Nice people and amenities! There are lots of dogs here because not a lot of places allow dogs! But there is not a problem with a lot of barking. Management is good and helpful. This requires me to send 200 characters to finish it. Isn't that strange?

I have been here for several years and have been rather content Any problems were immediately addressed.The office staff and maintainance crew are com pliant and ready to assist at anytime.I am happy with the amenities-the pool iswell kept.The exercise room has the best equipment.The grounds are constantly cleaned and upgrade.Overall my experience at the Highlands is very positive

I've loved living here so far! Only complaint is that the neighbor's air conditioner is loud when I keep my windows open. But otherwise, beautiful apartments. Finishing is amazing and the location is perfect. Walls are pretty sound proof so I don't hear anything from my neighbor's apartments through the walls.

upon searching through pages of ads my decision to lease an upscale apt at the highlands was finalized by the end of the visit. the beautiful grounds, spacious apts and amenities felt more like a resort. setting which was easily accommodating to anyones lifestyle.

We are extremely happy with the community-amenities , staff, and response to any problems we have had. Unfortunately not everyone in the community respects the rules of the apartments or the grounds. Very sad unless there are security cameras in place to see residents breaking rules that are suopose to keep this community at the top level it is meant to be.

it is too expensive and much like big brother. Too many camera's and not exough access to the pool house after hours. this community is not made for young professionals in their mid to late 20s. Great place for older people. lots of barking...

Very happy here, building keep beautiful, grounds as well. Great location, great people, and staff. Amenities are wonderfully done. My only complaint (mentioned earlier) is the estimated gas and water bills. My meters have not been read yet, and I continue to get estimated bills. I am out of state for 4-5 months a year, and want to pay for what I actually use.

It's a diverse and friendly community, the interior and exterior grounds are very well maintained during all four seasons. It is located in a quiet secluded area of the town yet still very close to civilization. Rental units are modern luxury. Office Administration and Maintenance Staff are courteous.

Service by the office staff has diminished since I moved into the complex. As a courtesy when I traveled they would collect my mail and place in the apartment if I provided a written statement allowing them to do so. They will not provide me with this service and quote "Federal" mail regulations as the reason. It would be greatly appreciated if this type of service could be instituted as a benefit to residents.

This community is the most amazing community I have been lucky and blessed enough to live in. I am a single mom; I have been renting since 1997 and this is the first time I really feel like I have a wonderful, beautiful home that I cannot wait to come back to with my baby after a busy day at work. It is heaven on earth here. The front office/desk staff are so helpful in finding an apartment, answering questions, helping with mail and packages. The landscaping and care of the grounds and building, including the hallways, garages, and elevators are exceptionally clean. The apartments are beautiful with patios and lush greenery and beautiful heated pools. If you want a truly "staycation" sort of home, please move here and join our awesome community!!

I am going to start with what I am not happy with. Im upset that maintenance went up $100. Im upset that u charge $100 to park under the bldg. in phase 1. Also that you charge to have an animal. And every year our rent goes up. I like how clean everything is and how maintenance is so attentive.

I just love living at the highlands. All around it is a wonderful community. The apartments are small but lovely and modern. The outdoor space is superb.
