It is a pleasant and wooded place. It is a quiet place, surrounded by trees, the shopping malls are very close and there are also several recreational areas and trails in the forest where you can spend pleasant moments.

I fell in love with the woods and the bridges to the apartments. It's like living in a state park. I love walking all over here. It's so peaceful and so many tenants and even the staff are so friendly and helpful making you feel like you're home!

We were in a time crunch to find a new place and Heritage Village was the perfect solution. The staff was delightful to work with during the entire process. From our first tour to moving into the apartment, the staff was friendly and super helpful. The apartment is spacious with tons of storage and wide doors/hallways to make moving in a breeze.

bit old , lot of disturbances from others, when we complin in the office also no solution for it. Appreciate if the team can inform the neibours. people smoking in balconies is causing a big problem rather than they some in balcony they can do it some common area outside

I really enjoy living in the Heritage Village community. The office staff and maintenance crew have been great for the past 13 of my 14 years here. I love the wooded community with the exception of pollen season. I have been really lucky to have some great neighbors.

We moved into Heritage Village in the early months of the pandemic. It was safe, easily accessible, and neighbors were respectful. COVID unfortunately kept people at a distance from one another but that is changing. We expected to stay one year but just signed up for year 4!.

Just had issues with carpenter bees and took a few months for the office to care of the problem and every year the rent goes up to where it's unaffordable for ppl but other than that it's a pretty nice and up kept place

It is a nice community setting with respectful neighbors. Kids (as well as adults) live, walk and play throughout the complex. The pool area is large enough for a good amount of residents to enjoy at any one time. Most cars drive through the area safely so there are less hazards to worry about. I chose one of the renovated apartments and have been happy with the work. The bathroom was also redone but the tub and sink were resealed which has already shown some signs of wear. (3 months within apt) Very happy with the location and responsiveness of the staff.

The apartments here are well kept and nicely renovated, it feels like absolute luxury! The office and leasing staff are a dream to talk to and maintenance is friendly and professional and there's never a long wait for them, often same day service when a problem is reported! I'll be renewing my lease and hope to stay here in this lovely little community for many years to come!

Very Poor Experience

I lived there for two years. The plumbing issues in my own apartment became apparent the week I moved in. Maintenance had to come by multiple times to get my toilet running properly. In the first few months my dishwasher flooded one evening requiring me to call for emergency maintenance. The kitchen sink would often become backed up (I never allowed food to get into the drain). When a family moved into the apartment above me I had 4 sperate leaks in my ceiling in the living area and bathroom. On several occasions I had to take time off work to deal with these issues. What put me over the edge was when a neighboring apartment had sewage water back up and flood her whole apartment. The smell was apparent as soon as I set foot in the building. The rest of us in the building were never notified of what happened despite the smell. Witnessing the way management treated this tenant after everything she owned was ruined by this plumbing failure gave me the final push I needed to get out.

It's good. The apartment is large and very nice. The neighbors are also nice and quiet. I enjoy living here. In general, the community is nice, but the lack of lighting and sidewalks is a problem. Also people tend to drive too fast and recklessly

It has been great for me and my girls. I feel very comfortable with my neighbors and the community as a whole. The apartments are spacious and nice. Although our apartment has some work that needs to be done, it is nothing that is causing any issues. Overall, great choice for us.

It has been a pretty good place to live. There is not really a sense of community at all. I really think trails or a dog park would really help this. I walk the same path through the neighborhood everyday and it gets old
