Aspire has been amazing for me. I love going to the gym and in the summer swimming in the pool and hanging out in the common areas. Aspire really has a sence of community throughout the residents. I will definitely recommend aspire to my friends.

I would make sure to find a place that is worth the rent that you are paying. The model apartments are very misleading and make sure to look at the appliances closely when touring the model apartment.

The ventilation is horrible. Apartment is not deep cleaned before you move in. The space is small for the price as well as the outdated appliances. Gates are always open whether it's the walk in gates or the drive in gates. There is a homeless community beside the apartment who come in and have access to your back door and windows. Some windows locks are broken on the first floor.

This apartment is a great location for students attending UNCW. There are several bus stops close to the apartment. It is also within walking distance of campus as well. Aspire is a great complex for students and a good price for the complex. The many amenities are also great. The staff is friendly and responsive as well.

It's not great, considering the area because it's located close to the school I thought it would be somewhat nice and safe but it's not. I've had people try to break into my apartment, it's always loud the staff are not helpful and make us feel dumb if we need help.

My experience at this apartment has been really good so far. I think the staff are all very nice and are very knowledgeable about the property. The amenities here are well kept up with and are very fun to use during the hot months. Overall I am enjoying my time here.

This apartment is a perfect apartment for young adults. It has a very spacious floor plan that allows for a great place to come home to. The rooms are also a great size that come with a good size bathroom and closet. Overall, a wonderful place to live.

Aspire 349 is overall a nice community to live in. Be sure to be thorough when you first move in and check everything (fire alarms ice maker etc.) to make sure it's all working. Staff is friendly and nice but you will need to call multiple times to get anything done.

I love the apartments! The maintenance is on top of things and is super nice! When there are events that meet with my schedule limitations, I try to go and always have fun! The pool is really nice and I love the convivence of the location.

I start with Something good which is that you can download an app That makes paying rent at this complex Is extremely convenient along with work orders. The gates almost always have a problem with them so look forward to getting out of your car and pushing some of them open Even if you have your keycard. There are very few visitors parking spots. The rooms are not bad but sharing a kitchen And a living room With 1 to 3 other roommates Can be a hassle for space. The front office staff are always quite pleasant I will say But maintenance is a gamble.

Happy here- cost is the biggest issue affecting renewing lease- would like more space , roommates are moving into a different place so don't have roommates for next year. Still looking for new living environment.

It's a good place with good people. The only problem I've had so far is the fact that they didn't call or make me aware before hand of them coming in my apartment. Someone could have gotten seriously hurt

We enjoy living here. Our apartmenr interior is really nice for a college apartment and i enjoy living close to a lot of other college students. I feel like the community offers a lot of opportunity to meet new people and hang out with friends!

Nice apartments but very loud and sometimes feel unsafe. Student living community so the noise is to be expected, but the "gate" does nothing. Need better security at night. Otherwise good apartments.

move in day was terrible, the previous owner didn't clean up the place nor did the apartment staff. Overall a decent place to live if you attend UNCW and want to live off campus. the rent is a little expensive in my opinion something I feel like people messes with my car.

Aspire has its pros and cons, I personally got a lot more of the cons. I had a horrible washer and dish washer, my windows didn't close, the whole apartment had a horrible smell that we could not seem to get out, and my carpets were horrible.

I moved into Aspire in August of 2022 and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far. This apartment was a downsize for me and my roommate's last apartment but had better rates. The selling points for me and my roommates was that there were more visitor spots than our last complex which is a big deal because the complex is so large and each apartment has a large sized balcony. The rates are reasonable but did increase since last lease term. We renewed for our senior year already and there are concession rates if you renew early enough

My experience at this community has been and okay experience. My roommates and I had trouble with the security of our unit for over a year before the staff finally took our suggestions to fix the problem. I have enjoyed having my own space(bedroom and bathroom) and being close to campus.

Rent could be more affordable compared to the apartment complex, wish it was cleaned more. Office workers are respectful and kind and are good at keeping residents updated on things going on in the community.

Aspire is one of the better student living options, I have had no problems with bugs, office staff is very helpful, maintenance comes fairly quickly, plenty of visitor parking, very nice pool and valuable amenities.

It's been a good experience, a lot of great amenities are included. Close to a lot of places, and school. neighbors are nice and quiet. Dog park, pool, study rooms, Starbucks coffee machine fitness center.

Gates are broken constantly so your paying for a gated community that isn't actually gated. Maintenance staff is rude. They don't take notice complaints seriously. Dog poop everywhere. Way overpriced for the apartments you get. Not worth the momey

I have absolutely loved my new community! I have enjoyed all of the amenities aspire has to offer and the sense of community. Every neighbor is so incredibly nice. The staff is attentive and kind. I also love how up to date the appliances are!
