I've really enjoyed living at Aspire, the community is extremely nice. The area is great because it's near UNCW which was a big factor for me. The customer service up front, are very well spoken and always so nice.

This palace is nice to stay at. The maintenance crew is always on time and are respectable to you. The office staff has always been nice and I have no negative things to say. I have enjoyed staying here and it is really convenient to school and work.

The office staff is great, always very helpful. However there is always trash and poop throughout the property. Rent keeps going up, but I don't feel like we're getting any better amenities. Because of all the drunk people walking around on the weekend, my car has been vandalized or damaged 3 times. I've spent 3,000 just in car repairs from having my car parked in the parking lot over night. There are no cameras so I couldn't find the perpetrators. Many residents have problems with their doors either locking them out, or the door not locking at all. There are a lot of flaws to be paying more than $700 a month in rent.

The apartment complex is great, very friendly and social which makes it feel like a home. Very close to UNCW (walking distance) and a short drive to CFCC. All the amenities make this place more than worth the rent. Highly recommend!

Find another place to live. This is not the one. Not worth the money or the trouble of renting here. You will be a lot happier somewhere else. Management is rude and unhelpful, the property always looks like there was a party with overflowing garbage and garbage around the grounds, and the gates you pay extra for never work or are closed to the public anyways.

It's a nice apartment for what you get in the area you're getting it. Large deck, nice pool, big living room and kitchen. AC works great and 4 miles from downtown is awesome. Comes with a tv and furniture which is very nice. Decent sized bedrooms too, and maintenance is amazingly fast at responding to work orders! But.. It is a young college apartment so be prepared for your floor vibrating 5-6 days a week. Frat boys swarm the area and go through the fence back and forth between here and red point. I've heard gunshots from red point before and I usually hear people screaming or fights most weekends. The police almost every weekend go there and people run into Aspire. On the side not backing up to red point, don't think about walking around on weekends or close to night time because you will be catcalled from many apartments of boys. If you are 18-21 it could be a fun place, but if you're older than that, I'd recommend dish out the few extra bucks to go somewhere nicer.

It's been good so far. The gym isn't really worth going too. It has a lot of cheap equipment that's not worth using. But other than that. This is not a bad place to live. I'll definitely tell my friends to come here.

The apartment itself is nice but there are better, more updated apartments in the area that would be a better value for the rent I am paying. When asking my friends who live in other complexes they are paying less than me for the same space and amenities.

I've had a great experience at this community! I love all the ways the staff gets the community involved. I just would like it if the gate was more secure. Other than that I haven't had an issues. I would recommend this complex to a friend.

Very friendly neighborhood! Super great with animals and the amenities are very nice. Located right in the middle of everything so there is always something to do in a short distance. People in the front office are very nice and helpful.

Aspire 349 is a great complex to move into.I moved into this comped this year, and the community and the staff has been very welcoming and helpful. Aspire has a lot of ammenites to offer, and they are all very useful.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. But the community is a disaster. The hallways are dirty there's trash all around the complex. They don't enforce picking up dog poop at all so it's all over. The apartment inside is nice itself. The internet is so bad I need an Ethernet cable to use it.

This community is overall a great place for students to live! It is within the one mile radius of UNCW and there are a couple bus stops located just outside the complex that will take you to campus, so you don't even need a car to commute. The apartments are sturdy and well maintained. I enjoy the nice open living room the most. Great place to live!

It has been great. I have felt extremely safe at this location and enjoyed it very much. I have enjoyed the staff, living on the top floor, and the amenities that are provided. They have done a great job with COVID guidelines as well.

The community is nice, the workers are nice. Not enough visitor parking and the security guards are very strict. The apartment did not look like the example apartment. The maintenance workers are very nice and helpful

Aspire is a super great apartment choice to live in for UNCW students. The total cost for a year is cheaper than eight months on campus and you get your own bathroom and closet, balcony, and a much nicer living room and kitchen. Also the leasing office staff is super great.

It's been really nice over the last year. The staff has continued to remain friendly and strive to get to know you and remember things about you. I have only had positive interactions with the staff. Though this year the people that have moved onto the complex have done nothing but destroy gates and property and continue to cause messes and noise. I think the apartment community as a whole has declined but the staff has continued to try to fix and continue to fix all the issues caused by this group.

so far so good! when i first moved to wilmington i wanted to move here so now that i'm here i don't really have any complaints. the apartment is nice and the community offers great amenities. i just can't wait for covid to end to enjoy them

I love Aspire and everything about this apartment complex. The staff and management is very helpful and will help you will all your needs! I also love the onsite maintenance team so if there is ever a problem in your apartment, they will fix it.

So far things are okay. I don't really appreciate the inconsistencies with the staff and their policies. I appreciate the maintenance team a lot. Everything else is up to par, nothing too special but nothing detrimental either. I mostly appreciate the area the complex is located in more than anything making this place special compared to other complexes.

The apartment was nice, but very different from the display apartment they showed me, the apartment I got was a handicap apartment and we didn't have the same amount of cabinets and cabinet space as advertised... apartment is nice. Was not properly cleaned before my roommates.
