenance are very nice and helpful. The only issue I have is that it's a tab more expensive than surrounding communities.

The experience at Aspire has been nice. The community is nice, there is usually people at the pool or at the basketball court so there's always people to talk to and meet. If you want to live off campus and go to UNC Wilmington, this is a great spot to live, you just need to ride the bus, which will take you to and from campus. The closet is also a huge plus, there is plenty of space to put all of your clothes in. The furniture and overall look of the apartment is nice as well.

Have enjoyed my time here so far. It's overall quiet and residents keep to themselves. Visitor parking is limited but that's expected. Don't expect to have cable though, i haven't had it for 3 years. But overall i like living here.

They are slow with getting things done like emptying the dog trash cans and keeping waste bags stocked. Overall it's a nice community. The pool is nice but the fitness center has a few broken machines and the hot tub is still broken.

My experience here has been fantastic! The area is very safe and secure. There are many amenities that are clean and well maintained. Overall this community is very peaceful and has been a wonderful place to live.
