Heritage Village has been a safe, calm, well-maintained home for me, with no problems for me. I appreciate the consistently quiet demeanor & friendly attitude of the staff. Both the office staff & grounds crew are very responsive and friendly.

The Heritage community is wonderful! The grounds are like a beautiful park and well maintained; and apartments very clean and quiet. The staff and maint crew go over and way above! Love it here and have recommended to others.

In addition to the overall excellent maintenance of our apartment, the grounds and amenities, Heritage Village is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and other attractions. It is within a few miles drive to Capital Region cities as well as interstate networks leading to New York Cioty, Saratoga and Monyreal, and west.

I've been here for a year, and so far it's been good. Only downside would be the wasps that come out during the summer, but they do use poison to take care of them. Maintenance staff has been very responsive to problems that occur in the apartment.

Complex is very family oriented, apartments are good sized and well kept. Rent is a good price for what is included. Been here for going on four years and never disappointed. Great maintenance and office staff.

I have considered living in Heritage as a great experience - having lived here for 46 years is definite evidence of that. The location - being near the Northway, the Thruway, I88, etc. are examples of that.

Not a good experience at all, the apartments are dated. The rent is way too high for what you get. I cannot wait for my lease to end and move out. If I could afford to break the lease I would do it today but sadly I cannot.

Comfortable and relatively quiet living yet close to central locations. You have a choice of food shopping options and restaurants all around you. Access to all major highways is also reasonably easy.

Relatively calm area. Good place to stay. Kitchen cabinets does not meets the standards, very small cabinets needs refurbishment. Rooms are good and spacious and have big closets. Lacks cupboards.maintenance are prompt

Easy check in, staff has been great to work with. It's a friendly atmosphere, my kids love it where we live. I love the view outside my apartment. Any issues I have are quickly resolved. Thank you for everything

All my maintenance requests are addressed satisfactorily! Snow clearance are done on time, the support staffs are appreciated for their work everytime after the snow. The management coordinates the snow clearance between residence Nd support staff.

Outdated construction (Has an 80s/90s feel, not sure what Id be looking for different). Not designed with noise in mind. Exceptionally poor cell reception in unit. Maintenance staff understaffed. Snow removal excellent.

The staff were very professional, accomodating to our needs. The apartment is very clean, secured, and peaceful with lots of amenities. It is also close to our workplace. The maintenance is very good.

Have been here almost 3 years now. Everyone here is most helpful whenever you need it. When need to call office arises the person that answers always puts the maintenance request in as soon as possible.

The staff at Heritage Village has been nothing but extremely nice and helpful. Maintenance requests get taken care of super quickly. Also all the residents I have met so far have been extremely friendly and helpful!

This is a nice community with a pleasant setting with lots of trees and shade. Maintenance is prompt and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a great diversity in the residents making it a very nice environment.

Honestly, I haven't lived anywhere that is supporting and understanding as much as I have at Heritage Village. The management staff here are extremely empathetic towards hardships tenants might be facing and right away they are willing to work with you during hard times. They maintain exemplary maintenance of the grounds and facilities offered, I would hands down rate Heritage Village 5/5 stars, and with out a doubt recommend Heritage Village to a friend or family member.

So far i've felt very safe and comfortable which has been very important to me. I work very early in the morning so being outside in the middle of the night is commonplace and I feel very safe outdoors. The inside is very homey and although I don't love going all the way downstairs for laundry, it's always clean. The staff always answers my questions in a quick fashion.

We like our apartment, and we like our neighbors. Other residents speed through the parking lot and park in front of the building quite a bit, blocking our parking and making pulling out in the morning extremely difficult.

I like this place well enough to have moved back after having lived in another city for a few years. Really appreciate the automatic rent payment feature. The office staff needs some way to put maintenance requests into the portal when a tenant or washing machine company technician reports something that needs to be done.

Quiet community with very friendly neighbors. Quick accessible to schools, parks. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and professionals. I will recommend Heritage Village to the people I know who is looking to rent an Apartment.

It has been good so far. We are here temporarily and there was a lot of flexibility with the lease with short term options available. Maintenance has been quick and professional and has fixed everything correctly the first time.
