Overall I've have a good experience at aspire but, in the past I did have an issue where they fixed my roommates shower instead of mine. I really like how this community does little events for the residents and having the shuttle bus stop are my favorite things.

This community is awesome. Aspire is super fun. The maintenance staff is awesome and always really helpful. The staff is very friendly. If I put in a maintenance request they always come super quick to fix it

Maintenance is lazy, trash is never cleaned up unless complained about. Office staff doesn't seem to care about residents' issues and are not responsive. Have had to make dozens of maintenance requests since moving in 3 months ago, either because things were never actually fixed or things kept getting messed up. My toilet constantly runs even though maintenance has come to fix it before, washer is LOUD.

I love this complex. I love the atmosphere and all the students. It's always a good time. It's very easy to meet new people and everyone seems to be very welcoming. I would say I've had a pretty good experience, although I would say it is a little overpriced.

Very great staff and I loved how my apartment looked when I moved in. The staff is very friendly including the leasing staff and maintenance! The only thing that was not to great was the wifi speed. I wish it was a little faster , but overall great company !

This has been a good place to live as a young college student. There are plenty of other students here which create a great sense of community. Continuing, the rooms are of great value and I very much like it here!

As a college student I find the location of Aspire 349 to be incredibly convenient, and the amenities available are excellent as well. The complex has two different shuttle stops for the UNCW shuttles, which I think is fantastic. There are hammocks near the pool area and they're great for just wasting an hour or two lying down and swaying.

Since I moved in I have enjoyed my time here at Aspire 349 apartments. I have had little to no problems and of the problems I have had, the staff resolved the issues quickly and efficiently. I value that Aspire had opened the gym because it gives me another thing to do during these times of isolation.

Ever since I moved into Aspire 349 I knew that this was the place that I wanted to stay at because of the great staff and the amenities they provide throughout your stay. I am very happy to be a resident here and I recommend Aspire 349 to anyone looking for a great place to live.

This apartment is great and so is the community. It is a fun area to live live in. It is very close to UNCW and there are a lot of use grocery stores and restaurants around. The pool area is great when it's opened. The workers here are great with the residents.

It's a very close and personalized community full of college students. It allows connections between other students and the opportunity to spark friendships around other kids. It's clean quiet and a great place to live

Great place! Management is amazing at responding to issues as well as the maintenance team. Only possible issue I see is the basketball court being used by everyone in Wilmington which leads to people yelling and playing until 4 in the morning while also trashing the place. Security could easily be used to manage the courts past sunset. Great place And management though!

I have nothing negative to say about this complex. Everything has been great! No neighbors have ever been excessively loud and we have never had any problems with the complex's staff or maintenance employees.

Aspire is a very clean, well kept community with so many amenities. I would suggest living here because of the pool, fitness center, and business centers. It's proximity to the college campus and the bus stops are also very convenient.

Aspire is a great community for college students. The interior design of these apartments are beautiful. Having your own bathroom is a major plus! The closet size is perfect for someone who has a lot of stuff like me! The staff here is always super helpful and nice. I know if I have a problem that I can communicate that with them, and they will do what they can to get it fixed in a timely manner!

I moved into aspire in Jan 2020 and have enjoyed my time there. They have great amenities and the basketball court is very popular but still easy to get involved in pick up games. Rooms have good size with each a private bathroom but the walls are very thin. Overall I give it 7.5/10 for my first apartment

Aspire 349 has all the amenities and the convenience of location to make it an affordable and comfortable place to live while attending college. The community is very nice and the amenities are of high standards. I haven't had much to complain in my time living here.

So far I absolutely love the location and all of the people I've met around the area. I can literally get to any store in under ten minutes, as well as all of the activities that go on around and in the complex.

Aspire has been a great place to live in for the past almost 2 years. Maintainence orders are fixed fast, Office staff are nice and active when having to tell you important information. It's clean and the amenities are great.

I've been living here for a total of 3 years. We have been very involved in the community at Aspire. I have had some good memories here at Aspire and the staff is amazing and willing to help. Despite covid, the staff has went above and beyond to ensure everyone's safety.

I love that this community is a home away from home. I have met some of my neighbors in which we all get along and hang out occasionally. This complex makes me feel comfortable and is an enjoyable place to live at.

Too pricey for why you're receiving. The apartment is nice and so is the view but for what we are paying is ridiculous. The staff is great and so are the common areas but like I said it is not worth the price.

The apartment is alright, probably a little pricey for what it is. Personally our internet doesnt work and they referred us to spectrum which said we dont know what to do since they took away your box. they dont enforce picking up trash/dog ----, unsanitary trash area.

Overall it's been great. A little loud but gets the job done. Making the rooms feel more "home" like would be a good suggestion. My appliances are a little out of date, but not terrible. Better shower heads!
