Always live up to what they say. . Quiet attractive units and grounds. Maintenance people are excellent.. Special events are much more and better than other rental places. The sales staff is helpful and pleasant.

moved in in January. hoping to meet and socialize with other tenets at the workout room, tennis courts and pool when covid resolved in June. beautiful view with many activity including golf simulator and pool table.

Couldn't be more pleased with the apartment, amenities and overall community here at Hilltop! It has been an incredible experience living here and nothing beats hanging at the pool in the summer. It can't come soon enough!

It's generally a good place to live. The location is very convenient for me and I like being near the reservation. I first moved here because it was one of the few pet friendly apartments in the area, but there are more options for that now.

I love living in this community. The views from on top of the hill that its situated are fabulous , especially when seeing the sun rise and the sun setting. I'm happy I have met a lot of very nice people especially while walking my dog. I feel safe and and the lobby and hallways are always clean.

Living here has made our life work for what we need now! The office staff is wonderful and helpful, and most of the maintenance crew does a fantastic job! We like living here and the property is kept up beautifully.

I love living at Highlands and have been here for 7 years. The community is well-managed, neighbors are very nice and it is very quiet. Being next to the Hilltop Nature Preserve is also a big plus. The office and maintenance teams are very thoughtful, helpful and responsive.

The community is very quiet and the tenants are friendly. I feel very safe to take a walk no matter what time of the day . The people with pets are considerate and I appreciate that since I am not a pet owner.

We moved to Highlands over a year ago and we are very happy with the apartments, the amenities and the maintenance in general. Everything is very well kept and the community is one that I highly recommend to anyone looking for nice and convenient temporary home.

Just moved in but everything is wonderful coming from a house to an apartment is challenging but I am very pleased. Looking forward to using the beautiful pool and gym. Everyone I've met in the hallway is friendly and the staff is exceptional

Stuff is wonderful Cleaning is perfect Amenities are updated View is amazing Courts are clean and tidy Swimming pools are always clean and healthy There is also amazon hub which is wonderful I'm here for 3 years now but moved from one apartment to another .. If you want to rent .. this is the place

Love it at Highlands at Hilltop. I have lived here for 3 months and could not be happier. Great apartment and amenities. Neighbors are all very nice and respectful. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained.

I've only been here a few days but so far so good. Very nice community. Close to everything. Facilities are immaculate and safe. Overall the community if very quiet Office staff was super accommodating.

Beautiful complex, modern features and amenities, professional staff, well designed common spaces. Quite and beautiful surroundings, safe garage options, pleasant neighbors, indoor and outdoor facilities are alway up-kept and clean.

Great community and excellent service. The building is maintained very clean and the landscaping is always perfect. The pool area is beautiful. The office staff is always courteous and willing to help.

The staff in the rental office were on top of everything. I came to see the apartment and signed the lease that same day. I needed to change move in date and they were completely accommodating. Apartment was immaculate on move in day. My email questions are answered immediately. Beautiful community overall

I really enjoy living at Highlands at Hilltop. The rental staff are excellent and very friendly, and the maintenance crew are incredible! The facilities are well maintained and lend to the attraction to this property.

I can't say enough about the management team of Brooke and Sue as they were so accomidating and helpful throughout the entire process. I have only been at Highlands a t Hilltop for a few days but am beyond sure it was a great choice.

Very clean and the staff is amazing. Always very helpful when I call or send an email and address any and all issues right away. I love living here - My neighbors are also great. The only reason I would think of not renewing is due to cost.

I moved in during Covid quarantine a very challenging time for everyone. The staff was and is amazing. There is so much to do here for my children. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. And my neighbors have been very kind and quiet.

We are very happy with Highlands at Hilltop! The apartment is In great condition and staff is responsive to all questions and needs. All areas of this beautiful complex are well maintained. Unfortunately, with Covid-19 we do not have access to the amenities but this is expected and the correct way to handle the situation at this dire time. We look forward to enjoying our life here.

Nice community many neighbors are transit not willing to make friends not enough social events not child friendly at pool on weekends golf simulator needs updating and don't like people bringing trainers to gym

No issues moving in. The apartment was up to our expectations. The community is very friendly. The amenities are a bonus as well in good keep. The general area allows you to get everything you need within minutes

We truly enjoy living at Highlands at Hilltop. We have enjoyed living here for two plus years. We are very likely to renew our lease when it expires in Spring of 2020. We truly enjoy the maintenance free living.

The complex is Beautiful . Well kept. Cleaning crew our everyday. Very quiet. You don't hear other apartments Management and maintenance crew very nice Moving day went very smoothly. Close to our family.
