This is a beautiful community, well kept. The inside of the apartments are very nice and staff is responsive. Neighbors are nice. Overall it is peaceful and mostly quiet. There is a very convenient hiking trail, basketball and tennis courts. Very easy and close to get into town for a bite to eat, etc. The hill and grounds are plowed regularly during the winter.

I have only lived here for 1 year and find it very comfortable and safe. The hiking trails in the back are wonderful for my walks and for my love of nature. The leasing and maintenance staff are the best around! They are always so friendly and helpful. So far, it has been a wonderful experience living here.

Beautiful community
The Highlands apartment complex is in a great location and beautifully maintained by caring, responsive management. My apartment is spacious, with lots of windows with beautiful views of the sunsets. The My only regret is not moving here years ago.

Your office staff prior to this have been intrusive, not welcoming. Wish they were as good as maintenance. I have had no experience with new team here, but except for Brook felt like big brother was always looking out for their own business!

Everything has been great from inception. Property is immaculate. The team is wonderful and caring. Love living there. Have met many neighbors. Great planned events. Beautiful landscaping. Very happy overall

I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS. THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF, JIMMY , MICHAEL, AND JOE ARE VERY EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. AND NICE. THE CABINETS ARE A DISGRACE. I HAVE ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT SINCE I MOVED IN, BUT TO NO AVAIL! THE FLOORS ARE REALLY SAD AND DIFFICULT TO CARE FOR.

Overall good experience living here...apartment is fairly spacious and well laid out...amenities and staff are top notch...shopping and restaurants are nearby...periodic .management sponsored events enable community bonding.

A wonderful place to live with 1very serious exception. In an emergency requiring residence to exit the building immediately, handicapped residence are unable to exit due to the exit and entrance doors. (I had this experience myself a couple of months ago. The fire alarm went off. I heard voices in the hallway. I opened my apartment door. Everyone was gone. I phoned the head of maintenance. Asked what's going on. He said, "I've got the police and the firemen here. " He hung up. I knew I wouldn't be able to get out the exit doors. I prayed I wouldn't die here alone. After an hour I heard voices in the hallway. I went into the hallway. My next door neighbor walked over to me and said,"There you are. I was looking for you. " I reported this incident to management. Sad to say the exit doors are exactly as they were prior to that day. There was another similar incident during the summer. It was not in my particular building. It was on the opposite side. In an effort to maintain normalcy no information is given. (There are times when emails and or postings are placed on doors Typed letters are delivered outside on apartment doors. The office telephones or returns residences calls.

My experience here has been excellent as it is a very well run operation with responsive employees. My window shades were out of kilter and after I asked for maintenance to fix it the job was done promptly and accurately.

Very well maintained, beautiful property, with pleasant and competent staff. Inquiries and requests for maintenance are responded to quickly. Residents are friendly, and the Leasing Office arranges enjoyable social events for residents to meet. I highly recommend Highlands at Hilltop in Verona.

Management is attentive, neighbors are friendly, grounds are clean, amenities are good. Perhaps an offering for occasional heavy cleaning (ceiling, under furniture, balcony area) could be offered for an additional fee.

We have had an excellent experience living at the Highlands at Hilltop in Verona. The staff is very professional and helpful. Requests for repairs are handled very quickly and done properly. The amenities are wonderful and the landscaping is well maintained and attractively finished.

I love the Highlands at Hilltop Community! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are impeccable. Close to everything. My apartment is a perfect size for me and my husband. I would definitely recommend it!

It is very pleasant here and I intend to stay. This year the provider for pool/ lifeguard did not do their job. I trust it will be rectified. The grounds are beautifully kept The maintenance staff is very responsive.

I'm about to move into a home I purchased, but I have loved living here. It's safe, well maintained, and the staff is easy to reach and responsive. I have never had a problem with noise or neighbors. Additionally the community occasionally sponsors events such as Christmas parties and end of the summer pool parties I highly recommend Highlands at Hilltop

First time ever living in an apartment. I am finding the transition easier than anticipated with every convenience and amenity available. The grounds are beautifully kept and aesthetically appealing. After settling in, I hope to learn more about the community and very much look forward to that experience.

Moved in in 2014 and up to this date have been very satisfied with all that is Highlands at the Hilltop. Quick response and srvice in all areas has always been a part of my stay. I would highly recommend this facility for a short or long stay

Very beautiful place to live! We feel like we are living at a resort! The staff are extremely helpful! People that live here are very friendly, feels like home! The grounds are landscaped beautifully! I really can't say enough about how much we love it here!

The Highlands at Hilltop is everything one could hope for. The property has been kept up beautifully - I have heard residents say that they often think of living here as being on an extended vacation!

While covid precluded much socializing, the office and maintenance staffs have been efficient, effective, and professional. This is our first return as renters after 40 years of home ownership, so my comparisons are not great. As a tenant I can not ask for more than we have received.

This is an exceptional and wonderful community. The amenities and services are excellent. The landscaping is beautiful and the entire staff are helpful and friendly. I have not one negative thing to comment on.

Due to COVID restrictions I am not yet familiar with public transportation or schools. I have no school age children, & do have a car?-& GPS! However, I quickly felt comfortable, safe & at home due to all aspects of Highland at Hilltop.

the coummunity people are great and always willing to assit you with your needs. I beleive the suppot from upper managment could be imporved to make the experience more comfort than standard as the building ages so do the apartments

My experience at Highlands at Hilltop has been excellent. The staff is wonderful and the upkeep of the apartments and the grounds are top notch. The residents are friendly and the complex is designed to encourage interaction (weight room, pool, lounge, etc) which creates a real sense of community. Highlands at Hilltop is a great place to live.
