I had a broken microwave handle when I moved in. So I placed a maintenance request thinking it was low priority. But James, the maintenance man, responded in person that same day to check it out. He also fixed it within the hour of inspecting it.

I love this area. They are very responsive and try to correct any errors that may occur. They also are a very friendly and nice staff. When I moved it there was standing water in the dryer but overall they fixed the problem. The people are amazing and so are all the amenities.

I love is fire so far. It's a very social place which I really really like. It's super close to the beach which is always great. The pool is awesome and always so fun and swimming. The maintenance is really good about coming whenever I submit a request.

It has been great. I love this place and such a great place to live, the staff is amazing and definitely tried to fix every residents issue and everyone is a priority. The on call phone is very helpful and a great thing to have.

good there was nothing wrong and everything was fixed according inv to the plan the maintence team did, they were very fast to respond and fixed everything without any issues. I will like to hope that in the future it will be the same

I have had a great experience so far. My application in the beginning had some issues on how it was filled out but the staff was able to help me and communicated very well. We moved in 2 days after move in date and again the staff helped us get everything established as well. I have been pleased so far with this experience.

It was a very easy move in process but my kitchen area was not cleaned as well as the living room. I put on my application that I didn't want a roommate with a pet, and she has a pet. The gates are always broken.

I love it here at Aspire 349. The community is open and welcome! There are many areas to gather around with friends, and many common places to do schoolwork/ or even just hang out. The pool is the best part!

The community is okay. The apartment itself was extremely messy and dirty. It was not cleaned when we moved in. With multiple issues that we found. I was so disappointed in the staff and the cleaning services.

I went to move in for move in day and my room was filthy there was hair all over the bed, dust and bird seed in the dresser, some of the furniture was in the bathroom and had paint on it the previous resident had two male cats that she let pee in the closet in a liter box against the wall so the whole room smelled like cat pee and it was horrible I went to the front desk about it and they acted like it wasn't a big deal and that I was bothering them for even bringing it up I said the carpets needed to be changed, they were like mean girls at the front and said well we could do an ozone treatment but event the maintenance guys said that wouldn't work it's in the carpet They ran the machine 4 times it didn't work still smells like cat I have horrible migraines so I can't take smells I told them at the front this but they don't care they acted like I was making it up or bothering them, I didn't make the mess I don't understand why I'm getting punished for it. I delayed moving in for almost another week to give this time to work but it didn't I had to move in for school even with the smell it's been horrible, it's so strong Finally after complaining muiltple times and my parents complaining and my roommate complaining they are supposed to change the carpets but they still act like I made a big deal for no reason and now I have to remove everything out of my room again and back in for the carpet replacement. It's been ridiculous hopefully it will get better but so far I won't be renting here again

The apartment has potential to be great, but there are some issues. Our dryer doesn't do it job and actually dry things, my mailbox key still doesn't work, the apartment was nasty, and bugs are a issues. Other than that, its a pretty nice place. After cleaning and spraying everything, its a decent place to live. That is if you ignore the other stuff.

On the lush green grass, people litter. What can you do, they're pieces of ----. Among the groundskeeping team, there is no quitter. All in all, this place is good. Sign a lease here again? I would.

My experience in this community so far has been okay. There has been a lot of problems with my unit since I moved in last week. Problems including pests, internet, ripped carpet, standing water inside of dryer, and mold. The people in this community are pretty friendly though.

Moving in was fast and easy; I was very pleased how accessible help was if I needed it. Everything I need is nearby, and the apartment seemed very clean during move-in. There were some minor issues concerning noise issues, but I know who to contact if it happens again. Overall pleased.

Great community areas and public transportation to UNCW, but my experience with the actual apartments was poor. I have a nearly 30yr old roommate who trashed the place and the guy in my room previously wrecked it with hardly any maintenance done afterwards. The maintenance guys were shocked upon seeing all the issues still there. And the electronic doors are good if you get locked out, but they work maybe 40% of the times you try them.

Its nice, but i've had incidents with my next door neighbor and fighting in the parking lot at night, i understand it is a college town but there has seemed to be something every night since i moved in. Also so gross when i moved in. And there was mold all in the washing machine. I put in a maintenance request the first day (8/16) and still no one has come to fix my broken shower rod.

Okay, apartment smells like mildew and I had to kill a couple roaches. There's mold underneath the sink that needs to get rid of as well I had to do a lot of cleaning upon move in. Wish there was more consideration for people who like to live in a clean unit.

So far it has been a wonderful experience, the staff is super helpful and cooperative. If you need anything done, they will get it done. Yes, you'll have some spots that need to be cleaned or fixed, but blame the residents not the staff. The staff are here to help and fix all the problems that the residence make.
