I love my new place. It's quiet and set in the middle of all these beautiful trees. Everyone here that I meet has been so friendly.The apartments are so spacious and well maintained. Easy access to main roads in the winter and to shopping options.

I had lived here 20 some years ago , the service seems to be top notch . The minute I came through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome and a very knowledgeable staff . I needed a apartment ASAP and Leana was able to get me in within a few days . I was very impressed with all the staff . And the changes that have taken place over the yrs .I moved from a house , which isn't easy to a apartment , the staff help me and made it a easy process they did a wonderful job . This was my first apartment in the Albany area. I have renewed my lease for another 15 months I like it so much. While the buildings are older staff fixes any minor or major issue almost always within 24 hours. The pool is great in the summer time and the community hosts regular events for residents.

I've been searching and searching for almost a year and always got no where. No other complexes we're updated online so it was a bummer until I got an email back from here and I managed to move in about 2 weeks later. Loving it so far.

When you enter into the complex you feel as sense of inspiration and safety. You can really entertain yourself without exiting the complex. For an example you can go on a nature walk, go to the gym in the club house, or sit and read, where the clubhouse offers a selection of books. In the summer you can swim, or play racket ball or any group sport, in a fence area they have available. Once I hosted a physical fitness day....

I've only just moved in however the community seems nice. Lots of natural beauty around and there is a safe space for my son to play. Overall Im with what I've seen thus far. Currently I'm most excited to visit the pool over the summer!

Just moved in and people seem very friendly. Wished the intercom worked but I was told they are short staffed and understand. Front office people and staff were super helpful with my move in as I came early

Car line on the parking lot, those are not enough space for suv car. It is considered as a stressful situation. The water sink holes are deep "the APT's load". Each time I drive there so uncomfortable

It is a nice place to live but it is a little expensive. The neighborhood is quiet. The community is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. It is close to shopping places. It has lots of closets. Big windows for capturing light.

The apartment size and location is nice. Staff are not always helpful and/or do not respond in a timely manner. Maintenance is average, with some jobs needing repeat calls. The community events are almost exclusively catered to children.

It is quiet and save community, the maintenance team is quick to take action to repair. The public area is well maintained. Neighborhood is also great and friendly. I enjoy to stay here, and it is good for small family

The community is beautiful and the actual apartment home feels great and clean as well. We looked here originally due the convenience and availability, but are impressed with the quality and could see ourselves being happy here.

It's been an excellent time here. Everyone is polite, responsive, and fantastic. Even when there's a major issue with neighbors, maintenance and those in the office work promptly to solve the issue and make sure everyone is happy. I feel safe, secure, and listened to in this community.

I have had a good experience with this community over the two years I have been here. Maintenance is really good with keeping the grounds clean and doing service requests. They also do projects to keep the buildings updated, which is nice (like replacing doors and windows, painting, etc).

I called around to like 30 complexes? nothing was available until September 15 or so? I was in limbo and need a place quickly? Called Heritage and they had something available Aug 6.. which suited my needs?

Staff is very helpful When you put in a reguest for any kind of maintenance they Take care of the problem pronto I would recommend Heritage village The grounds are well maintained parking is great the pool area is Well kept I'm a senior It is convenient for me

Apartments are decent with good amenities (heat, cooling, appliances, access to washers/dryers). The staff that I interacted with were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Diana really made my move simple and easy when I needed to quickly find living arrangements for a new job in the area!!

I used to really love living here but it's seemed to have devalued itself rather quickly. Emails sent out are very rude and snarky, the buildings towards the back are neglected since they aren't visable upon entry. Overall I've got a broken front door and has been for some time, mitch match carpets with stains in the hallways, only one washer in the entire building, a broken mitch match hand railing in front and shipping containers in the overflow lot that make a ton of noise. Now this sounds like an apartment that costs $800 and is in downtown Albany...but no its my almost $1,500 a month apartment where the rent goes up $50 every single new lease I sign including the lease renewal I signed during the global pandemic. I have had three seperate friends and staff at my building think about moving here and I've advised them all to look across the street.

This complex is noisy, no recycling, tenants leave trash wherever the feel like dropping it. Way too many people smoke so apartments always smell like smoke. There is no emergency egress lighting and we have frequent power outages. Resident safety doesn't seem to be a concern.

It's a quite community. All around green and hills. I feel safe in this neighborhood. My daughter can learn swim on the swimming pool. The gym is great. I can use gym 24/7 if I pay one time $35. It's reasonable for everyone.

Moved here approximately one year ago during the covid-19 pandemic. Due to the covid-19 pandemic was not able to explore the apartments in person but the staff was very accommodating with video viewing. Despite moving in without seeing in person the apartment was great

The staff is pleasant. Always available and quick to help. Buildings are quiet and clean. Location is very convenient but also out of the way to the busier city. Close to shopping centers and businesses.

Maintenance folks came right away and fixed plumbing problems and continuously followed up until everything is fixed and returned to normal state. 5 star service by maintenance and wonderful support and follow up by Property Managers Cheryl A. McNamara, Lena Martinelli and Alysha Bredenko.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. The amenities are excellent. There are plumbing problems. The maintenance staff is helpful and responsive and have always come quickly to fix problems.
