I just moved to this community and it couldn't be happier! The staff is nice and helpful, the community is clean and I feel very safe here. I was nervous because I moved here alone from out of state but i believe i chose the right place to live while in college!

Maintenance here is great, they respond quickly and act promptly. Friendly & respectful. The community is pretty quiet, and clean. Neighbors mind their business, but are still friendly. They are a lot of stores, supermarkets, entertainment places, etc. near by ! some are even a walk away. The apartment itself is nice ! Nice place for sure.

My experience here at Aspire349 has been so great. Everyone here is literally so nice and respectful. The staff here are so kindhearted. It makes everything so much better. I really love it here!!!!!!

The community is nice just little problems here and there. The biggest problem would be the entry gate. Either it doesn't open at all or it will close way to early. I've had the gate close on my car already once and left mark so that needs to be fixed

I have had a good experience so far. My apartment is nice and the community is safe. The staff is helpful and responsive. The amenities are amazing. The pool, cabana, and gym are a great way to meet people.

I like this community. They are helpful. Nice staff. Good pool. Good activities. Good area. Staff are always willing to help. Calm area and safe. I recommend to live here for everybody who wanna move.

A great community with a bunch of amenities and activities to do. They have valet trash this year and that has been a great help. I love living here and the units are super cozy and nice. Great maintenance staff.

It's very nice and friendly. The people I have met in the community seem nice and I look forward to meeting more. The living accommodations are also very nice, comfortable, and at a good rate. Aspire is definitely a great choice when considering moving into apartment living

I recently moved in to Aspire 349 and so far everything is great, the staff was super helpful and friendly, I didn't like the room I was in and they were super nice and understanding with helping me take care of that! The pricing is great for what they offer and it includes literally everything! Highly recommend!

Great experience, first of all had the wrong key for my room. There were no bed sheets, shower curtains etc. although I expected them to be there. Roommate matching did not really work out, however, they are nice.

Last year I had minimal issues with things breaking down at the apartment unit. Some of the major issues I had were general cleanliness (pet waste, glass bottles, cigarettes) on the community grounds, in addition to parking issues. So far this year my only issue is the roommate I was paired with. I complained to management who have yet to reply to me or acknowledge my complaint in any way. We are incompatible, which is creating a tension within the unit that makes living here beyond unpleasant. He doesn't clean after himself, he's obnoxiously loud at night/early mornings, and generally has a lack of care for those around him. Hopefully, this along with my complaint will now be seen and addressed with an appropriate response/strategy for his reassignment.

Very nice community and very dog friendly. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The maintenance team always addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. I really enjoyed the year I spent living here.

Aspire is a very quiet community that feels like home. It is very nice having the basketball court and the pool available to you. Also the 24 hour gym is something that is always nice. The employees at Aspire are great and also help out when needed.

Would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Shane for making sure our girls had the proper AC unit working on the move-in date!!! HE was AWESOME, the AC was not working as they thought it should but he fixed it perfectly and they had a great/cool first night at the apartment. Also a big thank you to Brooke, dealing with the crazy mom, you did a great job! Love this complex and that is saying something coming from a very over-protective parent!! Thanks again!!!

Overall very nice apartments. Would not say it was move in ready when the move in day was set, but the front desk was very responsive and helpful to certain issues I had. There was nothing major, just small things here and there.

I have only lived here for a few weeks, but so far I really like it here. The staff is very helpful and the people have been nice. My apartment was clean and the minor things wrong have already been fixed with no questions asked.

10/10 place to live amazing spectacular show stopping incredible beyond our expectations cute pool nice --- plants my dogs love it here got a cool key. that's pretty nice. gym is always clean and nice. nice touch

Great community and helpful staff! My roommate and I love the pool and the amenities are great like the gym, the pool, the study rooms and more. The balcony view is perfect from our apartment! We love the community.

I really like this apartment complex. Moving in was very easy, and I like how the staff is very helpful. I also like the layout of the apartment. I live in a 2 bedroom and it is spacious. I would definitely recommend living here.

Aspire 349 is close to UNCW and Cape Fear, with a shuttle service to take you to campus (UNCW). There's a very nice pool, fitness center, and community, but maintenance could be more reliable and the office could communicate more efficiently.

I really enjoy living at Aspire because it is a great place to socialize and meet new people. The amenities are nice and the overall quality of the apartment complex is great. I also appreciate that it is close to campus and has a lot of visitor parking.

Aspire has a great community and staff, the staff is very helpful and super nice. The community and amentities are awesome! Parking is great, security is great and it is really easy to have a guest. Overall I love it!!!

So far my experience has been absolutely amazing. All of the staff I have talked to have been so helpful and done everything in their power to help us. The facilities I love especially the pool. My balcony is my favorite place to meet people because you can have the most random conversations ever. I love my new home.

Living at Aspire has been a great experience. I love having my own bathroom connected to my bedroom. The kitchen has plenty of space and having a free living room tv to use is an additional bonus! The apartments are gated for safety and the staff is always friendly.
