My experience thus far has been fantastic. I originally selected this community well back in April before the pandemic continued to March forward in our lives. My classes coincided with this making my classes online which left me very worried about paying for an apartment I could potentially not be living in should the UNC system send everyone home which the staff provided me with a fail safe of an out in the lease should school be suspended

This apartment complex is beautiful. It's surrounded by a good community and it's easy to access. The neighbors are kind and the staff is lovely. It's not far from the any school you're attending or any stores that you would like to shop at.

The place has been really nice so far. Just was missed lead by sofa cause I thought we would have the one they showed us. Also didn't like that the apartment was dirty but I cleaned it and loved it so far

I just moved here and so far it's good, the bed is very soft, has a study desk and a chair in your own room, kitchen is good. Although they haven't properly placed the cable wall plate as the way it should but its not bothering me so its ok.

they have amazing staff. if you need them to help you out with anything they are by your side in a heartbeat to help you with your needs. The staff provides you with everything you need when you're ready to move in!

Just recently moved in at the begging of July, 2020. Have heard great things about the community and have only seen good so far. Clean upon move-in, staff made things easy once I arrived, and the apartment itself is exactly what I needed.

My experience has been great so far! People have been nice and helpful! I love how it is gated, most apartment aren't! There's a variety of people! I'm new to the area and I think it's great for a first timer/beginner!

The gates have been an issue for a while and there are still some kinks to work out. Move in process was easy and and overall the apartment is nice to live in. A little noise because of the nearby train and possibly some people partying on the weekends

Pretty good just roommate problem since it is random roommates if you don't have ones. Other than it is in such a convenient location, especially with the bus stops. Everything is kept clean and I must say matience is great!

I love my community. The staff members r great and very helpful! The residents in the community are very welcoming and friendly. Love being pet friendly. Over all very impressed with the community and all the amenities

I really enjoy the apartment complex and the people that live here. Everyone is very nice and the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Overall I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a place should come to Aspire.

So far it has been the best experience. I have had tiny things occur where I have needed maintenance, and when I have they have done an excellent job handling things for me. The office staff is great and very helpful, and I really enjoy all the amenities included here.

Though Aspire has had several issues with the Gates, they make a continuous effort to make living as convenient and enjoyable as possible for their UNCW seahawk residents. They do programs and engagement activities.

So far my experience has been good, staff is really nice and accommodating. I enjoy the amenities and maintenance was fast and responsive. I wish there were more community events though, I have not been made aware of many.

I recently moved in to Aspire 349 as a junior attending UNCW. In my opinion, it is a very nice place for college students to live. There is a bus that goes to and from UNCW's campus and there is plenty to do within a five minute drive. Great place to live.

Nice secure place to live, everyone is nice and social, nice to have a basketball court and a gym, all the neighbors are nice and pretty nice. relative close distance to everything, grocery store, gas station and restaurants

The management company staff were very helpful while dealing with a difficult roommate situation. The maintenance staff were ingenuitive when dealing with repairs of damages that a roommate left when they moved out.

the experience was welcome and inviting, I received help from the front desk the minute I got here, There were cute succulents the owners could keep. I really like the pool and the workout room. But, there is a lot of dog poop on the ground which is a turn-off.

The overall experience has been great, but the upstairs neighbors have no consideration for the people they live near. They are loud 90% of the time and stomp around like animals. They run throughout the apartment and are super obnoxious.

There are a lot of social events and a lot of chances to meet new people! The maintenance is not always super quick but most of them are professional and do their job right. The front office workers are also super nice!

Aspire 349 is definitely a great place to live when you are a student. You are close to campus and are surrounded by people who are also students. The amenities are beautiful and so modern. The gym is my favorite part. The rooms are big and spacious and really well kept. I definitely recommend living here.

I like my apartment and the community, but I sometimes feel it is unorganized because we still don't have gate passes but we pay for a gated community. I also lived here this summer and people kept forgetting me and my roommates lived here so they would come into our apartment without our permission.

Everyone is very welcoming when you move in to aspire 349. Office staff are very friendly and kind. Great amenities! The pool,basketball court, and the workout gym are probably my 3 favorite! Overall aspire is a very clean complex and an even better place to live!

Love it but some problems with my roommates and the apartment itself. My carpet is filthy and there's nothing that has been done to clean it. Parking really sucks and it nights there's not much parking close to my apartment.
