This is a high qulity community, the staff is friendly and professional, however, the waiting time for maintainance seems to be a litter longer than the expectation, so if the order could be done during 2 days, the feeling of satisfaction to be living here will be better.

I moved here after my divorce which was a very difficult time in my life. The staff and all who work here at Highlands have been great. I would recommend it highly as it is well kept and very safe. I am extremely comfortable here at Highlands.

First class apartment kept clean and ilooking beautiful. Plenty of parking for residents and guests and two great clubhouses and pools. Gyms are well stocked and clean and clubhouse gathering rooms are quality spaces. Feel safe with multiple key entries.

After signing a contract to sell my townhouse, I searched for an upscale apartment to rent for a year. I have resided at the Highlands at Hilltop for three months and could not have made a better choice. The location is excebbllent and the living environment is not wonderful. The building is extremely well maintained and the administration staff is very accommodating.

Well maintained, friendly staff, beautiful property. I lived here from 2013 to 2015 and returned in December 2015 after living out of state for 6 months. I am glad I came back here. My shih tzu loves it also! Be careful of noisy upstairs neighbors!

I would like to see something done about letter the dogs urinate on the grass between the buildings and the sidewalks and between the sidewalks and the parking spaces. It looks terrible and rather disgusting as the yellow burned spots increase especially in front of the entrance doors

An amazing place to live. Everybody is friendly. The place is extremely well maintained. The amenities are keep up to date as is the furniture. The staff couldn't be helpful or nice. I would highly recommend living here.

The staff is efficient and friendly, the buildings and grounds are immaculate and well tended. The amenities are excellent, with a well-equipped fitness center, golf simulator, two pools, and an outside fireplace with gas grills nearby.

It is pretty quite. No noise, no Smell, no rude people. Everyone seems friendly. The grounds are clean. Clubhouse is well maintained. Garbage is easily disposed of. Outside parking at times can be congested. Paying the rent is easy with the automatic withdrawal process. Any maintenance requests are also made through the user friendlt website.

This has been a lovely moving experience. The building community is lovely and have been quite friendly. We have our beloved dog with us and he is having some anxiety zdealing with his new surroundings and our neighbors have been so patient with him. I love this community! It is a beautiful place to live and truly there is not much more you could ask for. All of the neighbors we have met have been so friendly and welcoming and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They are timely in their response to questions, or requests. They made the process of moving to the Highlands so easy. My only suggestion would be more indoor parking for people with more than one car. Other than that this is clean and friendly community that I am happy to be a part of.

The life style is very good and enjoyable. The amenities are first class and we take advantage of them. Our one complaint is the large number of pets and the lack of the pet owners to keep them properly leashed and to clean up after their potty deposits, both purposeful and accidental.

The apartment I have at the Highlands is really nice. It is very clean & the apartment & buildings are relatively new. The staff are very kind & courteous as well as being very informative & helpful. The building has great amenities such as the pool, the tv room, & the gym. I highly recommend this place.

I lived at the Highlands at Hilltop from July, 2014 to August, 2015. It is a beautiful complex, and enjoyed walking in the woods behind the complex. One thing I would recommend is that if you are thinking of renting an apartment on the first floor, be sure the unit is not near the exhaust from the parking garage. A foul, car pollution-like odor is emitted from it when the exhaust fan goes on, and blows into the apartment. When I asked an office staff member if they would be willing to provide me with an air purifier, my email was not returned. Another suggestion is that you be super careful of the floors. They are poor quality, and a small area was damaged below my desk, even with felt protectors on the chairs. To replace the damaged planks, I was charged $487.92.
