It's been okay. Not as fast if responses to emails as I would like. I don't like that the office is run by undergraduates seeing as they don't have motivation to get things done in a timely manner. The gate also has many issues that have yet to be fixed

Great ,Everyone is so great nice and helpful. I love it ! Mantanice is my favorite they are very helpful and always come when I put in a work order but I can tell you I have had a ton of problems here but it always gets fixed

Not bad, closets are big and rooms are bigger than expected. When I moved in they gave me the wrong key which was my roommates key. When I checked in to get my keys they didn't have paperwork ready had to wait 20min. They don't empty the pet poop bins enough which causes them to fill up and stink and overflow. Maintenance is pretty quick haven't had no issues with that. Overall not a bad place.

I enjoy this community. It is a nice environment to live in. The neighbors are nice and quiet. There are lots of amenities for residents in the Aspire location. This location is close to schools, restaurants and shopping.

It's OK A lot of house parties. There's times where people gather on the basketball court late at night. There isn't really security to control it there's not really that much of a visitor parking but I guess they try their best

Overall have had a good experience with Aspire. The staff and maintenance are always friendly and helpful. It can be a little noisy sometimes hearing people outside or above us, but that could happen at any apartment. Apartment is very spacious as well.

they have events and lots of immensities for the residents to use, i am able to have a dog which makes living there more enjoyable, it is affordable, it has residents around my age which makes it easy to make friends!

Living at aspire is a nice and quiet area even being on the 1st floor there isn't loud noises from upstairs. One of my favorite parts is the gym and the common rooms for studying. The staff is very helpful and made my move in experience quick and easy.

Aspire 349 has beautiful apartments and amenities; here you can find a helpful front desk, quiet spaces to study, an outdoor pool, and a clean space to exercise. This complex could be improved with better grounds keeping, but overall is a good place to live.

Maintenance problems seem to occur normally but the team is always willing to help and for the most part do in a timely manner. Community is great and full of a sense of togetherness among all residents.

The apartments have a nice amount of space, the balconies are nice, and the pool is always a plus. The staff are very friendly too. Aspire is also one of the first Seahawk Shuttle stops, which is perhaps the only thing that really makes it worth it. Otherwise, the neighbors are loud--shouting, blaring their music, and playing basketball (which echoes off the buildings) at all hours of night and day, every day of the week. There is always trash in the stairwells, and no one picks up after their dogs. The gates never work. My car is very scratched up and dented from people being careless. In my apartment, the lighting inside isn't great (buy a lamp or two), the heating/cooling is uneven, and the dryer barely runs. The rent, which is already way higher than the value of the apartment, also increases every year. I'm ready to move out as soon as my lease expires, and I wouldn't choose to live here again.

Overall had a pleasant experience at Aspire 349. The gated community gives a sense of security and safety. I am very happy that utilities are included. The only downsides are that residents tend to litter and not pick up after pets. It can also be noisy at night when college students throw parties.

So far I've had a really good time staying at Aspire. Staff and neighbors are very friendly and help out a lot. The facilities are also great especially the gym and pool. Location is very convenient as it is very close to everything such as school, beach, etc?

I love that it's gated. Neighbors are mostly friendly and it's a pretty place to live at. They have a dog park and a 24 hour gym that you can use. There's also free printing and good security. I love that it's close to uncw.

Overall, I have had a decent experience with Aspire 349. I do believe that there are plenty of improvements to be made, but I have enjoyed my time here for the most part. My biggest concern is the security and safety of our residents.

The staff are nice and friendly. Maintenance is normally good at completing your work order in a timely manner. They have nice amenities and are always well maintained. Their new addition to valet trash is amazing!

The community is pretty fun overall. I enjoy the facilities, the open environment, and the people I live around. Security makes sure we are safe on the weekends, and the staff help whenever I am at the front desk.

It is a decent place to live, especially if you are a student. It is easy to get to campus from the complex. It is the better option, compared to all other apartments in the area. It can be loud at times because of the complex next to it. It will be loud if you are near any outdoor amenities.

I really enjoy it, I just wish it was not as expensive as it is. When I signed my lease I thought it was going to be 700 a month plus the 30 pet fee, so 730 a month plus if electricity rolls over. Other than that I love the community and everything else about aspire.

The overall experience here is quite fine. I didn't end up using as many of the amenities as i had planned, as my apartment was across the property from them, and therefore not convenient, although that could be seen as a nitpick. Definitely a reccomend for those new to the area.

good for the most part but seems a bit pricey and can sometimes feel unsafe for women in terms of harassment from residents and how people tailgate each other through the gate minimizing the point of it
