it's very nice some troubles but all solved. gates don't always work and guests can't get in and guest also don't have much parking. everyone's very nice but there are security problems and some other problems over all a great place to live

I love Aspire 349! Any issue that has ever come up is handled quickly. The staff is excellent and I always feel like my voice is heard. I couldn't ask for a better experience, especially for the price.

Aspire 349 is a good community with a great pool and clubhouse where I can go use a printer for free. Every time I had a problem maintenance was there to fix it straight away. Management also fixed all the problems I had.

Staff is very helpful and kind. If in the need of any Maintenance they come within the week. Great community with wonderful amenities. I love the gym, pool, hammocks to lay in, grilling areas, and lounge. Love that they have a small breakfast area as well in the mornings. I love it here!

The staff and maintenance guys are very helpful and nice. I enjoy the amenities at Aspire349 and would recommend it to those who are first moving to Wilmington. The only problem I have is finding a place to park sometimes especially at night but it's a great environment.

Nothing out of the ordinary for a college town. Good amenities and security for the location. Great maintenance crew and a nice community in general. Front office staff is nice and always gets the job done quickly.

It has been good so far. Staff is helpful and efficient. Handles situations well. Have not had any serious problems and when problems are brought to attention it is usually handled quickly. Parking has not been a problem.

In all honesty, my experience has been good but has also had downfalls. When I first moved in, the place looked good. But the more I looked around, I noticed that paint splatters and where it looked like they had sprayed paint was everywhere. Our washer and dryer were disgusting and moldy and the dryer was full of water. The maintenance team did respond to my call quickly though and cleaned it out for us! There were a couple things that were broken first arriving, such as, my desk chair was broke, some parts on the couch have rips, and our ice machine was broken. I just think that management should really take good looks into the apartments before move in. I understand that management can't control how people live, but once they move out, they should really check to make sure the place is clean. Overall I've had a good experience while living here and I do recommend for someone who is looking. The maintenance team is awesome and so far the front office has been nice when calling! The amenities are super nice and they definitely make it feel welcome! The place has a few quirks, but what apartment doesn't. The maintenance team, front office, and management have been great when it comes to fixing solutions!

This is my third year leasing with Aspire The Office and Maintenance staff are awesome! Very personable and friendly Aspire offers so many amenities. The biggest in unit perk is the washer and dryer. I love how pet friendly everybody is.

So far with this complex I've had serious ups and very serious downs. I love all the amenities and the neighborhood is really pretty. However, my personal experience hasn't been amazing, sometimes communication with the leasing office isn't great, my roommate situation is genuinely a nightmare, sometimes there's just an "oh well" attitude when dealing with certain people in the office which can be really frustrating especially if you really need their help. The state my apartment was in when I moved in was horrible actually and I felt disappointed by this because I shelled out so much money just to be here & walking into the conditions that I did wasn't great.

Good Community with a quiet atmosphere. There are some parties on the weekends but the walls do a good job of soundproofing to the point where you won't even notice unless you're outside the apartment.

At first it was very bad, rampant garbage pulling up and fruit fly galore with frequent internet outages, now it's definitely calmed down and the trash system is much better than when I had first moved in a year ago. Maintenance has also been quick to respond, besides spectrum which takes a couple days to a week, but other than that it's been great.

so far i have enjoyed living here with the exception of a few things. the gates are sometimes closed and sometimes not so paying for a gated community doesn't seem fair. the trash valet service is not consistent so trash will line the halls. i am a person that loves their room and i sure do love my room here. that is the best part about living here. having my own space.

The roommate matching is really hit or miss. The best way to go is to move in with a person you know. If you live on the first floor of this apartment expect roaches crawling up under your doors. The Yale fob works sometimes but has issues a lot. The address to your apartment works with some delivery services but others it doesn't.

I love it. Thing get fixed fast, easily, and in a timely manor, they are very nice every time I speak to them. The maintence i need is always done soon after i submit the maintenance request. Couldn't be happier so far
